Well i guess i was subliminally right after all.
Do people find it a tad ironic that it only required six people to end it?
And is there any actual code for weirdo miners to push on with? I'm guessing there isn't.
I enjoy your comments and well done on this one.

It sounds like you must Enjoy having Blockstream's dick shoved down your throat while your paying $100+ to move your coins off an exchange.
Tell your grandma to buy Bitcoin, it's a great investment. I'm sure she will love the part where she has to calculate a priority fee to pay based on the size of her transaction.
For everything else, there's Bitcoin Cash.
What sort of idiot is in bitcoin to spend them in b/s? It's just you. Exactly this. Branson can't buy his coffee with Bitcoin. Shit

Honestly, some of you guys talking about forks having immediate value are just not getting it.
Let's say that the entirety of Facebook's code base was completely open source, and anyone could fork it at any time and create an FB 2.0 with a click of the mouse. So someone does it, claiming that can make it faster, better, whatever. Let's even say that any holders of the original Facebook stock would get an equal stock 'dividend' of like 10:1 for the new site.
That does not auto-magically give this new FB 2.0 any value at all. Period. There is a whole entire financial ecosystem that goes along with the original Facebook, including the founders, devs, employees, investors, stock holders, stock exchanges, supporting sites, corporate sites, merchants, marketers, ad agencies, etc. etc. The list goes on and on. This ecosystem was built up over a decade or more. Not to mention all the 2 billion users of "the ONE TRUE Facebook" that are not at all inclined to switch to FB 2.0. The are happy and content with continuing to use the original.
Loving that analogy Torque. I'd like to see what people have to shoot this theory down.

Surely hodling through all this is the best thing.
I mean, you'll have both coins.
I personally can't see 2x taking over at all. BUT in the freak occurrence it does you'll have both anyway.
If anyone is that worried just don't dump anything at all.
See how all this plays out.
Can someone tell me why 2x will succeed??

looking at the 2 hour optimism chart it very clear to me that we're going up again an should hit $7300 in the next few hours(also go litecoin go)
what will be price after SegWit2x , i believe price will fall between 4000~4500 USD I think we are all in agreement there will be a drop. I think it'll be short lived. I for one will sell my segwit 2x and bump up my bitcoin stash.(once safe to do so) If more people think like me then everyone bumping up there stash by 5%-20% depending on b2x price then surely the price will go up right? Just look at the charts beginning of August of this year and I'm expecting something g similar. But then again what the fuck do I know. I'm not going to dump aa quick as I did bch. most exchanges are taking 2x more seriously.to hard to call for me What is good about segwit 2x? I really can't see it. The good things about bitcoin is there is no one person responsible for it. It can't be stopped. It's used now to hold as an investment. I personally don't give a shit about buying things with it or transactions speeds, big blocks etc and I bet all the big money thinks the same. I'm not as into the whole technology like some of you guys here. For me it's an investment. 99% of the people buying btc are the same. Do you think Richard Branson buys his coffee with btc? Again, what the fuck do I know. I'll give you a clue. Not much.

Profit time have let Mrs V8s go to Tesco for once rather than Asda, but none of that Finest scam. if it goes to 25k in December, maybe Waitrose... I can tell who's stash is bigger. We have gone from Aldi to Lidl "Moving on up, van de Lidl naar de Ap" even (From the Lidl to the Albert Heijn supermarket). $25k is Christmas lunch from Sainsburys. Doesn't hurt to splash out once in a while. $100k is delivered by Ocado. ^^^this is a Marks and Spencer food hall man right here I bet.

Today I strolled around the city centre, just for fun, for no specific reason. I really felt free. I realised that the most important thing in my life is not an expensive car, a big house, or an exotic vacation. It's freedom. Freedom from financial slavery. Freedom from the slavery I see everywhere around me. It's just amazing how a set of numbers inside a chip can completely change one's life for the better.
Thanks, Mr. Nakamoto.
PS: Yes! Another nice and round ATH @ Kraken!
6500 €
I said to myself never ever touch my stash until after the next halving at the earliest. Seeing these numbers now I really hope my plan isn't a mistake.

The only question is: will it peak at $25k, $35k or above $50k You mean after the resolution of the next forking shenanigans, right? Right now we are getting preforking pumps, and then we will likely get post forking pumps... gosh? I am thinking more on the lower end of your three scenarios.. but maybe I am just not bullish enough.. ? I need to up my game. I used to be one of the most bullish and I can't get my head around anything over 2k. My brain doesn't compute. 25k wtf?? I'm not sure if I am drinking too much coffee or whether I'll eventually find out that near miss I had 2 years ago knocking myself out wakeboarding wasn't a near miss at all and I've been in a coma. I'm sure I'll wake from it soon and see bitcoin at $300 again where I left it. Or is this real?? Or am I dead? I don't know anymore.
