This is all just silly and pointless speculation. You guys are reading way too much into this. From the limited information in the block chain, there is no way of knowing whether that address is an exchange or not. Not every address belonging to an exchange fits the pattern of the one posted earlier. This is very definitely a MintPal address: http://chainz.cryptoid.info/vrc/address.dws?VZnJ8HXJnZhhWbfadpMtyq8YFXEmkMZb2E.htm...and it doesn't fit the pattern of the address posted above. How do I know it's a MintPal address? Because the first two transactions to that address are my own. You guys would probably have a Conspiracy Theorist's Field Day if you looked at the addresses where I currently have my coins. Whatever you're smoking, please pass it around.  |

Our names are out there and they wouldn't be if we were going to scam anyone. I would suspect this is an exchange. We however don't know. 1) well, someone / group clearly has 4.5 MIL (it's clearly not an exchange, as Celani10 already noted) 2) not that i immediately distrust you, but your word (or anyones) means very little on the internet 2) it's probably wizrig (joel) who owns 4.5M. that would explain a lot... lmao Those whose identities are revealed, their words mean more than those who aren't. |

Moolah.io and VER developments possibly the biggest thing since the wheel but I have seen nothing 'bout it on this thread. I ( and I guess many others, do not use Twitter or irc ). Devs please note. There is a world outside USA, Twitter and irc. VRC Best coin out there. Keep it going.  Once moolah.io finishes adding VRC exchange, we will be full steam ahead on integrating their html into the wallet. They are also updating their system to a new version so the integration on their end is not yet complete as of now. |

Interesting point about the advantages of VeriBit vs the argument that it puts sell pressure on the VeriCoin market.
VeriCoin is a currency, one of it's major functions is to be spent like one. Without VeriBit, it would have very little market penetration relative to Bitcoin like all the other Alt-coins. Ultimately at this point if you are going to spend your VeriCoin at many places you would have to exchange it for BitCoin.
Now, would you rather someone wait for a peak and sell some significant percentage of their VeriCoins for BitCoin, or do small sells as needed, for purchasing things in BitCoin? Which would be better for the value and growth of VeriCoin?

I know Wiz, J Bosch, someone sent me a scam message and that twitter message was meant to be a private message.
This is all that you have to know. Wiz, is the hardest working person in crypto. Period. He is the most honest and caring person i have ever known in crypto and exactly the way he is in the 'real' world. This guy has done outstanding work in his real life jobs and for crypto. (there is a good reason why people will happily pay him 3 figure btc sums to work for them) If Wiz was not working as hard as he is for this coin, i cna assure you it would not see the price it is at now or the price it will be in the future, it is that simple.
There is no better man to have on board working night and day for Vericoin. Their are big plans and deals being made that is going to take Vericoin to real life business and get Vericoin introduced to very powerful and influential people, who in turns can take vericoin from a great crypto coin, to world wide , daily use.
So please, i beg you, stop with all this doubting it is hurting the coin and having a unnecessary negative impact on wiz. Please put all of this behind us.
Also we would like to speak with someone, maybe buy4crypto about having a website designed, for vericoin news, to keep people up to date. A site like the 'dailydoge.com' would be ideal.

However as far the end user convenience is concerned VeriCoin actually has more market penetration than Bitcoin. All of Bitcoin's plus a few exclusive for VeriCoin. That's a significant difference overnight.
Regarding convenience, that is why money and digital currency exist, it's more convenient than gold.
Again, how is veribit different than me taking another coin, say DRK, and exchanging it for btc on mintpal to make a purchase? Veribit doesn't revolutionize anything.
