I see very easy games for the 1/8 finals for most of the favorites, well except the Ivory Coast vs Egypt game which I cannot predict who will move further in the tournament, personally I like both teams and I would love them to pass both but this is not possible. All other strong teams should pass very easily their games and I don't think there will be room for surprises as the teams will be 100% committed to play the best football in order to advance as far as possible in the tournament so there is money to be made on these games.
Ivory Coast versus Egypt will be a very interesting match, because both teams are strengthened by European-class players, in the Ivory Coast there are Serge Aurier from Villareal, Eric Bailly from Manchester United, and Frack Kessie who plays at AC Milan, from the Ivory Coast. Egypt is also reinforced by top European players, such as Mohamed Salah, the match between these two countries will be very interesting, it's a shame to miss, but according to my prediction, Egypt will be able to beat Ivory Coast in the last 16.

Egypt are nobody without Salah, I think, or should I just say I'm certain that the Ivorians will scale to the next round.
Silent Salah and you'll see how bad Egypt are going to perform. Ivory Coast are very agressive of and on the ball.
Love how solid there midfield, haven't seen much of Wilfried Zaha in this competition.

Athletico Madrid takes on Valencia at home, of late the defending Champions been going badly lossing four of there last six matches in the league, failed to move into the supercup finals and ended up lossing and be exited in the Copa Del Ray games.
They have had a good form against Valencia, and it shows that Valencia haven't won them Athletico Madrid since October 2014 winning 8 and drawing 4 in the process.
It's ten years anniversary of Diego Someone, lossing might be bad news for him here.
1583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 22, 2022, 07:30:47 AM
I totally doubt if the only position Manchester United aspire for is fourth place, seems so but then, they have a great chance to go above Chelsea.
I see them winning at the theater of dreams today, statistics has shown west ham hasn't won a premier league game since may 2007, drawing three and lossing ten in the process.
Goals from Youngsters, Elanga, Greenwood and Marcus Rashford... They be looking favorites for today's game to move above west ham.

Hahay and CryptoBuds, you both are just here to criticize the tournament, everything has stages gradually with time their will be standards and balance in this competition.
How would you say there are Les star's in the African countries, seems you don't have the internet to check.
The English premier league brought up the names of mane and Salah, I strongly believe this are the both names you know.
I'm vexed at this shit!! Guess you don't know Hakimi, Haller, Simon Moses ?

New rumors with Dembele future on Barcelona and Xavi ask him keep extended new contract or leaving club before January window transfer close, I think have threat for Dembele not to beat around the bush in contract negotiations with Barcelona, even as a result of his actions in delaying a contract extension he was not included when Barcelona faced Bilbao in the Copa del Rey. Barcelona should try to find a club that is willing to accommodate Dembele and is willing to pay a high price for the transfer fee.

In the last few years Barcelona has honestly invested in the wrong set of players, now I know why Messi been upset with their performance.
They bought three good player's with huge amounts that couldn't move the points upwards, they didn't take the club at heart, some of this players are Antonio Griezman, Coutinho and Ousman dembele, all of this three has big pays with pretty cool deals but didn't successfully work good for the club.
I think it's high time they send dembele off, coz he has shown signs of wanting no more.

Congratulations to the nation that qualifed for the round of 16, the date and playtime are out. Let get our views on this games, nations that are likely to win and progress to next to next stage. I'm not surprised Algeria didn't make it out of the group stages, they were playing badly, they were one of the favorite tip to win bit couldn't scale through group stages that's sad.. So far the tournament hasn't recorded much goals but hopefully we begin to see more of that since the teams now will give in their all to attack and score.

So far which of the teams has impressed you the most and who do you think is coming out top scorers, Vincent Aboubakar (Cameroon) is leading that table with 5 goal and Cameroon are still in the game. Do you think he'll emerge winner or others will scored more goals in the later stages of the game.

Congratulations to the countries left that has played great, this level has shown their achievements.
Watch how poor defending Champions of the African Cup of Nations performed, not even having Riyad Mahrez in them side with them saw them play better and go further,it has shown why no country should rest all hopes on a single player.
I'll be rooting for Nigeria and Cameroon, although they haven't been on my mind from the start.
The later has host will want to retain the Trophy at home soil and ground..... Nigeria did impressed me in the group stage games, winning all three games is just enough to show their zeal for the tournament.

I don't know why my hunches keep telling me Juventus will evolve into the top four this weekend, a possible winning will see them above Atalanta, that's if Atalanta fails to win against Lazio.
The odds ain't looking good,as to decide who wins against themselves but Juventus will want to close the gap, best believe they will be the better side on that day..
Talking about the Lazio Atalanta's fixture, Atalanta failed to secure a win not even scoring a single goal in the process, should that be repeated against Lazio ? Lazio will sure hurt them if such performance is what they put down. A goal from Lazio is much expected.
, Sarri can do better.

Next week Chelsea will meet Liverpool again in the EFL Cup after Liverpool managed to lock up victory from Arsenal with a score of 2-0 and a goal difference of 2 after Liverpool's first meeting only drew with Arsenal. Chelsea first managed to advance to the EFL Cup final after successfully beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 on aggregate when Chelsea won the first leg 2-0 and the second leg successfully locked the win with a score of 1-0. The final is quite interesting because both teams want to win their first title this year and still have a chance in the Premier League and also the FA Cup.

Isn't this kloops first final in the EFL cup ? Getting to this level has shown he has really want to take hold of this trophy.
Arsenal drop of form again, they have failed to win Liverpool for a long long time,I was honestly anticipating for three to four goals and both team scoring but then they failed too.
Who's the boss now? The reds indeed, let's see how Klopp prepares for Chelsea with Manne and Salah.... Great winner from Jota to seal the game up for them.

I won't say I was impressed with Real Madrid also, how they played in the first half and second half wasn't bad,bit then they failed to secure and score a goal in either of the half's.
Elche scoring first also was embarrassing, they fought hard to show how ready they was to proceed unto the next round.comgratulations to them
Ended Hazard and Isco for the goals., Hazard doesn't look happy, I think he does wants a move somewhere else.

From the last games of the group stages, most vital countries have performed less than expected.
Although Nigeria won't be part of this as they're looking forward on winning their last game, qualification for the next it sure but then they will be the first country to win all of their three games/matches.
Nine points in total as they will be hoping for the best in the next rounds to come.
1591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 19, 2022, 03:20:47 AM
Prior to this game between Valencia and Sevilla, the host had back to back losses, and getting a win here could be a difficult one for them to achieve.
Sevilla on the other side, are second place holders with ten points clear third place Real betis, also five points between below real Madrid, can they get a win ?
Not certain about that, seems to be a possible draw, statistics shows how Valencia has been with cards having the highest card's in la Liga....Look outs should be on Lucas Ocampus to score.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 19, 2022, 03:11:23 AM
In the Coppa Italia tonight, it was a really great match for Juventus undoubtedly. They literally tore Sampdoria apart by their performance and the result they got. Juventus won by 4-1 and it wouldn't have made me surprised if they won by even a bigger score difference. I have never seen Juventus playing this much effective in attacking until this match. They showed their best performance and the supporters would like to see it continuing in the Serie A also. We saw the old spirit of Juventus in this match for sure.

They have had bad games, good to see them with large numbers.
Fully dominating the game from beginning to end, I think Juventus deserve to be in the top four.
Allegri Knows what's best for the team, having great experience to take them to the top.
Hopefully we'll get to see such performance in them next game.

With the current draw of Chelsea against Brighton, Manchester United can catch up and still go ahead of them.
Brighton was the better side for me, was a sharp header! The goal was powerful, no much impact from Lukaku.
Good to say that Paul Pogba is back with this we can see a better Manchester United... But then still not certain about his next move, could be a possible move out of the club.
1594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 17, 2022, 10:23:03 AM
Coaches like Rafael Benitez and Jose Mourinho should simply retire or take a break.
There tactics are simply outdated, taking a year or two and try to keep themselves abreast with the current style that win games.

About Benitez, he's done poorly so far, should have been sacked a long long time ago.
Good thing they did this at this moment because this might end them up in a bad position at a critical moments.
I don't see either of them both Rooney and Frank Lampard taking the Job.

Everyone saying congratulations to Real Madrid in general.
Mine is going to a single player call Marcelo, in the history of Real Madrid, he's the only player with the highest trophy.
Winning a total of twenty three trophies will be passed as history acrosed down to several generations.
I'm saying a big congratulations to this personal award he's got alone...One more to come, let me be precise here, the Spanish La liga.
Tell me I'm wrong for congratulating Marcelo and you're wrong.

I was extremely happy to see Harry Maguire on the bench, but then Manchester United have no quality midfielder.
Matic old has no pace, Fred no vision and isn't the Manchester United type of player, they need improvement in the midfield.
Manchester United are just useless fucking useless I'm tired of Manchester United.
1597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 15, 2022, 02:54:47 PM
Congratulations to Manchester city, today's game shows they are unbeatable. Manchester City have done very well in their performance this season. Though it took them time to score their first goal, but I knew it before the match end they will score.

13 points clear already, best believe they are premier league tittle winner's, ion see no going back for them.
I wanted Chelsea to hold them down to a possible draw at least but then they fail to.
Kante not winning that ball against Debruyne made me concluded, that's the goal, beautiful strike from the Belgium man.
Pep Guardiola's team is just unstoppable, it's been a great day for the Manchester city fans.
1598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 15, 2022, 10:26:21 AM
Manchester City shouldn't win please, I don't want the premier league to be dominated by a single team, although Pep Guardiola's men seems to be very stubborn.
They want it all, you should see how they have been hungry bfir success, they know what the manager wants and that's how they've been playing.
Chelsea should get a win or draw instead of the side Manchester city winning this game.
Every body is in shape, Kante is also, gives me joy watching Ngolo Kante play up against Manchester City, well get to see him ball recovery.
1599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 15, 2022, 06:15:07 AM
If you understand the Barcelona's system, you'll see no chance of Memphis Depay playing under Xavi Hernandez or having game time in the first eleven.
It will be sure difficult for him to slide in, anyways I hope Barcelona wins their game's ahead, getting a decent defending player that's composed will be of great help to the team.
Thay had a good game during the Super Cup, I think now loads of work needs to be done in the defense, and hopefully they get into the top four or end up winning the Europa league competition.

Premier league actions will take place tonight and tommorow, although Africans will be missed in their respective clubs Wink
My prediction for Brighton versus Crystal Palace should be a full time draw or Brighton grabbing a late winner, stars shows they have never conceded In a night fixture in their last four games.... I expect them to win or get a draw.
For tommorow prediction will be Manchester City versus Chelsea, a win for Manchester City will put them 13 points clear.
I don't want Chelsea to win either and Manchester City shouldn't, so all I see coming is nothing but a full time draw.
