62  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Careful if you using Solflare Solana wallet on: March 22, 2024, 11:04:14 PM
If the wallet is connected with a hardware wallet then I think there are no risk as the browser can not read the seed.

This would be for BTC since it's doing a broadcast, but other chains (I should say "Dapps"(?) that allow you to connect and approve types of access to your account and even a hardware wallet won't solve that if you actually connect and approve the access.
63  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wonderland Time Scam (Invested $100,000 Originally) on: March 18, 2024, 10:28:37 PM
It seems that 66-70% of wMemo members have missed out, which seems hardly fair if 33% can decide for the rest, as simple as every 2 years rebrand as 3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0.
A simple cash grab.

Well damn dude, look who was in charge of it all. Go after them I guess. Huh

edit where do you come by that number btw, just curious?
64  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wonderland Time Scam (Invested $100,000 Originally) on: March 17, 2024, 02:23:52 PM
Even if the swap process was in process for a while, it still doesn't justify robbing an large investor, while its not quite like a stock, one can invest in a stock and come back to it later on.
If not the purpose of forgetting it in hopes of it going up, rather then watching it all the time and panic selling.

Anyways I have 1.456716 WMEMO, 1.456716 *330= 480.71628 * (Current price) = $54,000
If it was swapped accordingly.

A robbery of a long-term investor

Its like one buying $10,000 out of a $1M company. And then 6 months later that company changes their name, and since you missed out on our changes, you now have $0 on our company 2 $1M.
And the $ is gone. If that's not robbery, then I don't know what is robbery.

This is the hidden danger of DeFi. You aren't the only person who lost their shirt to Mr. Patryn. I'm sure he's got his next round of scam pools running already. Huh
65  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wonderland Time Scam (Invested $100,000 Originally) on: March 17, 2024, 12:07:00 AM
$100,000 is quite an amount to let it lying with altcoins that can get hacked, change code and chains anytime they want. If I was in your position, I think I would keep checking the address and community chat everywhere  Grin

The swapping process happened about 3 years ago, you probably missed that if you did not check the community chats and channels

it was a scam from the beginning. 0xSifu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Patryn

Even made forbes lol

67  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wonderland Time Scam (Invested $100,000 Originally) on: March 16, 2024, 11:12:50 PM
I had originally invested about $100,000 of which overtime reduced to about $50,000 worth into Wonderland time, and investments of being long-term, had left it in there.
To check on and off once in a while. Which like any stock is not unreasonable to check in once in every while, like once every 3-6 months or so.

But I am kind of shocked to find out, that it randomly changed to volta.club and that all users that hasn't migrated lost out.

Sure I was away for a bit, but does that justify robbing an investor that had originally invested $100,000?

looks like you must not have checked since late may of last year Tongue

70  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MrHodLClub - CHECK YOUR FUNDING! on: February 29, 2024, 08:43:22 PM
Indeed.  This is why it is important for community members to distrust members and remove them from the trust network that leave bad negative reviews.  Just check my negative trust ratings for example, all of those users who have left those lies should be removed from the trust network by anyone in this community who has any honor or sense of decency.  Failure to do so only allows people to damage the reputation of honest makers in order to push their scams on the community of members they've befriended, which is exactly what we've been seeing here over the last several years.  It's why we keep seeing respectable makers leave here and a majority of new projects end up being scams.

So you are saying we should use your trust list as some sort of basis? That's fuckin' rich. Thanks for the laugh, and nice try to elevate yourself once again. Anyone with half a brain knows you are 1. Shitposting for sats. 2. Trying to persuade people to exclude others (and me?) ... Cheesy

Oh look. Someone else has an opinion/red tag on you too... better distrust them too, I guess. Grin

congrats to you @tweetious. I saw this but already have like 3 of those someplace, probably in my bag of peeled/shit-coldkeys so thought I'd let someone else win.

These were created when Patrick was living very high on the hog due to the price of APE & Everything else at the time, He made a lot of $, but then... Get this...

He was in a rush to remove his funds once ape starting tanking, then he fat fingered his Metamask when trying to remove his funds, and by mistake sent them all to the APE contract address. He lost about 34K and even the apeswap pool mgr told him sorry buddy, your fucked. This is in my mind now only because I believe it truly marked the overall downfall of COldkey. Gambling with customer funds, bad idea. Sad

Fuckin scamming idiot. Anyhow I digress, the cards are cool regardless and a piece of history from the last cycle. Wink

Hey @teeGUMES,
I agree it’s a bummer to not see all the great pics that were posted.
Not sure about an AI to resolve this - but the pics are not all lost.
If you “inspect” the page on the thread, you can see all the original Imgur links.
Granted it would be a bit of a pain to take those images - download them, re-upload, and relink them all using a different image hosting service that works with the current forum.
But technically it’s all there.
Maybe a project for someone with a bit more time to do.  Wink  Cool
Thanks!

Damnit... Somebody posted some script or fix for this to move links from imgur to talkimg - I'll have to dig around for it, it's a separate thread somewhere. Tongue

PS - Hey bucky - i miss you, where ya been bro? Grin

Edit - Found it!
