221  Economy / Economics / Re: Step up your game before the game steps you down. on: February 16, 2024, 05:39:18 PM
Do you really think that telling people to step up their game is what that don't already know? It's like a slap to their faces, as if they are kids, they are not, everyone is feeling the heat of the hardship that's present in my country, they don't have to be told anything.

Many people are family men, they must look after their families in this harsh economy, why should I advice such people when they already trying their bests? Remember, harsh and hard times creates greater men, it's affecting everyone generally.

The best advice I can give those who are struggling is to give in for investment, till today many people still look at investments as a way of throwing away money and yet they can gamble big amount of money away, your investment can bring you are more peaceful future, don't underestimate investment.
222  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder of possible fake app download on application stores on: February 15, 2024, 05:37:00 PM
It's very simple to avoid this scam apps, don't use play store and Apple store to download any app, I can't even remember the last time I use play store to search for any app, I always download apps through official website, and they will lead me to the correct app, there is nothing you can do to get rid of all the fake apps on Apple store and Google store.

I have lost some BTC in the past using available bitcoin wallet on Google playstore, it's easier to search for any app using the available search engine, and you will get loads of results, the problem is that Google store don't verify those apps, they believe it's really not their job.

They should have just create a notice that users should download apps at their own risks instead, but some people won't know because they believe that Google is a big giant in this space, same as apple, now it's clear that they don't care, watch your back yourselves, don't use their platforms to find your next apps.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Repeating mistakes on casino games in gambling site on: February 15, 2024, 04:10:44 PM
Most mistakes in gambling happens because gamblers gambles so many times in a week, they get attached to gambling like it's daily job, what OP said about making mistakes when you stay away from gambling is wrong, you make less mistakes when you are not too attached to gambling.

The casinos even want gamblers to get so attached to gambling, this is one sure way they gamblers will keep coming back, and they will make more money this way.

If you are a smart gambler you must not get used to gambling, have fun gambling but don't expect money flow from gambling, you are just sitting on a time bomb, when the time is up you will likely lose everything or get addicted.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proverbs and Sayings that Act as Triggers to Gambling on: February 15, 2024, 03:04:27 PM
All I know is that some gambling related proverbs can get you killed if you foolishly believe in them, the majority of these proverbs are simply backing gambling up, keep trying and don't give up, but truthfully, sense needs to be applied, if you don't apply some sense you will end up becoming a big fool.

Many gamblers thinks that gambling existed because of the poor, but this game of luck doesn't care about who is losing money, either rich or poor it will always favour the casino more than gamblers, before a gambler turn into a millionaire in gambling, a million of people have already lost a lot of money and are still actively losing a lot more.

Many have turned away from jobs because they believe that gambling can sustain them, but only to find out the hardest way, gambling is so unreliable when it comes to finances, it's the wrong tool for fixing your broke problem.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most challenges faced by gamblers on online casino platforms? on: February 15, 2024, 02:01:24 PM
Hey Gamblers
So I am thinking of this.  What is the most challenges faced by gamblers on online casino platforms? Below are some key issues I've noted:
  • delayed payment
  • withdrawal rejection
  • can't access the casino site
  • delayed response on request to withdrawal winnings
  • deposit not credited to the customer's account
  • ambiguous withdrawal conditions
  • winnings disappeared from the customer's account
  • delayed account verification
  • account closed without explanation
  • account hacked

Let's talk about this and share mutual experiences and how we sorted it out
There is no reputable online casino that one of these problems, I have never witnessed such since I started gambling and it's been over two years now, to me, online casinos are better than offline casinos if that's why prompt you to create this topic, online casinos don't have the problems you listed unless you use a scam online casino.

Use casinos that are well talked about, starting from Stake casino and Rollbit, I have spend good amount of time on these two and I could also remember the time I spent on Roobet too.

Don't use untrusted source to find your casinos, make sure you go through this forum instead, make sure that the casino have a ANN on this forum and see for yourself what people are saying about the casinos just to be sure that things are going well.
226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need more influencial women in crypto to help the gender embrace it? on: February 14, 2024, 05:02:08 PM
Who cares? You can't even know if someone is a male or female since crypto space is anonymous, we don't need to do some debates on this, before Elizabeth Wood became a crypto investor I have known a female friend since 2019 who was already accumulating Bitcoin, she was into Bitcoin even before me, to me gender doesn't matter here.

I also have a family friend in the US, she is way older, someone I would call an aunt because she is in 50 years plus range, all she knows how to do is trade crypto and also invest in crypto, there are many females in crypto space than you know, and we don't even need to know how many they are.

If you are someone who have interest in other alternative crypto projects, you will see many new projects with good numbers of females as a developer and team member.
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Anyone +18 Play Gamble? on: February 14, 2024, 01:58:43 PM
18 years old are adult in some countries, they passed the age to restriction to become a gambler, and whatever happens to them when trying gambling out for the first time depends on the results they get, mind you its easy for them to turn into an addict at this young age and I believe that they are the hardest to control.

Young age is a determine age in our lives, whatever we plan to focus on in the age gap we always Want to do it very well, with all our might and strength, it's not good to start this age as a gambling addict, many stupid decisions will follow and not even your family will be able to keep you away from gambling.

Until you reached your last level and you decide to give up yourself, and by the time you realize this it could be too late already, maybe you would be way more older at the time, wasted your life opportunities away because of gambling.
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2 years old kids alone at home for hours, while the father goes gambling on: February 14, 2024, 12:21:20 PM
Apart from gambling discussion, I will like to advice people not to ever entrust their child to any family members, even if they are your blood brothers, you will be shocked, there are many secrets that have been revealed about relatives maltreating their relatives child, many abuses and irresponsible.

If you are still alive, you need to watch over them yourself, don't ever leave them behind to a trusted family member, even those who have no bad habits in them will still maltreat your child because it's not real their own child, may we live longer to watch over our own kids by ourselves.

This man that OP is talking about cares about gambling than a living soul, he has no conscience, I would have thought about the kid, thinking if he or she is mine, and kids are really stupid at that age, we can't blame them because they know nothing, home accidents are very common concerning children, they should not be left alone.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where Do You Want To Go To If You Win $2 million On Lottery on: February 14, 2024, 11:02:18 AM
Probably stay in my country, though its one of the most corrupted counties in the world but I will maintain a safety measure just to look like someone who is not sitting on a lot of money like $2 million.

I am not trying to bad mouth myself but with the amount that I risk on gambling I can never win a million dollars in gambling, I don't hope for it because it sound too ridiculous and unrealistic, even those that won jackpot in gambling risk way higher money than I ever did.

I don't want to have this possibility in my head, too unrealistic, but if I eventually get rich through my investment and worth this much, I promise to remain who I am, humble and I will remain this same person who don't like seeking for attention.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What contributes to a casual gambler becoming an addicted gambler? on: February 13, 2024, 05:04:46 PM
Some people like copying others, if they have friends at are also gamblers and the friends start winning big, they will abandoned their ways and copy that of their friend's, safe strategy or irresponsible way of gambling, they don't care anymore, all they will want is the same result as their friends.

Another factor is having a taste of constant winning, like gambling few rounds and winning starts showing more than losing, the first thought is how blessed and smart they have become, they will forget that them winning is just luck, so when else they plan to gamble they will do it big.

Gradual gambling draws you in and get you confused, gambling activities should be the smallest activities that we do with our times, the less time you spend gambling the better for you, the moment you start giving more of your time to gambling the more likely you will be addicted to it.
231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a betting shop be so dubious like this on: February 13, 2024, 02:27:16 PM
When dealing with humans like you and the deal involves money anything is possible, I don't even want to hear agents at all, most of them are scammers in disguise as a sport bet agent, be careful around them, some of them are even kidnappers informant, there is one true story how a agent in a sport bet location use to give kidnappers their next victim, and the police are able to get him because all the victims have one thing in common, they are used to gambling in the same gambling location and few other evidence.

I don't always advice anyone close to me to start using a location based casino or sport bets location, because they are not always safe especially if you are from a country that's struggling economically.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: keep pleasures without incomes aside and Chase after profits on: February 13, 2024, 11:48:07 AM
I am not financially stable yet, so I am very much grateful for the appreciative increments in the Bitcoin market (bull-run) on going, I decided to cancel our marriage anniversary celebration because I insighted that there is more to gain In my continues hodling while the markets skyrockets than selling off my hodled coins just for ceremonial pleasures which can not profer me financial returns other than consuming the ones saved.
Now, my wife seized not to understand what my logical points about this are because she is not the one providing for the family.
As a woman she is, I clearly understood that they are attracted to pleasures especially on activities that attracts public attentions. These species of humans (women) fails to understand that it is money that afford those pleasury materials and activities they craves for which one has to utilize himself logically in economical situations so as to create financial balanced system before chasing after those financial consuming activities without the potentials of yielding incomes.

I understand you very well, but be more clear to yourself mate, you are simply not ready for marriage and if you proceed just because of someone's opinion you will regret, only you knows you better, if you are not ready let the lady go, don't give promises you can't keep and don't waste someone else child time, tell them where you are heading and if they are fine with it they can follow.

Forget that women are attracted to pleasures, you as a man must be worth something before getting married, if you believe that I am wrong, think like you already have a daughter and you find out that her husband to be is someone in your present state, will you tell her to proceed?

I am from a country with bad economy and still I vowed to never get married until I made it, even when I fell in love with someone I couldn't do it, because I don't want them to suffer for my own failures and mistakes, running from marriage doesn't mean you are irresponsible, you aren't just ready it is, and I have seen many people that rushed into marriage, thinking since they are two heads things will get better gradually, they ended up rushing out of the marriages.

Depending on which country you are from, financially stable and a solid future foundation will make things easier for you, do not deceive yourself, look around you today, too many marriages are ugly because of financial problems, build a better foundation first before looking into marriage.
233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Self control cannot be neglected as an early investor on: February 13, 2024, 09:50:00 AM
You brought just one game and all hell broke loose? But remember that you have been DCAING into Bitcoin, so if you decide not to DCA this week and instead use the money to purchase a game, how is that the end? DCA lives on, the following week you will continue your DCA, why are you pained?

Your story is confusing, honestly, you already have some Bitcoin and till today I am still DCAing, it doesn't matter what the price of Bitcoin is, I am not ready to stop accumulating right now.

Also, we need to always remember ourselves, I can't do without gaming either, I do buy games when I can afford it, we only live this once, do what you love at times, it only gets bad when it's getting too much, enjoy yourself while you are accumulating Bitcoin for long term.

Always remember to LIVE while you are struggling for a better future.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you quit gambling for a friend? on: February 12, 2024, 02:44:24 PM
If stopping my gambling activity will help someone to overcome their gambling addiction it sounds right and sit well with me, I can do it but I promise you that I won't land in such position in the first place, someone can't become a gambling addict because of me, t I don't keep such friends, I know people who are into gambling, we grow up from the same state and that's it, but I don't keep friends that are into gambling because I doubt they can control themselves like I do.

I only know how to be a responsible gambler by myself, I can't promise that others will be like me, and I don't want to risk it, normally gambling can be a reason why I won't become a friend with someone, because many of gamblers are too reckless, in the case of gambling only you knows what you are capable of, bringing someone along won't end well.
235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Management on: February 12, 2024, 01:47:46 PM
I often run out of funds due to gambling that is too blind in terms of placing $$ on every bet I make and ends up losing. I do multi-bets and single-bets, every time I win, sometimes I forget myself and use all my $$ on the next bet. This sometimes gives me big wins, but if I'm unlucky I can lose all my funds and this has happened many times.

I started to realize and change my habits. Now I use $$ from the profits from the previous bet to place the next bet and save my initial capital.

What do you think, is this good and can help me overcome losses that will occur so that $$ remains safe and can be used in future betting? Are there other unique ways that you can use to grow your money in gambling? feel free to comment. Thanks
Whenever I get lucky via gambling I keep some part of the money for weeks long of gambling without taking money from my pocket, your winnings can come in handy if you prefer to keep gambling for a long period of time.

There is nothing that has a better feeling using free money to gamble, the calmness that you are using part of your winning to gamble for weeks is the best for me, unlike many gamblers that spend every penny out of gambling and later come back to hoping to get a fresh amount of money via gambling.

Know how to manage your wins, use some for better courses in your life and use some for further gambling activities, if you win a thousand dollars you already have enough for few month gambling if all you risk per week is around $10 or $20.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I bet big I lose, but if I bet small I win on: February 12, 2024, 12:34:17 PM
Then keep using small money to win, it's even better that you are winning using small money, it's like the casino is keeping you in check, to avoid getting addicted to gambling, why complains?

You aren't even suppose to risk a lot of money on gambling in the first place, it's not a responsible way of gambling, so if you are winning with big amount doesn't mean you should continue using big amount, ask yourself if you can afford to lose the big amount first.

Gambling was suppose to be fun, but many people turn it into a source to make money, which doesn't make a lot of because gambling needs your good luck to get positive result.
237  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI? Which others can improve? on: February 12, 2024, 10:35:10 AM
The UI have to be attractive, since it's the first landing page or view when gamblers visits a casino, that's why it's very important to come up with a stylish looking UI but it doesn't ends here, what's the use of UI when gamblers are having a bad time on a casino? I have abandoned few online casinos even with their good looking UI design, I don't care about it much.

If I spend months on a casino with a good looking UI, and I keep losing, should I keep going on because the UI is looking good? How about going for a mediocre rated UI casinos and have a good gambling time with not so many bad luck?

I care a bit about looks but what is the most important is the experience I have on the online casino, it must be favouring to me after spending few months on the casino or else I will abandon the casino, I use what I can afford to lose but the long term play on the casino must favour me after spending the max of two months.
238  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you met this kind of investors? on: February 11, 2024, 03:27:08 PM
Common quote from Robin Jones Gunn, you may or may not have heard about it, but is "You go alone, you go fast, you go with people, you go far". Have you met anyone who knows about bitcoins, and then you tried to introduce them to this forum to come join this community, but they refused? I like to see what maybe their reasons where.
I am just over relating that quote to bitcoins; do you have the opinion that lone investors who are not members of any kind of forum or community about bitcoins or cryptocurrency can still be very successful investors?
I've read about few people who don't know this forum and still be able to buy and hold Bitcoin, they forget about it and move on with their lives, it was the same that those early whales did, they avoid the present price action and focus on the future.

I have referred some people to this forum before but they are not active anymore, simply because they aren't confused enough, some are just too lazy to be active and learn something about Bitcoin, they lose faith easily.

There are many people that are so lazy about everything, and crypto is a complicated place for beginners, if they don't have that desire to know about Bitcoin and crypto they will easily give it all up and walk away.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: February 11, 2024, 02:50:50 PM
It's not an investment, why track it? You will only feel like tracking when your loss is too much due to you risking a lot on gambling, you are definitely doing something wrong, this is the only thing that could prompt you into checking the past data.

It's like saying you go back into checking how many tickets you have bought in the past months when you visit the cinema with your family, like how much can a ticket cost to make you decide to do some calculation on just tickets?

If you can't afford it, then don't do it, this is same with gambling, if you are the type that cares so much about how much you've spent on gambling I think it's better not to be a gambler, you have money that you aren't ready to lose, such is bad for gambling, don't do it.

240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taking a break in gambling on: February 11, 2024, 12:18:23 PM
It's not necessary to take a break if you are a gambler who doesn't gamble every week, or someone who only games two days in a week, we have seven days in a week and if two days, with few minutes or a hour max is your gambling session what type of break will you need anyway?

I like telling people to always limit their gambling time and days, this is compulsory to put everything in the right order, you will have time with your own life and not wrap your head around gambling gains only, you will also be able to practice risk management and stand by your strategy.

Spending too much time on casinos is not good for you, take some days off by choosing one or three days in a week as your max gambling days, the other days that are not your gambling days are enough for you to think and do things right.
