1421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won $128,000 and it's been a week waiting for game provider verification on: November 10, 2022, 05:50:25 PM
I think you have to check some of the posts above that casinos have a low reputation and even they do not have a license, so there is a possibility that they are just a reason to check the report if the winner is not from cheating or exploiting bugs. However, if after a week but the casino is not transparent about the results of the report, then we must add a casino in the black list, so in the future everyone must be wise to choose a licensed casino to avoid conditions like this case.
Although the previous payout was quite large but the second payout has suspicious indications based on the reason the team stated to check from the winning activity for the 1 week limit, I can conclude the $26k withdrawal is very large and the OP has managed to withdraw the funds, but if the second payment is also successful then The reputation of the casino will increase because the casino has proven that it will pay out the highest winnings and many other gamblers will probably review the casino before adding it to the list of trusted casinos.

I think the Casino is willing to pay your winnings but somehow, they think that you are cheating since they need a verification report from the game provider.  When a casino request this kind of report, it is obvious that they are suspecting you of cheating or exploiting bugs or glitches since the amount you won is possibly large enough for them.

1423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Countries that are Legal and Illegal in gambling on: November 08, 2022, 09:59:24 PM
There are so many ways to by pass the ban but once the government has been making regulation to ban it and there's no choice for people other than hiding while they wanna play gambling. The regulation just to prevent people playing gambling blatantly but im sure that mostly of people were still able accessing it anytime. As long as it can be by passed easily and then i think it was not a big problem at all. The government has two face. They ban gambling but they didn't wanna lose the tax income from there.
The government does not consistently enforce its regulations because some people from the highest positions are involved in backing gambling activities, but I did not mention specific countries but it is news of the fact that happened even though it is an open secret that is well known to the public, but on the other hand like you said that they wanted to the tax revenue increases from black zone activities, so the government has two faces to get everything but they will use the army to fortify if the people are fed up with them.
1424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing $350,000 because of a friend, what would you do? on: November 08, 2022, 09:37:14 PM
It can be regretful at first thought but if we think again, it can also be beneficial because what if the bet didn't turned out well? Our friend should thank us for this because we save them. For now, what important is that the bet still ended up with a win and it is better than nothing. Blaming should be stopped now as it's not beneficial and will only end up for a broken relationship.
You are right, it's all just luck but if we change his condition then his friend has saved him from gambling losses, so there is nothing to blame because in gambling even though we feel regret but actually you are not lucky at that time. If it's your friend then you don't have to blame him because everything about money can still be found from other jobs but repairing friendship will be very difficult if we have damaged it because only friends will help when we are in the worst condition.
1425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Zero KYC tolerance gambling platforms on: November 06, 2022, 09:55:55 PM
Yes, usually the application of KYC is to prevent people from laundering money, not only with the problem of tax burdens, especially the permits and legality of the casino sites that have been obtained, of course, they must comply with the laws in that country, so actually not all of them have to send their identity to the gambling site while submitting. the name and date of birth form seems to be sufficient for users who make small withdrawals, usually to follow KYC rules only for users who may be playing with thousands or tens of thousands of dollars
KYC requirements will be subject to change depending on regulatory updates from authorities, so we must be willing to KYC whenever needed for casino account verification even if we have low balances on casino accounts, but since many established casinos have already determined KYC then it is ensured that more users are willing or have verified KYC, if KYC verification is not too bad to prevent money laundering crimes and can be useful as proof of account ownership if the account has been hacked.
1426  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎁 BIRTHDAY for $1 000 000| Trip to Las Vegas & BMW M8 😎 on: November 06, 2022, 09:46:42 PM
The conclusion must be taken based on the terms and conditions that apply if Betfury includes this rule then they are on the right side free to do it
But on the contrary, if Betfury does not apply this rule, those who feel disadvantaged can submit complaints, although the Betfury team did not respond at least this would be a bad record and old users or new users can see it in the future. By the way this was not the first time I saw Betfury made a one-sided decision for example in affiliate cases.
Anything related outside of the terms and conditions can't be determined unilaterally unless the team has to explain the details of the problem for the purpose of publicizing the reasons why the team should take that decision but like you said if it's not open to unilateral action it will add to a bad record, so I think if the problem If it can be fixed then the team can take advantage of minimizing the problem to increase trust in users.
1427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Faucet and Bonus Farming on: November 06, 2022, 09:38:41 PM
I have claimed on faucet sites and there were restrictions on what tokens to claim at certain duration. Some make it like five tokens daily even if there are countless of tokens there. Now tell me why a casino can not do same if it think it is going to be a crime, than allow gamblers play them and then use it against them?
So casinos have to set limits for faucets to avoid problems with faucet facilities because users can't use above the set limits, so I've never come across a case of account freeze just because users can abuse faucets but if the casino can confirm it then the user deserves to be locked out because he might use bots to exploit bugs from faucets.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have your winnings lured someone into gambling ? on: November 06, 2022, 09:01:10 PM
Since I don't share it anymore, I don't have a friend like this. But let's put it into crypto investing, I've influenced several of my friends to invest a few into crypto and I think that if I tell them that there's also a chance for them to have some and lose some with gambling, they will try it.
I also have some big wins in gambling but I am not sharing them for now because my friends are not ready for it, so I also invite them to know about trading first and later they will also decide to follow my steps in gambling, another reason that I don't want them to suffer losses from their personal assets but they can use some of the trading profits brought in for gambling.
1429  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Unnecessary Pressure For Merits on: November 06, 2022, 08:37:15 PM
But after walking I realized Bitcointalk is the most complete source of knowledge regarding crypto and related ones. I even gained a lot of knowledge that might be very expensive if cashed out. Regarding Merit I think naturally it is a motive. Merit makes us quality with our posts. And it is one of the things that makes Bitcointalk grow well now.
You are right, there is a lot of important knowledge being shared based on years of experience from other people and we get it for free in this forum without limited access, so we have to go back to the main point that the forum focuses on sources of knowledge about crypto and other related things. Lots of discussion threads to avoid hype from the market and it is my opinion that they have saved a lot of traders from huge losses due to being affected by the hype. So I don't have much opinion about merit because there are many quality posts that deserve appreciation, so back to each other's opinions about how you distribute merit in each post.
1430  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Friends and Family members want me to invest for them, help! on: November 06, 2022, 07:49:15 PM
Nonetheless, I will advise you teach your family members how to use BTC wallet and exchange so they can be in charge of their investment this is the money we're talking about. Besides, investments like this may go sour in the future.
Exactly, we just need to teach them to know the basics about cryptocurrencies including how to use wallets and exchanges, so when they are interested in investing Bitcoin then they can buy the exchange and move the assets to the wallet address, so whatever investment they choose is their own decision to be responsible for for their respective investments and I think the right choice to invest in BTC. In conclusion, anyone can introduce cryptocurrencies but we don't force them to invest because of the risk factor and they will blame us if the market price drops or does not meet expectations, if they are not ready for market risks then keep them away from cryptocurrency investments unless they understand that investing is responsibility for his own decisions.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal. on: November 05, 2022, 08:32:25 PM
First of all, if someone has only 10$, he should not gamble. Gambling should always be done with the extra money which you can afford to lose. If anyone has only 10$ for gamble, this means he is a sort of person who is living hand to mouth, and he should not spend this amount in gambling.
I'm not assuming that a person budgets $10 to gamble doesn't mean he can't afford to budget $100/day to gamble, but I'm quoting if he budgets a minimum because it's not to bet on big wins but just for entertainment, so we have different criteria in gambling and we are free to argue if someone has a different perspective from the above explanation. I will attach a link listing some casinos with a detailed description of the minimum deposit and you should check the reputation of the casino first before depositing into the casino account, here is the link 25 Best Bitcoin Gambling Sites – Compare Crypto Gambling Sites
1432  Other / Meta / Re: Cryptocurrency Casinos Are Ruling The Signature Campaign Here In Bitcointalk on: November 05, 2022, 08:02:11 PM
Don't forget that there is still an altcoin campaign that has been running for years and is still surviving, namely Gold Stablecoin
If another business sees that there is an opportunity to gain exposure to its website it may be that a different business will advertise on this forum through a signature campaign, but that's only a possibility until we see it actually happen.
However, promoting altcoins in this forum seems to be difficult because most of them are not legit.
Campaign Gold Stablecoins are the only ones that last for long term campaigns but they have few participants and monthly payments (if I'm not mistaken). I appreciate that they are the longest running altcoin campaign in this forum and I am sure that the project will get good feedback from the impact of that campaign. But it is difficult for altcoin campaigns/bounties to grow again because most altcoins from projects are not legal, and now many top new projects are changing promotion patterns to provide incentives for participants to take tesnet, feedback, swaps and more. So it seems that many members are hunting to become part of the gambling campaign because of the weekly payouts and the long-term running of the campaign.
1433  Economy / Gambling / Re: US players, where are you playing now? on: November 04, 2022, 06:56:15 PM
They made illegal gambling not only offline gambling but also they have made illegal gambling sites which is online. Many sites allow access even if they are not legal on that site but many a site cant be opened from the IP of the united states of America. I use a VPN so by mistake I opened a casino (bitsler) and came to know that they do to allow users from the USA.
If the user is from the US then he must carefully understand the requirements in the casino because even if the casino allows the user from the US with access using a VPN, he must confirm to the casino team that KYC from the US will be accepted. Many popular casinos ban US users, so I don't recommend that you use them unless you understand the risk of account bans or assets being frozen, but I don't know of any other alternative casinos friendly to US users so my assumption is that many US users are switching to offline casinos.
1434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to guide a 10year old on the blockchain journey? on: November 03, 2022, 09:59:15 PM
I believe that a ten-year-old child can be interested in programming and be so advanced because I know a 16 years boy of my own, who is a generous in cryptocurrency. And in addition to the advice in the comments, I will say this: make sure that he or she is sufficiently aware of financial literacy and cyber security before starting to study blockchain. Children at his age are extremely vulnerable to scammers because they don't know how to deal with it yet.
We must provide assistance to guide children to know blockchain knowledge properly because even adults can be influenced by scammers if they do not have basic investment skills. So if a child has an interest in blockchain then it is very special and we must support to lead to basic knowledge that is friendly to learn according to his age.
1435  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Some Good Adivces on: November 03, 2022, 09:45:18 PM
Yes, right. Forum have several board suitable for anyone who wants to discuss something technical or basicly, but beginners should be better off getting to know the basics than going straight to the technicalities. Educational background might affect his interest in learning, but I'm really bad at technical things.
The forums already have a lot of discussion on each board regarding the topic you want so it is highly recommended for beginners to use the search feature to find topics about basic technicalities that they want to learn, and there is no need to rush to open new threads unless the topic has not been discussed before. So I suggest every newbie don't be shy to ask because we will help to answer it or recommend a link thread explaining the technical basics to learn.
1436  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A newbie with 100$ on: November 03, 2022, 09:31:28 PM
Provided that your $100 will be good for long term hodling, then definitely it will surely make a big difference when everything in the market turns bullish. And the fact that you invest it in ethereum and bitcoin, you will never go wrong with your investments. And yes, if you also learn to be a good trader later on, you will make a lot of opportunities to earn even from $100 sort of capital.
Investing in BTC and ETH is the right choice for beginners because some beginners want instant profits so risking on other altcoins even new altcoins are high risk without proper analytical knowledge, so I support that the OP can maintain his assets for a long term portfolio because top coins take time to reach the highest price.
1437  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Education seems to have failed in some developing country on: November 03, 2022, 04:35:25 PM
Because most student are taking the same course, there is no diversification so it leads to one job being saturated and many other jobs being abandoned.  You can take the example of agricultural and development, only a few people are taking this kind of education making many job position being vacant in this industry but IT's, eng'rs, management and many more are being saturated.
The favorite subjects chosen by students are management, IT, and others, but a very minority of students choose agriculture, architecture, fashion majors. So every year so many students graduate from college that the government does not have the capacity to provide decent jobs even half of the percentage of students do not have jobs or work not according to their skills in college. We have to change our mindset and don't expect to get a job from the government because the new era of technology allows us to be free to express ourselves to show our abilities to the world, we can work freelance for work contracts with anyone so that we have relationships from various people around the world.
1438  Economy / Gambling / Re: How To Access gambling site without VPN on: November 02, 2022, 09:24:26 PM
It is also risky in my own opinion as the casino have control over your account by banning the account or not. If your country banned gambling then the casino will surely add your country in the list that are not allowed to gamble on the casino. So, I would only use this to check not for gambling.
We can access casino sites using VPN but if my location is blacklisted it will be very risky to gamble because casinos can freeze funds or ban accounts whenever they want, so there is no option to gamble using third party access to hide IP, unless you willing to take the risk and better use the minimum funds just to gamble for entertainment.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Zero KYC tolerance gambling platforms on: November 02, 2022, 08:46:44 PM
Freebitco.in, which started as a faucet and today is more of a casino/betting house, also does not require KYC. Apart from those, there are a couple of others that can be seen in Mahdirakib's thread, the rest require KYC above certain amounts above all. So if you want to gamble without KYC, as long as it is not a huge amount, you still can. I hope this space of freedom is maintained as I haven't passed KYC yet for any cryptocurrency casino and I hope I don't have to.
Multi account activity has been prohibited on terms and service even though the platform does not require KYC, top gambling platforms have methods to track multi accounts even if using VPN access or otherwise, so avoid multi accounts as freebitco.in still provides gambling opportunities without KYC.

However, we don't know how long freebitcoin will be still able to operate without KYC rule. Regulators are enforcing the siege over crypto services like never before and at some point soon freebitcoin may be left without any alternatives besides finally introducing the feature to the platform.
If the regulator requests a KYC report then potential KYC features will be added soon for each user. But I rarely see intense discussion about KYC on the freebitco.in platform and I think if the team isn't going to press for KYC for now.
1440  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best thing to do if this happens on: November 02, 2022, 07:33:16 PM
I've had a friend who was a victim of fake gambling site. He became greedy because most of the time he wins on his games without knowing results are manipulated. That gambling site is gone already at the moment but be careful because surely, there are lots of them.
Many cases of scams occur on mid-level gambling sites because the reputation of the gambling is not trustworthy and don't be influenced by the high winning factor, maybe the team used that strategy by changing the script code to increase the winnings higher, so the winnings were fake and manipulation because it was proven that the team did not respond complaints from users and users have not been able to make withdrawals from users.

So to avoid such incidents, make sure you join the top gambling casinos from the recommendation list on the forum, but the risk is still there and make sure you are ready to accept the risk of losing funds from gambling.
