great info, looking forward to that automatic coin exchange part.

Looks like it's time to move to P2Pool...
I briefly used it when I first started 12 months ago and I was mining FTC and VTC...
Anyone here using P2Pool and can give me a few pointers?
I remember there being very specific Scan, Queue and Expiry settings and I think also a 10% DOA rate was normal? Not sure if DOA is the right term, it was a while back, I think it was a measurement of error rate.
So do I move all 30 rigs to the same pool or spread them out?
I don't mine anything else but DRK so I wont be moving around at all...
let me give you an honest answer, I tried different pools, p2pool does not offer the best return, try waffle or suchpool, you need big hash rates to get blocks fast, yes I know about variance and stuff like that, in reality the big dog eats all the blocks.

I think the scheme is for the price to goto 10 then the dev buys them all
|
|
|
perhaps the success was due to 24hour POW, people think I need to grab a piece fast before its over, thus the high price and volume.
AND GETTING IT LISTED SO FAST!

so much mysteries and puzzles in this coin, thats why I am watching it.

The moment the dev posts another message, the coin will jump 1k instantly, because he is like the GOD

RC4 started testing yesterday, and Kristov Atlas, a well respected young man in cryptos, is reviewing the code. There is a donation address set up for him (anyone have it handy?) so that he can spend more time reviewing and commenting.
He'll soon have more DRK in his wallet than I ever had. Meh, he deserves to have 10 times the amount. Sent +100 DRK 52c056539b1b6a7a9fe0678f9b214eb9508ec02b5f209d2087d795e1180ac442 this guy just donated 100 DRK

If it breaks 1K, many ppl will be sad

sad true is that i dont have so much money to buy 1000 DRK There's bigger returns and better ROI when mining BTCI mine DRK as a hobby. I hold my DRK. I spend/sell my BTCI also mine Dogecoin as it spends easily and everywhere! what do you suggest, i should mine btc? with asic... i dunno with gpu's i can switch to other coins... with asic no way My ASIC mini-farm is pumping a solid $25+ profit per day mining Bitcoin! There are MANY SHA-256D coins worth mining IF you plan on holding. I am just saying...don't throw ALL your eggs in one frying pan! Diversify your mine. If you don't even consider ROI, might as well go play the lottery yo! care to share the number of which ASIC you have and their cost? thanks

So how is the RC4 testing going? Or is it too soon for early conclusions?
I am sure Anonymous feature will work someday soon, its not making atomic bomb, just mixing some coins... I am concerned why things are so quiet in the market.. with such low volume, even multipool dumping will have an effect on the price. I want to convince wafflepool owner to pay us in DRK, because I use the BTC to buy back DRK anyway..

If it was a 7 day POW instead of 24 hour POW, the bubble would have gone bigger, because many would be buyers haven't heard of this coin yet.

Perhaps the dev made his 100BTC in profit and just drinking cocktails on a sunny beach somewhere.

one big buy on mintpal just took drk from 0.011 to 0.012
Not convinced this was a "legit" buy. Looks like the trader moved the coins from one pocket to the other... Maybe I am wrong though... I only see it took out tons of small sales.. then afterwards, the 5,10 dark small sellers taking it down again, volume is so light... everything is so quiet these couple days.

Damn now you guys scared me... i must think about what to do... i do like mining, its very cool hobby that can be rewarded with money in the end ... but i do understand that mining somewhat can not be profitable Its a cool hobby with 2 rigs, not cool with more. only profitable if you can find a way to get free electricity, from dorm, work, neighbor, public power line, etc.. finding free energy is the priority...

i dont get it , if this was a scam the dev would have been hyping the shit out of this coin all day long , if it was real he would say something i think either the dev is asleep because he has been working hard to get this coin out , he tries to accumulate or he doesnt have a possibility to get online due to some real life problems
This is sort of an interesting one. The pattern doesn't make much sense unless the dev is buying up coins himself. It's basically equivalent to a pre-mine/instamine, but all he has to do is be silent. That pattern of course has occurred with other coins too, quite often right after a pump. It's advantageous to lower the price of a coin to buy back in cheap, and all he has to do is post something... anything... and it's like double profits. It could alternatively be just a scam, coin pumps, dev cashes out, and walks away. But as stated many times here, it was hardly an optimal way to go in this case. The pattern didn't really fit. So I would guess the former, but who knows really. As for the multiple exchanges adding some validity to the coin by simply adding it so quickly ... we'd like to think that is the case, and should be the case, but we can't be 100% certain. Cryptsy also added Via + Apex, so maybe exchanges are seeing Bittrex eat up their profits and plan to add coins faster now. Only they can say. Busoni(head dude @ poloniex) was in the poloniex trollbox last night, and he said that some coins are added when there is a high mining interest, etc. He hinted at this being the case for CNL. ton of people mining it, so one would assume there would be a large number of folks wanting to trade it, which equates into the exchanges making their money from trading fees. That's a big reason why the exchanges all added so soon. Don't want to miss out on the easy money. poloniex needs to upgrade their hardware and ISP, half of the time I couldn't even login..

The question is who were the buyers eating them all up at around 4K?
I think most of the POW coins were sold by now.
Will it rise from 1.5k now?
