right on, well said. I've been into this crypto game a while and this is the first time I feel the dev is true and honest, even though solid info is sparse at this point in time. I for one hold all my xc firmly and hope you all do the same. Aim for the moon brothers. And this is where a regular miner (like me) can actually have more coins than the premine by the dev.... I can't think of a recent coin that I can say that. This coin didn't have instamine like most other coins. The launch was super smooth by a competent dev. That alone is worth so much. Well just wanted to release another update on the wallet... The goal is to release a linux wallet as soon as a few last pieces of code issues are resolved, my hope is that this happens during the next 8 hours or so.. I'll provide another update around 1pm EST on the progress, this release will serve as proof that the anonymous features are actually working and implemented in the code. I've personally already spent a lot of time and money to get this point, money and time that was taken from my family & kids.... If I was to scam people and dump my premine, it would have happened during yesterdays peak... I'm no fool - XC will be huge once this wallet is released and I'm going to see that happen.. but with any venture there is RISK, and personally I feel I'm risking a lot on this project and I know others are as well.. Guys, maybe a noob question but can I use the wallet as it is right now or do I need to wait for the new wallet to come out? I want to cold store my coins held at an exchange since I am not selling them any time soon.

The anon wallet is definately not a scam! I understand your apprehension, but I got a good feeling from this dev. If he wanted to scam us he would've done it by the time XC was trading at 18k sat last night (or morning depending where you are on this globe) it must hurt him that people think this is a scam, but again everyone has the right to be cautious. Tonight the Linux wallet will be released with the anon functionality working. Keep the faith brother ! |

There is absolutely no reason why this coin can't reach a Darkcoin like market cap, or be at least the "Litecoin" to the Darkcoin "Bitcoin" if you will.
Also realise that the general crypto community probably hasn't heard of XC yet because we aren't on Coinmarketcap. A lot of people get their info about new and upcoming coins there.

Just wanted to provide an update on the wallet release... good news and bad news, bad news first - no release tonight, the good news - client was tested on testnet and is stable.
In the current cynical climate out there in altcoin world right now, it really is insufficient to not have at least an approximate date for when this wallet can be reviewed. This is vapor. your 100% correct - currently it is vaporware to everybody except me, and believe me I want to release the wallet ASAP, but not until it is 100% proven and its not at that stage. I've invested a considerable amount of money and time into this effort. There are 2 other dev's involved as well... Currently the wallet contains all of the framework for the anonymous feature and that is working 100%, however some of the code needs more work, less than 10% at this stage. I have only 1 goal and it is release the wallet, 100% of my effort and energy is focused on making that happen This almost brought a tear to my eye, I for one believe firmly in XC and it's development team. |

How fixed are you on the name -- "x11 coin?" I feel this could use some re-working.  NOT FIXED on the Name.... originally I was thinking about the "X" and how it reflects several things, or crossroads of old technology w/ new technology... and the x-factor I think you should stick to the name. I get exactly the same feeling from the name as you tried to convey. It reflects the development of this coin as well; diligent and focusing on fundamentals instead of sounding off loudly in social media. Behind the scenes and mysterious but transparant at the same time. I quite like the name to be honest |

Funny thing, I feel proud to hold Silkcoin at the moment I really appreciate the awesome functionality of the wallet and the serious involvement of the devs. Thank you for providing us with a well designed, well thought out coin. I am sure Silkcoin will be going places, the 1000 sat price will see a nice upward trend i think. |

If I have learned anything from trading for the last two years is that when there is so much FUD and fights in a thread it's a sign the coin in question will take off.
Haters be hating, but instead they should be (and probably are ) buying. Libertycoin will be a top 10 coin with a unit price to match.
Anonymous transfer is being tested and implemented.
No matter what negativity is being spread here, you will not con me out of my XLB stash. I will hold until my knuckles turn white. No matter the pricedrops, it might drop to 1000 sat, i will not be phased by it. I will hold.

Well guys as you can tell from my post a couple of pages back I supported the idea of bankcoin. The anonymous transfer option made this coin really stand out at this cheap price, but I fear we've all been scammed.
-The developer does not respond to anything.
-The claim about darksend and zerocoin cannot be true, zerocoin was abandoned by their developers and darksend is limited to darkcoin only until the 25th of May.
-The coin has no website
-No promotion from the dev except for some pumping on Twitter
-The wallet does not work
It looks to me as some shady dev tried to copy and paste features from other succesful coins in the announcement of this coin to lure people into buying. There is absolutely no evidence supporting the anonymous features, or even functionality of this coin.
I bought at 410 but now I sold at 220 to still get some of my money back, I am certain this coin is a total scam. Contrary to some people in the crypto world I am no pump and dumper, I want to warn both holders and newbies to steer away from this coin, but by all means do your own research as well. I've been burned too many times and I am getting sick of it. The whole idea of crypto at this point comes with risks I know that, but willingly conning people out of their cash is immoral. I welcome anyone to correct me if I am wrong, but as of now things regarding this coin don't look too good imho.

all people buying this coin now are smart money, the word isn't even out there yet. Anonymous transactions is what made darkcoin big. This coin will go to 1000 satoshi within 1 to 2 days.
