721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: March 10, 2019, 10:07:16 AM
I understand WAVES is one of the most interesting blockchain platform nowadays but if I'm not mistaken it has less startup projects under its hood and I would love to see it grow. In this regard, what are plans of the team to convince projects to use the WAVES platform?

Is this website link http://www.iotatoken.com/  from the OP still working? because I think it redirects to http://ww1.iotatoken.com/ which quite unusual or I'm just having issues with my browser? Any ideas?
723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: March 09, 2019, 11:51:22 PM
I believe so for the fact that ETH and BNB are two different cryptocurrencies of which if we compare the two, its very obvious that ETH has far more use cases and is a very superior than BNB. Smiley
isn't it, that BNB (binance coin) IS (till this moment anyway) a 'use case' of Ethereum platform ?
also, for every transaction of BNB's , there has to be a ETH 'gas fee' ?

I was referring to the more superior project in which ETH is the fuel for an ever growing Ethereum ecosystem whilst BNB is a utility token on Binance platform. Simply put, if we could see the total number of transactions for each coin since in the beginning, then we could deduce which coin is more superior. Imho:)
724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 09, 2019, 11:42:04 PM
Only limited coins integrated in the list of Google.
I am proud of Litecoin due to its appearance in the list.
The apperance of Litecoin makes lots of sense for the future growth of the coin in particular.
In general, the latest action of Google is good for widely acceptance of crypto.

Being one of the earliest cryptocurrency, Litecoin has the advantage of being popular and has a good brand recall so its a trait that we should consider if we ought to forecast its price in the future and Google recently asserted that. Smiley
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: UTRUST on: March 09, 2019, 11:31:30 PM
Functionality and usages of platforms built on the top of blockchain is going to make this revolutionary currency adoptable by masses. Institutions have already been on board and once they start endorsing openly public's interest will be seen record level's. Like I mentioned in previous post existed giants already started to clear way for crypto payment processors by their policies.
Wow, you look right at the centers of the essence, or rather, to the depth of the issue))) The most interesting thing is that I completely agree with you))

I would like to think that UTRUST's unique features will fill a niche in crypto verse that should result in mainstream adoption though I was hoping a real product would be realized any time soon. Smiley
How do you imagine it? You can not just suddenly build a financial empire. Neither during the year nor during one

Given time and a little bit of patience, UTRUST could be one of the successful crypto projects as what did successful companies did which started small but grew big. But then again its very important that a final product should be released first and then strategize a plan for mainstream adoption.

As per information on their Official Telegram Channel, these are the current development roster with regards to the hiring of developers
 - https://t.me/MultiversumOfficial/157082 . Am excited to know who the developers will be and their respective capabilities to deliver the project.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 08, 2019, 03:17:06 PM
Do you think Litecoin will pass $60 in the next wave? Crypto is looking bullish. I think Bitcoin will pass $4,000 market again, Litecoin will go above $60, and Ethereum over $200.

Based on this technical analysis it might:
https://crypto300.com/litecoin-ltc-price-analysis-next-wave-above-60-likely/

Anytime crypto markets will be in bullish phase again and its a big possibility that LTC can even surpass your estimate since history have shown ATH's that is more than that. Imho.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: March 08, 2019, 03:08:57 PM
It will never happen as same as what happen with Bitcoin and Ethereum.
During the year 2017 or 2018, lots of crypto enthusiasts mentioned about the flippening between bitcoin and Ethereum.
After all, what's happened?
If this succeeds, BNB will soon be the second ETH and people will be very interested in this. I personally believe that BNB will soon develop well and may pass ETH in the future. Currently, BNB is getting more attention from ETH and the value of ETH has not changed over the past 2 weeks.
Maybe I am wrong, but I believe that there is no chance to see flippening between ETH and BNB.

I believe so for the fact that ETH and BNB are two different cryptocurrencies of which if we compare the two, its very obvious that ETH has far more use cases and is a very superior than BNB. Smiley

Speech by Brendan Blumer at the DC Blockchain Summit 2019.

Brendan Blumer spoke at the DC Blockchain Summit 2019 in Washington. During his speech he expressed his opinion on some blockchain's hot topics. Topics such as its development in governance, security and possible future businesses that can be built around the technology.

"We tend to think how that going to affect existing business, but what often happens is, it's the businesses that couldn't even exist or could never be thought of that emerged and change our entire social system and our society that tend to be the biggest impactors. Blockchain will have a whole host of those businesses as well."

vElemental Battles, DAPP Network showing its potential.

The LiquidApps team released a new article on Medium, where they analyze how an EOS dApp can be improved, in particular by reducing costs and enhancing user experience, through the DAPP Network.

How the DAPP Network can be used:
- Register application front-end on IPFS
- Minimize the amount of RAM required by a dApp

"By allowing dApps to store their data sets permanently on IPFS nodes hosted by DSPs and turn RAM into a lightweight cache layer, vRAM empowers gaming developers to create a new generation of scalable applications on the blockchain. As demonstrated by vElemental Battles"

Read more: https://medium.com/@liquidapps/velemental-battles-cb96c07f01bd

Its an interesting article and I see LiquidApps platform could bring EOS more projects that could redefine it development process and thereby could make the whole network bigger and more sophisticated.

More development update from the team on telegram. Finally got a proper look at the wallet on an android phone - I believe. I'm really starting to wish this beta test has been more opened to accommodate more of the community. This teasing is killing me

I agree! Am also very excited to see a blockchain platform coming from the Japanese which are well known to be very capable people so that they also called this project as a "Japanese Blockchain 4.0". Smiley
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ALGORY - Multifunctional Tools For Cryptocurrency Traders on: March 08, 2019, 10:23:11 AM

Is acces to this service cost some money? Are users should pay in your tokens? And when token will be listed to at last some exchanges?

It is still free to use these tools for now but we must assume the team will monetize it once its finally rolled out in the public as a multifunctional tools for traders. So we must try it as often as we can. Smiley
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CosmosCR [$CYBR] 🌌Virtual reality world, NFT's, Data solution#blockchain on: March 07, 2019, 11:13:04 PM
That is right! Maybe you could also implement tested technologies such as DPOS or Masternodes to make the network more  healthier and more secure and be viable in the long term. Imho.

Well I can tell you that eventually we will switch to DPOs for verious reasons!

Its a good choice for a consensus mechanism and has been proven to be viable. By the way guys, I there a link for your Github repository?

Welcome to Lesson 4 of “how to…”. In this lesson we will show you how to remove scanners from Workspaces or from Scanner Manager.

Below you can find quick “Video manual” in which we show how to remove scanners that you have already created:

This is really a great effort on the part of the team to educate the people on how to use the platform and I guess the community really appreciates it.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: UTRUST on: March 07, 2019, 11:02:09 PM
From what i've read they are asking some of the merchants and so from that they are gathering what is more needed to be added or to be done in crypto payments not only for their plans which is the best way to get the correct plan to address the consumers and the merchants needs in making future transactions. I cannot say anything bad for the team and what they are doing, that is the real reason why i am trusting them.

I guess the best way to partner with merchants and convince them to adopt the platform is to find a way to generate additional revenue and do a profit sharing scheme with them, that I think will give them the reason to adopt UTRUST willingly. Smiley
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MAINNET] 💪 HEROcoin (PLAY) | 🔥 1st MAINNET CONTEST - 5000$ Prize Pool 🔥 on: March 07, 2019, 10:56:24 PM
Last weekend the CS:GO major ended. It would have been a great idea for HEROcoin to sponsor some ads there. There were more than a million viewers at one point and I am sure a lot of them would be interested.

Great idea! Moreover it would be ideal if they could sponsor and advertise on major eSports competitions, then it would give the project extra visibility and exposure which could be good for them.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN-ICO]MODULE-Cryptoeconomic ecosystem on a decentralized file storage network on: March 07, 2019, 02:55:22 PM
That is next step to open beta version for public testing by inviting people just like any other project. I will say they should start involve people we can see lot of people are very serious and believe in the success of project. That screenshot confirms that even slowly but development is moving forward. They may have their own plan and want to stick to that.

Yeah, I guess I trust in the team's decisions with regards to development that I'm not even anxious and wonder if when they will list in an exchange, rather, I hope they continue to develop the platform first before any listing takes place. Imho.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: March 07, 2019, 02:46:42 PM
people start accumulating eos and hodl  that is good for future,  more and more project will start to work on EOS - marketcap is also good  so positive things in future for EOS and investors

EOS have very good fundamentals and is one of the top cryptocurrency that is favored among enthusiasts and investors alike and I guess their resolve is to hold it for long term to maximize profits. Imho.
currently EOS compitator is litecoin because litecoin and EOS marketcap is almost same and little bit diffrence left that litecoin coin take over EOS according to the coinmarketcap. did EOS price could cross 4$ and remain its 4th position on coinmarketcap?.

Though I'm also a fan of Litecoin, but I cannot say that EOS is in direct competition with it even though its shares a nearly tied up marketcap, still both has distinct niche and has its own unique supporters and adopters. Imho.

I hope and believe in the project from the very beginning. The most important thing is that they have a working project, and there is a lot of activity. Now there are very few such projects left.

I guess its more easy to support and believe in a project which have already  a working platform and contribute ideas with it and projects such as HEROcoin have great potential to flourish than with other projects which doesn't even have an MVP at least.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: March 07, 2019, 02:29:56 PM
Ethereum looks a lot improved with a clear decentralized currency i love ethereum and exited to see its roadmap implemented.

With very important updates just recently been implemented, there is no doubt that Ethereum and its community continues to strive to improve itself to be more competitive as possible.

Welcome to the Fourth Industrial Revolution — 19 Blockchain Predictions for 2019
Wink

A very interesting read that could give high hopes to the blockchain industry and how it is about to make a drastic change in the real world. Though I think some of those predictions will not all materialize in a given time frame, still they are quite significant ideas that could give us a clue on how the future will stand together with the use of blockchain technology.
740  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: March 07, 2019, 02:19:35 PM
Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why?
Those one who bought it at highest price Smiley They have no choice other than waiting for new big pump to level money losses and perhaps to get a profit.

I think almost all crypto enthusiasts are very hopeful on Bitcoin since it symbolizes a radical revolution that could empower even an ordinary man and of course we all saw an ever increasing adoption with it worldwide that we can assume it is slowly influencing the way we live.  I also think more people are getting optimistic with its future so as with other cryptos.
Of course, as long as people know and participate in crypto for a long time, they always have hope in the future and what bitcoin can bring them because everyone has blind faith in bitcoin, we have put too much money and time into bitcoin, so we need bitcoin to begin to shine in the future, brighter than any other investment. If not, what we have accumulated and invested in recent years, it will be useless and wasteful, no one wants bitcoin to fail, especially at the present time, everyone is focusing heavily on it.

I guess that faith will be sustained very long as the crypto markets are beginning to reflect a bullish sentiment as per Coinmarketcap data - https://coinmarketcap.com/ and since BTC price has direct correlation with altcoins, it means everyone in the crypto industry had high hopes on their respective projects.
