Thanks to all so far - and I appreciate the image posts!

So at this point, many have vouched for Minerjones, so I'll look into working out the auction/transaction logistics with him and will post an update on timing, etc.

Also, as warned, I have received a random DM seeking a Telegram discussion - I don't see a need for that now and would be happy to answer any questions in the clear here.

Thanks!

Yeah... DO not talk with anyone on the Telegram about this. It's 100% scam ... Be safe and good luck.

Have a good wknd all! Cheesy

Dude I must have had my time all screwed up or my alarms set wrong because that was blind luck

Ha it was in your favour at least. I was tied up at work or would have been here at 7pm! Tongue
484  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Wanted to share-The world’s first Bitcoin-themed PEZ dispenser on: March 25, 2023, 01:39:29 AM
Well it looks like you are a PEZ collector...you should watch this doc/movie I just saw a few weeks back called THE PEZ OUTLAW

    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt17660740/

Its about the PEZ collecting world and this one guy who made a fortune. Never knew how far people were willing to pay for these items until I saw this movie....which kinda got me to buy the Bitcoin themed PEZ to start with. Wink

Oh thanks for that really cool! Grin

PEZ always reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with the piano player and the intervention. Great writing…

Hey, look bud, we actually totally agree on something, that's a nice change, thanks!   Smiley
485  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] 2017 Lealana 0.5 Monero, Unfunded, ICG MS 67 on: March 25, 2023, 12:46:50 AM
Did I win this or was I too late?

It appears to have ended at 7pm EDT, so yeah, looks like you won. Congrats, good deal!
486  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Titan Mint Coins- Serious Issue- Titan Mint Bitcoin Coins ***NEW UPDATES*** on: March 24, 2023, 02:21:01 AM
Anyone make any progress in here?

I don't think so, but I do have a photo of his ID & corresponding email he sent to another user "proving" he was still in control.

Not posting any of that here, but if you pm me kindly and what your intentions are to do with the info, I may be willing to forward it to trusted members.

Thanks... PS I have no skin in this game anymore, I just hate scammers and this shit is getting weird. ... Roll Eyes

Why protect a scamming piece of shit? Personally I’d post all information I have without a care (maybe just  a small disclaimer lol). Parents address, known phone numbers and emails… license - ALL OF IT!

I’ve never understood why people protect scammers or care about them. Literally the lowest form of humans. They have no right to privacy or protection.

And Tim is a scammer - maybe it was up in the air when he was still responding, but now… a year later… btc has been moved from the addresses.… come on guys - if it looks like shit, smells like shit, lays there like a pile of shit… it’s SHIT.

That is all - no dog in this fight personally

No dog here either man but forum rules prevent me from doxing someone unless it's in the investigations board.

I'm not protecting anybody here, I'm just someone people trust who sent me stuff.... Huh

Open a thread in Investigations or PM me and I'll send you everything I know - Personally, I don't have time to do that myself and like I said, I have no skin in the game.

I've already shared it with one member, so we'll see I guess.. Tongue

Sorry to enrage you, i get it I really do but I will not dox anyone here, I don't need to get temp-banned. Roll Eyes
487  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Auction Prep - Titan PV 1BTC Coin - Loaded and unredeemed on: March 24, 2023, 02:12:27 AM
So I assume minerjones is in Washington? If so, I'd be open to that option. I'm not clear on the mechanics of how it would work though. Is there a thread that covers the transaction mechanics?

Would this be it?

1. The auction is run and a winner is determined
2. The winner sends Minerjones the bitcoin payment
3. I deliver the Titain PV coin to minerjones
4. He forwards me the payment less his fee

Does this look about right?

Pretty sure he's not in WA, but that's no issue usually -- As for the rest, yes sounds reasonable. He's your safest bet regardless, as there is no known escrow I know of in WA for something like this.

Be careful and safe and don't fall for scammers.

PGP signed messages can be easily verified to prove ownership of the email , and / or included BTC-signed messages.

Again, dont fall for any scammers who pm you, it happens all the time - check the UID of the user in the PM, the real MJ is UID=346731! Tongue

It would be super cool if they are like numbered, like on the package, but we'll see I guess... Grin

Good find, thanks Krog! Cheesy

490  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptopia/unnamed.exchange did it again! on: March 23, 2023, 02:02:57 AM
So what? You got a beef with Lafu? PM him FFS... Why start a thread about a shitty ass exchange and implicate a user here about it? Huh

Seems like you got  beef with Lafu, not this board, so why bother? BTW, your trust is absolute shit. So  why would anyone believe you anyhow?

Dumbass... Huh
491  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] Eclipse Saturday Auction 3/25/23 on: March 23, 2023, 01:41:53 AM
Yeah, I noticed many / most (?) CI coins tend to have these tarnishes after a while. Is it the capsules that come originally with them or something on the coin / minting process?
I wouldn't even consider it an impairment, since it's so common with CIs.

Pretty sure it's just natural as air-tites are never truly "air-tite" ofc.... It's also important to note that those types of tarnishes/toning don't necessarily downgrade a coin's grading either - Have seen many slightly toned CI's with fairly high grades from ICG myself. Wink

.045 was for a roll of regular silvers - non rainbows

Oh shit, sorry I meant the six-coin sets. My bad.. I was wondering about that too tho, thanks!

Ah right on. Checking my btc core txes I see mine was .04, so must have been close to your purchase... Tongue

What was the original price of these for the 6 coin sets? I’m interested in purchasing them if anyone is selling and wondering what original offering price was.

I think it was like .03-ish plus funding (if not buyer-funded ofc). This was when BTC was a bit lower tho, probably around 19-20k...

My set should be here any day, very exited. Grin

Lol I bought one… could go back and check but man so many messages over 5+ months

Man I hear that, I have about 10k pms and this site's mailbox functions suck ass, so I gave up years ago trying to delete the garbage etc...

Maybe someday this forum will upgrade to software that will work better. God knows, the admin theymos spent a zillion dollars on a new forum/site design that seemed to just go nowhere and also seemed like he was just funding his friends too... The stories on this forum are insane... BTW, This was years ago too, so many donated BTC thrown in the trash... Tongue

Then again, I don't know the real story behind it all, I just know this site had a fuckton of BTC as donations back in 2014-2017...  Where it all went, who knows? Huh

Damn, was just looking at MJ's auction...  Shocked

Pretty crazy how much redeemed cas's are going for nowadays! Back in 2014-2015 that wouldn't have been worth anywhere near those prices lol...

I have some peeled cas coins as well, but at the moment, I'm definitely not willing to sell any now that I see what they are going for ... Good luck, I'm sure there are many coins peeled out there looking for a home...

appears to be 213 peeled 25's out there!

Definitely forgot about those

Yeah me too... Strangely, after going back thru ninjastic.space archive of the OP, there has never been a price listed for a roll of those for whatever reason that I can tell, but then again I didn't re-check the entire thread ... Smoothie?

Thanks!

I have supported the flag but the reference you have mentioned is not the link to a scam or probable scam. The reference you have posted is the service of the scammer. I think while creating a flag we should use the reference of scam accusation topic. Please mention me if I am wrong, thanks.

I meant to link to this specific post but it must have cut it off... (?)
