Really looking forward to all of the nuclear and coal plants being shut down.

I fully agree with the coal plants being shut down.  But why nuclear?  We can now build nuclear plants that generate no waste and do not melt down.  That makes them clean and safe.  Also material from old nuke weapons are being used in nuclear reactors.  What an excellent way of getting rid of these dangerous weapons.
we can build nuclear plants that generate no waste ? ! O_o
what the fk have i missed please link me to an article or smth
531  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 1.5 BTC loan - return 2 BTC = 33.33% profit on: February 20, 2015, 05:19:38 PM
Sorry to point this out.

1.5BTC loan with 2 BTC repayment = 33.33% profit.  Smiley

Lol. You are right  Smiley
my mistake. I calculate 0.5 profit from 2 BTC (not from 1.5).

So yes. You can profit more than 33% after 60 days
or , you could potentially lose all your hard worked precious bitcoins.
532  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Why Reduce the Block Reward? on: February 20, 2015, 05:17:37 PM
You are welcome to create your alt-coin with these rules.

533  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: February 20, 2015, 05:15:31 PM
i dont know what you mean op ?
taxes go to the country , so that there can be free hospitals , roads , etc. if this is not how you want it to be
simply create your own country.

536  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Seeking a partner for a bitcoin project on: February 20, 2015, 05:08:55 PM
You're a newbie with 1 activity and 1 post so how can we trust you and how to make sure that if this involves money, you wont scam?
"  I will invest the necessary funds to get us up and going initially.  " you're obviously not gonna have to put any money on the table.
give the newbie a chance mate.
537  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: DotA2 Bitcoin League on: February 20, 2015, 05:07:06 PM
hmm , maybe you could make your own coin as payment aswell , ( dota coin or smth : > )

538  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: IS THIS POSSIBLE? on: February 20, 2015, 05:04:14 PM
I wanna know if it is possible to make a kind of faucet that u need to view ads and then u get paid btc for it.
It exists: http://btcclicks.com/
I don't really understand the concept of this kind of site though, since people who click those ads do not have money to purchase anything which makes the clicks worthless for advertisers, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
indeed , but the adsense dosent know that Wink
539  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to accept bitcoin on a website ? on: February 20, 2015, 05:03:22 PM
If you're a legitimate retail business or merchant, I'd think you want to be able to track your payments easily, so why not Coinbase or Bitpay?  I'm sure they have analytical tools and you can see all sorts of statistics on your customer base, so the % they take is well spent.

If you decide just to email your customers a link each time they want to buy something, you'd have to generate a new BTC address or new QR code each time which is pretty inconvenient on your end, or they'll be able to check your available wallet funds.
lol , this is stupid just because you're a legitimate bussines doesnt mean you want others seeing your payments.
this is exactly like saying we could put camera's everywhere because if you're legit it doesnt matter.
Who needs privacy right ? ..
540  Economy / Economics / Re: I just created 100 pennies.. and loaned them out, you owe me 101 pennies….. on: February 20, 2015, 05:01:44 PM
opening a can of worms i see....

I expect by now, 50% of civilized citizen to know how money is just debt....

Zero chance of this. Most of my friends have zero idea what money is.  If 50% knew we would be in a civil war or all the bankers would be hung.  I'd say more like .5% knows.
what this guy is saying , i would have a really hard time beliving 50% knows.
