121  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain future on: August 16, 2018, 09:29:50 AM
Hi Guys ! What you think about feature of blockchain startups?
Blockchain can be utilized almost in all spheres of our life where storage of big data is required, so its future can be bright and optimistic.
The problem is that almost every token that supports this or that project is massively speculated, so it is really hard to draw up a clear picture of hiw development is currently going on.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: August 16, 2018, 09:19:54 AM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.
You would also feel like coward if you invested your last money into crypto  Cheesy
But yeah, I do agree with you that one who is afraid to lose his investment shouldn't even start.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: August 16, 2018, 09:16:06 AM
When will the youtube and other websites start to pay us with bitcoin?
Start to pay us? You mean you want to be rewarded with btc for watching youtube videos?
There are already projects that pay tokens for watching videos and playing games, but I don't think that will be soon implemented for bitcoin.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I CHOSE BITCOIN INVESTMENT OVER BANK INVESTMENT on: August 16, 2018, 09:11:57 AM
Knowing the crypto world was the best thing I have ever done. Today I was given an amount of $20000 by my uncle to make an investment for him at the bank so that by the end of the year he can get some additional money added to his capital. I sat down and calculated and found out that, investing at the bank will give him just $2000 interest.

I then called him and explain to him about cryptocurrency and how secured it is with evidences and it price increment for last year. After seeing it he told me to invest that amount into BITCOIN and I have done it for him. I know that is volatile and can fluctuate but I made time to explain to him that although the market is red now but when the green days come he will get not less thank $25000 added to his capital. I know I did the right thing and he will surely laugh some days to come. What do you think guys?
Wow, that's a really nice example of persuasion and I am glad you managed to make your uncle's mind about investing in btc.
The market is cyclical and the red days should end some day making us millionaires  Wink
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: August 15, 2018, 08:24:07 PM
The market has been down for too long. Do you feel like quitting cryto because you ve lost much?
For me, am a die hard fan of crypto. I will be a coward if i run away. I will stay till the green light shows. What about you?
I will definitely stay until some really huge catastrophe happens (world war or fall of meteorite).
Blockchain is something so revolutionary that it is hard to predict how much it could affect all spheres of all life.
So I will stay and wait for what will happen next  Wink
126  Economy / Economics / Re: why the state does not print a lot of money? on: August 15, 2018, 08:20:57 PM
why the state does not print a lot of money? than debt to other countries. is not it easier to make money than debt and ultimately burdens the state?

whether if printing money will have an impact on the money itself? or will it impact the value of the money in the eyes of the world?
Stable currencies are generally supported by gross domestic product which is based on goods produced by the country and services provided by its citizens.
So when lots of money are printed they gradually lose their value - this is called inflation.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: August 15, 2018, 08:14:04 PM
Bitcoin itself is not a scam, it's the people who speculate the price and manipulate trustful.people.
Lucky you are that you didn't invest your money into that pyramide and did your own research, otherwise you could easily lose everything.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you surprised at the price of ETH? on: August 09, 2018, 07:20:52 PM

Are you surprised at the price of ETH? what is the reason?
Yesterday Eth cost around $320 last time I checked it.
Today it gained $40, but I am still surprised with such a low price and cannot understand what made ethereum to go down so quickly.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: August 09, 2018, 07:18:58 PM
Guys, how do you think, is a ready-made product important for ICO project?

In my opinion, it is, because it can show investors that the team is ready to bring huge results and has future plans.

Most projects don't even have an open source code that could demonstrate their ability to develop a high-quality product.
So basically investors bring their money in exchange for promises to do something - and that's a rather discouraging trend showing a great potency for another avalanche of scams.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you panic? on: August 09, 2018, 07:15:52 PM
As I have noticed these days, when the ICO hasnt finished yet and the sale was still on going, the bounty tokens has already been distributed and also unlocked they sell it immediately on forkdelta or etherdelta for a much lower that ICO price, in which it could greatly disturb the sales in tokens. As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
Of course I panic when I see that my tokens are going down.
Everybody panics in such a situation, but the difference of the investors' behavior is whether they manage to control their panic and take the right decisions.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My wife tell me that i should sell all of it. on: August 09, 2018, 07:08:50 PM
Hello guys,

I have attended this place since May 2017,
Maybe i like many people here, i was profitable in December 2017, BUT i didn't sell because i think market will up more,
Then like everyone have seen, market has gone down for 8 months, and now i losing so much, but i still wait, i believe that market will go up and i will have profit again.
But my wife was impatient, she told with me "i think you should sold all of it".
I will don't sell anything, but I feel sad because I made her disappointed, she had hoped for me.

If you bought the greatest part of your portfolio before or around December 2017 than you might have lost more than 50% of it.
In this case selling everything has no sense since you'll experience great losses, and that's definitely not what you hoped for.
So the best choice is wait for a little bit - at least for mid-August when there is a great chance that the market will recover.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Best Bounties on: August 09, 2018, 06:59:54 PM
What is your experience with bounties, which of them get the most profit ? The smaller ICOs with less participants or the bigger ICOs with way more participants ?
Would be good to hear some comments of you, because I wanted to start with translation bounties Smiley

Translation campaign does not depend on the number of participants or hard/soft cap of an ICO - generally there is a fixed amount of tokens dedicated to translation services.
The reward depends on the amount of work (the length of white paper, for example) and the greediness of the project team.
A hyped project can pay like $200 for translation of a 30-page WP, while an unknown project can allocate tokens worth up to several thousands of dollars - you can never know how exactly the reward will look like.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: August 09, 2018, 06:53:52 PM
Most probably in this section are users that are interested mostly in Economics, so I want to know why Economics attracts you?

I studied languages at my university and hated economics when is was introduced during the third year of my education.
Frankly, I regret that a bit because now I realize that during economy classes we were given really useful information.
And now I have to bridge the skills gap individually without any help of a tutor.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading Bitcoin for real estate? on: August 09, 2018, 06:47:57 PM
I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
In my country a nice house could be bought for like 10 btc in current prices.
Regrettably, I didn't manage to earn that amount of bitcoins and still live in my old flat, but if stars are lucky for me I will buy real estate in exchange for btc as soon as the circumstances allow me to do so.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: August 09, 2018, 06:44:39 PM
The main thing about both gold and bitcoin is that they are unique and cannot be replaced by any other items.
This feature actually presupposes their great value and provides high interest of investors which cannot be suppressed by bans or other constraints.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A good example of elite manipulation of Bitcoin on: August 09, 2018, 06:41:33 PM
Goldman & Sachs are at it again. They just love bashing anything that doesn't seem to fit into their economic model of "make the rich richer and the poor poorer".

What they say is just another good example of war against everything new and revolutionary, which is brought by blockchain and bitcoin in particular.

"these cryptocurrencies ... are not a store of value."

The main goal of cryprocurrencies is that they provide a kind of self-control of the whole system - nothing can be altered in blockchain.
In my opinion, this is the greatest value of crypto together with anonymyty and decentralization.
137  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency? on: August 08, 2018, 09:57:05 PM
Well, you gave already the answer to your question..
The only thing I can add is that it is the most unlikely scenario for bitcoin to be suppressed by any other alt.
Bitcoin is the father of blockchain technology in principle, it is the most rare coin which will be fully mined in not a very long time, so I think it will hold the leadership as long as the Internet and blockchain exist.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My opinion about ETH on: August 08, 2018, 03:17:15 PM
In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
Despite the fact that this topic is rather old, let me summarize what happened to Ethereum over the past half of a year:
1. Eth lost almost 50% of its value (btc lost around 30%).
2. Most projects that used ERC20 tokens either failed to keep the price of their coins on a decent level or appeared to be banal scams.
3. Ethereum has demonstrated to be vulnerable to recent attempts of slowing down its speed, which resulted into a considerable increase of gas price.
Taking into account all said above, would you still believe that Eth remains a reliable coin and will reach btc price?
I think it's a rhetorical question and you already know the answer..
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: August 02, 2018, 07:02:45 PM
There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?
Sure we do, but not all of them - only those alts that have additional features like smart contracts and improve  the characteristics of blockchain like speed and cost of transactions.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency on: August 02, 2018, 06:59:07 PM
Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency.
How many years Bitcoin will need to become No.1 ?
Approximately in 120 years when all bitcoins are mined in 2140.
If the humanity and the Internet still exist by that time, the value of bitcoin will be cosmic and will exceed the value of all other currencies.
