Dont know, nothing seem to be in progress, no explorer, no plans, no goals, no community, there is nothing to be relly on, not even moneysupply (at coinmarketcap) seems to be out of date.  at the end of line, it's a shot in the knee buying this coin, but the time will tell. I'm going to start posting weekly updates soon. There is a lot happening behind the scenes, some very big announcements planned. We now have a dedicated team working on PR to get HYPER mentioned on all the largest Bitcoin news sites many times this year (psybits) social media (JT) the upcoming blog and extra social media marketing (djnocide) tech support here on the forum (MakingMoneyHoney) key game server infrastructure (Ignatius) managing the online RPG (CryptoDatabase) and many more people are also contributing in different ways. I know that JT and Pablocality are also in talks about other underground HYPER marketing and promotion ideas. JT is starting to work magic on the official HYPER twitter account. Wouldn't it be cool to have a game where HYPER is the currency for buying add-ons for in-app purchases and the game hosts a staking wallet for the player so if the player is away from the game they can stake some coins or bring in coins from an exchange?

This is true. A simple game on mobile. Or Faceboook, as so many people seem to like. If people could actually earn something... Even if they don't know what Hyper is, if they know that they can trade it for Bitcoin, they hopefully have heard of Bitcoin, and can link the two, and then understand the usefulness of Hyper. "Oh, Im actually earning a limited asset thats worth something? cool". We don't need to appeal only to the serious gamer. I wish I could help develop such a thing. But I am not a coder Agreed. I think some of the best potential for this is in the simple casual ecosphere. Ya know....Kids and Women! (and men like me who have kids and women and no time for serious gaming) Something like a faucet of sorts but also a way to shapeshift US dollars etc. into HYPER. Seems lofty and ambitious. I only have the ideas and no expertise on the mechanics of API's for pulling that off...Maybe an indy dev could pull it off for a bounty. I have heard through the grape vine that there might be someone out there that can help us with this. More big HYPER news coming soon. JT is now helping to manage the official twitter account, we have a new blog launching soon that will go through all the game servers and how to win and earn HYPER, and we have more big plans behind the scenes. can somebody from dev confirm that? my wallet finally sync, so I want know, or I should wait first rewards or must resend coins?
p.s. wallet eating >700mb ram its normal?
Yeah, the wallet is a huge ram hog. Not sure if anyone's working to fix that. A lot of coins are below 256 MB ram so it's a pretty big deal. Yes, a future wallet update will fix the RAM issues, There is still also a bounty for a lite HYPER wallet Electrum style, if anyone is interested in making that wallet and claiming the bounty. zazarb, now that you are fully synced you will be staking optimally. DO NOT resend the coins to another address, this will reset the coin age and you will miss out on your stakes! How much HYPER is in your wallet? You should be staking nicely now please let me know. I am in talks with some of our biggest HYPER supporters and we are coming up with many initiatives to push HYPER forward in 2016. If anyone wants to contribute in any way please PM me. Currently I am looking for someone to manage the official HYPER twitter account, but if you have any other ideas on promoting HYPER, or any kind of HYPER project you would like to work on, please also PM me. Actually there's been a demo around for a long time - which can really be regarded as a "beta" I guess since one of the reasons development is taking so long (apart from a string of real-life issues with health, house moves, expanding families and secular work) is that we have been upgrading many elements that were initially put into the game as we go. The old demo (winner of the Best Demo Award at the AGS Awards 2012) gives you a good taste of the game style, puzzle types and silly humour though. You can download it HERE. Good to hear about the new games in the pipeline!
My own GP-sponsored game Captain Disaster in Death Has A Million Stomping Boots (not an online game using the currency - rather one sponsored with some GP given to help with production costs) is progressing nicely, albeit rather slower than we'd hoped due to real-life issues and lack of time for myself and my co-dev. However we are getting ever closer to getting the thing finished and release - it's been a long journey and there is still some way to go, but the GP sponsorship definitely helped - I was able to exchange some to Amazon gift vouchers via BTC which one of my musicians accepted as part-payment!
I'm expecting a new test build this week and want to get a new screenshot pack uploaded soon (we've updated a lot of the original graphics), and then within a fairly short period of time I'd really like to get a decent trailer put together and sent to the adventure game sites. Also our dev blog rather needs updating... too many things, too little time, but it's on my to-do list! Unfortunately like most indie devs I simply don't have much time to devote to my gamedev, and my two young children seem intent on keeping things that way - but though progress is slow, it is happening.

We need to make sure Hyperfuture is truly gone before a takeover is discussed. I would say give him 30 days to login, and if he doesnt then consider it abandoned, and open to takeover. Someone will pick this up. Someone with perhaps a massive team with many talented devs.

how much approximately time take to import bootstrap blockchain data file?
I left during night runing my pc, but today I found my wallet in "not responding " status
and not the tasks performed.
It shouldn't take that long. I recently used a bootstrap and it was fine. After the bootstrap was added to my HYPER folder, and then opening the wallet it took maybe 30 minutes max. Can you let me know how you added the bootstrap and if you are on windows?

Apologies to anyone that PMd me and I haven't replied yet. Unfortunately my real life has been very busy. Currently the biggest GP supported game is MMO RPG Dragon Knights of Valeria at http://dknight.ml/The game currently has over 1000 players! I've been in touch with Inkha (the original GP developer) and together we should be making sure GP has a lot more games and projects soon. I am also looking for someone to manage the official GP twitter account, please PM me if you are interested. I am also looking for a community manager here on bitcointalk that can answer questions, and post updates about GP developments like new games etc. I would also like to hear from anyone that would like to develop and online game or app that supports GP.
