261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitPay's integrity. Can they be trusted? What's next? on: September 19, 2015, 03:43:24 PM
As long as a service is controlled by humans, you can't trust it. Bitpay, Coinable etc can't be trusted since they are controlled by people. You can only trust decentralized systems like bitcoins.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best technology for launching self-paying smartbonds on: September 19, 2015, 03:36:36 PM
I think that ethereum would be the best option since they have more development support.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Realistically does bitcoin have any competition ? on: September 19, 2015, 03:28:49 PM
Not yet, unless a new development team develops a completely innovative coin that makes bitcoin useless, then no bitcoin doesn't have any competition. In order for a coin to compete with bitcoin it needs innovative technology and a huge marketing budget.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good Mobile Wallet? on: September 19, 2015, 03:24:03 PM
I would recommend you the copay mobile wallet. It is a secure, stable and a  multi signature too. The Circle  mobile wallet is nice too.
265  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ MagicalDice Signature campaign - Earn up to 0.15 BTC per week! [Open] ★☆★ on: September 14, 2015, 01:20:18 PM
No payment today ?
I have not received payment on account MagicalDice   Smiley
I asked the same question regarding the payment and the admin has replied that payments will be delayed today as he and the co-admin will be busy today, you should expect it in the next 12hrs.
P.S: Hope he counts my 100+ posts as a "compensation" for the delay xD.

UPSs ok sorry I did not see it
I do not know how many posts have made , what the OP is not set up Google DOC ?
Well its not for me to answer, but I think most(nearly all) of the posts will be counted figuring they do not yet have a decent campaign manager(no offense OP). BTW I have heard they do have a private sheet, but well you can't see it.
Any news on payments ? Will posts count within the 12hr delay ?
266  Economy / Digital goods / Re: want to buy something with credit card worth 10$ will pay 13$ on: September 13, 2015, 09:56:50 PM
What do you want to buy with a cc card ? Is it something illegal ? Do you accept escrow ?
267  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: PriMeDice - Automated Money Maker (v1.1) on: September 13, 2015, 09:53:18 PM
I received a copy and he showed me what to do an all. The stream was quiet glitchy, and what it seems for him to be doing is related to changing the seed and inputting his own betting method. In his stream, he started from the faucet and made small accumulative earnings but eventually busted in the end. Honestly in my opinion I don't think I'm in the position to judge because what he showed me was not the entirety and a different outcome could have happened dependent on the bank roll.
Great vouch, I think all potential buyers should read this before deciding to buy this guide.
268  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Can I file a lawsuit against someone who owes me Bitcoins? on: September 13, 2015, 09:50:28 PM
I think you can seek legal action in court against a person who refuses to pay you back your fiat money and digital currency regardless of the time you granted them. You'd need to find a lawyer who has knowledge about shares, capitals and assets. I would suggest you to contact an experienced attorney rather than just a lawyer. With presentation of valid evidences and basic arguments, you can recover your money as well as get judicial remuneration.
It actually depends if the person is actually able to pay back the money you lost. If you sue him and win and his totally broke then he will probably never pay it back. A lawsuit might pointless if he is broke, you are just going to waste money lawyers.
269  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Faucets Legality on: September 13, 2015, 09:48:17 PM
the revenue is so low  that no one is going to bother with them, also they are completely in crypto currency , there is no fiat involved there, so not taxable and obviously legal
Exactly, faucets are operating on really low volume so they are irrelevant. The Governments mostly care about bitcoin exchanges, marketplaces and casinos since there is a bigger bitcoin volume.
270  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: What is the deal with Mt Gox, really? The shorter version? on: September 13, 2015, 09:45:42 PM
You bitcoin are probably gone forever, there were claims that mt.gox found 200k coins from an old private key. The most possible think is that the court will force mt.gox to pay back the victims with those 200k coins.
271  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Licenses for Bitcoin Business? on: September 13, 2015, 09:43:35 PM
I think that you will need a VAT certificate in order to operate a bitcoin business in Germany. Try ask at the Finanzamt (Finance Ministry) from informations regarding  bitcoin businesses  in Germany.
272  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Can I use Bitcoin in Iceland? on: September 13, 2015, 09:41:02 PM

He isn't asking if he can use bitcoin in Iceland he is asking if he can legally use bitcoin in Iceland, which he can't since bitcoin usage in Iceland is forbidden.

I don't think that's the case. It's forbidden to exchange it for foreign currencies. That being the case you can waltz in and get local currency if anyone's looking to buy your coins.
True, and I don't that they are going to put you in jail if you exchange 1 btc in Iceland. But you always have to be careful.
273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: September 13, 2015, 09:39:34 PM
There are many reasons why atheists hate religion, it is probably because when they were young they were drafted to the church, had to pray before eating etc and that made them to completely hate it. They don't understand that the religious purposes isn't to worship a god. The whole purpose of religions are to teach morals and ethics to humans. Without morals and ethics we would just kill each other.
274  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Putin and Kim Jong Un Are Not So Different on: September 13, 2015, 09:34:37 PM
I wonder if Kim Jong Un (as well as hus father was) is not only a figure for the masses that are trained to worship the symbols- their leaders. I am afraid, that real deciding power in N.Korea is a group of high grade military men ruling country behind the courtains.

Partly true. The North Koreans are brainwashed to worship their leader. But the media focus on North Korea is solely due to the fact that the DPRK has the courage to stand against the NATO. For example, the people of Saudi Arabia are no better than those in North Korea. But the western media would like us to believe that Saudi Arabia is a paradise.
Exactly, countries like North Korea, Russia, Iran, Syria etc are trying to stand against NATO and their leaders are showcased as dictators from the west media because they don't wan to bow over NATO's will.
275  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Migration crisis: Germany presses Europe into sharing refugees on: September 13, 2015, 09:31:54 PM
I think she is right, almost all eu countries get funding from the UN in order to finance the situation of the refugees but most those countries just waste those funds meant for the refugees in other things.
276  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do foreign bitcoin exchanges need to be liscened in the US? on: September 13, 2015, 09:23:50 PM
If those exchanges can be accessed by US residents then yes they must compile with KYC and get a trading license for the US or they will get in trouble.
277  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Can I use Bitcoin in Iceland? on: September 13, 2015, 09:22:10 PM
You can use Bitcoin anywhere with internet access. As long as someone accepts btc in there, %99 chances there are, yes you can.
He isn't asking if he can use bitcoin in Iceland he is asking if he can legally use bitcoin in Iceland, which he can't since bitcoin usage in Iceland is forbidden.
278  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CryptoGrind.com ~ Bitcoin Jobs on: September 13, 2015, 09:12:39 PM
Great platform and great idea but there are too few jobs. You should invest more into marketing and advertising in order to get better tractions, many similar freelance websites who used bitcoin closed because they didn't invest into marketing.
279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin ~ Help me on: September 13, 2015, 09:06:19 PM
Try using Kraken or mycelium local trader, they have really low fees but I don't that it is 0%.
280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the fast and safe BTC-USD exchange services? on: September 13, 2015, 09:04:46 PM
I would recommend kraken as a safe and fast BTC-USD exchange. They are trustworthy and have small fees too. Circle is also a good BTC to USD exchange.
