Are you kidding man, this is all a show. Its really fun for the dev playing with people and getting all this attention. He is buying super cheap after dumping ICO immediately. Then he will hand off to someone else (himself). This is how the game is played by low skill devs, they cannot innovate but they are good at talking, so at best they scam 20 BTC from people. They will never make it to multi-million dollar market-cap. Don't even get involved with these coins. I don't think this is a dump and pump. I think the dev is gone from any further development with his free btc. I guess soon there wont be any volume and it will get delisted from exchanged. I give up, shit happens. |

If you want a demonstration of WHY Darkcoin is better than any other crypto. Go download Bitcoin, Litecoin, Peercoin, Dogecoin or anything else and try to sync from scratch. This is why we have 900 enterprise servers servicing Darkcoin. It creates an exceptionally healthy peer-to-peer network.
Also, we'll get 1 million new coins per year from here on out (decreasing by 7% per year), which my models show will add about 100-200 extra Masternodes a year. Consider as the network grows, so will our ability to service it.

EDIT: This has quite some implications on release plan by the way. For example, open source will probably be delayed until instant transactions have been implemented. Also, the name of the coin will probably be changed. Darkcoin is a good name for anonymous digital currency, it is not for the successor of bitcoin.
Thats what I thought straight away too. I love the name Darkcoin, I would welcome something more universal that relates to both anonymity and fast transactions though. |

If he said some Canadian guy or some English guy then no one would have gave a shit. Sometimes people do not carry their own opinions, they carry the opinion that has been shoved down their throats for years through some carefully constructed methods for some other entities agenda.
There is no question that people have had their opinion manipulated. But that doesn't matter in the slightest (for this topic at least). If they feel offended, they are only going to have a stronger opinion towards the entity shoving it down their throat. It literally only makes the problem worse, something said entity knows, and everyone who disregards the feelings of the person who feels victimized only makes it worse for themselves as they give more power to said entity. You literally are playing right into their hand. So if someone gets offended at something, how should people treat them? You could say with empathy but I can't empathise with such a person as when I get offended at something I try and work out if me being offended is justified logically, in this case its not. Apologising would only justify you believing the statement to be racist, which is exactly what they want. You think Atlas should apologise? |
