Is that $45K calling?
Predicting a bullish price in Bitcoin always makes one feel like a prophet
It may take time but would surely come.

I can say $200K not that far and am definitely tagging this message that I told u so  Grin Grin.

243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beware all Crypto Owners. Privatekey of Bitcoins & Altcoins Are Compromised. on: February 08, 2024, 08:12:35 AM

I challenge you again. If you can do? do it.
Get trillions of random private keys of Bitcoins, Google it. And each time you will find Alamy images appear at image section.

Lol why would I be foolish to place my private keys on a search engine.
Not a believer of Google S called privacy
So I would pass but still stand my ground that what you said with the emphasis on all private keys is a sham
Is impossicant.

Except maybe the MtGox sales but that would be corrected within a day or two

Don't be so quick to dismiss the effect that the mtgox coins could have on the market.  Last time I looked the discussion was that about 130,000 BTC were going to hit the market once the coins are distributed.  After April we're looking at 450 BTC per day being added to the system.  That's like damn near dumping a year's worth (289 days) of BTC supply on the market overnight.
I thought it was BTC worth $130 million.
130K btc is huge,  that's like almost $6Billion
But according to what I read the stipulated deadline is October and not all funds would be paid this year.
245  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 07, 2024, 09:41:48 PM

Grayscale selling drying up, OTC supply diminished, halving soon, moon loading?
Bullish already.
$43K can now serve as a strong support
There's nothing holding Bitcoin from hitting above the $49K mark.
Except maybe the MtGox sales but that would be corrected within a day or two
Strongly bullish in the week and month time frame.

My body is less like a temple and more like a monster truck.  I'm more of a live fast die young sort of fella.  I don't lift weights for my health, I do it to make the ride in the truck more fun.

Still on the challenge.
Did 43 before had to add one some minutes ago
Let's see if I would add another before the day runs out.

This pump so welcoming to me added to my portfolio early this month during its testing 41K Cheesy.
Average price still around $39K
Lord Never felt green was this attractive.

Bitcoin catching up to Chart Buddy already.

247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cashless Socity and Contribution of Bitcoin! on: February 07, 2024, 10:19:30 AM

Bitcoin becomes the primary medium of exchange replacing physical cash entirely.
This is highly improbable,  except there would be a breakthrough in scalabilty.
A cashless system already exists.
Even if it's not the mainstream, most transactions in recent times are sent via digital.

Quote
Someone is going to market on emergency need to buy many of the thing but he have no cash money in his wallet. we asked the question why have no money and will go ATM for taken money. That's the point for emergency need some of the time you will watch network did not work or electricity problem war time etc can't taken cash money.
Is hard to understand your English, I would advice that as a newbie first focus on your local board where you can use a language you more comfortable with.
In the case of an emergency,  What's stopping the person from making transfers?
If there's no network, making transfers wouldn't be possible also using Bitcoin.

Even if cash is going to be replaced is not going to be by Bitcoin alone.like we have different physical currency
So also different digital currency unique to various countries.

In a nutshell,  cashless society wasn't started by Bitcoin but it would be indirectly or directly influenced by Bitcoin.
248  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 06, 2024, 04:02:23 PM
This momentum of recovery is beautiful.
43K already once resistance is broken
Hahaha Godspeed.

is there a section in the forum where they list airdops for BTC holders only?  (don't wanna go through all the crap for shitcoin holders)
I doubt.Things like this reminds me of ordinals, not a fan of it all.
Let them continue existing in the Ethereum, solana and other blockchains.
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 05, 2024, 07:36:01 PM

I'm a little bit shocked that NOBODY is doing this or even wants to.  What the fuck?  Maybe this needs it's own thread to find some participants?  Nobody under the age of 50 should be struggling to do push-ups on a regular basis.
Lol I will start it soon.
Have been procrastinating exercising for sometime
Since I lost all my months(9-10) work after falling sick during the covid period
Been lazy to start, for fear of losing months work in a couple of days.
Will start tomorrow
Maybe with 10's to 20 at different intervals.
Yeah ngl I missed been proud when I looked at the mirror.

Not participating but 100 a day is easy to do 😎
You can choose to spice things up
Maybe 10sec(block ≈10mins) interval before pushing up after coming down.
251  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 05, 2024, 09:06:10 AM
Anybody else taking part in the latest Bitcoin movement sweeping across social media? 100 pushups a day until 100K?
I can barely hit 40 a day. I don't want to see Bitcoin 100K while in the hospital. I will be here cheering for the participants.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does BTC mean to you? on: February 05, 2024, 08:04:49 AM
To me it is an opportunity
Opportunity for self custody
Opportunity for wealth safety
Opportunity to gain an appreciating asset in cheap price
Opportunity to accumulate wealth
An opportunity for the future.

Weldone I the you speak my mind in as much the forum is concerned as newbie all you need at first is to study the forum see existing topic

am not sure the OP is a newbie newbie (don't mind my language) joined around September last year.

The funny thing is if another newbie comes they won't see this
That's why it's recurring
They are not usually familiar with using the search engine and of the notion that their question is unique
Been there
Thought same  Grin.

254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Less than 80 days until the 4th Ever #Bitcoin Halving on: February 04, 2024, 08:46:20 AM

So can you tell me what has happened and will happen to ETH, BNB or even LTC? Because as far as I know, the altcoins I mentioned and many others have brought thousands of percent returns to many people like bitcoin did to its early investors.

Those who are stubborn and believe that bitcoin is the only investment in the market are just like traditional investors. They stubbornly believe that gold and real estate have real value and are worth investing in, while bitcoin has nothing and is not worth investing in. In your opinion, BTC and ETH, which project will bring better profits in the next bull season?
They don't really think Bitcoin is the only investment that can yield result.
They are just biased towards the long term survival and needs of the coin.
Investors with that mindset don't think about a day, weeks months, they invest in years and Bitcoin is the safest bet.
Making 10000% and losing more than the capital and  profit made is not a good investments.
The coins  been centralized has a certain risk attach
The FTX debacle should have opened investors eyes towards centralized altcoins
No matter how big they grow
It would just take an action of a greedy head to plummet it to oblivion
And people move to the next shitcoin with believed potential.
Personally I don't hate Altcoins and can even hold one or two but I always take them like a gamble.
Unlike Bitcoin where one can boldly say every dip is an opportunity
We can't say same for altcoins.
There are many projects that are proof like Pepe,  FTT,  FIL,YFii etc.
I don't preach Bitcoin or nothing
But am risk averse, and would choose what would give a relatively good peace of mind.

Snip
Immediately after the halving? or this halving year?
If it's immediately after halving then above $75K is a stretch
But same year (2024)? 6 digits wouldn't be difficult to achieve.

Not every halving would lead to a huge increase in price
As time goes on halving wouldnt have a significant effect on Bitcoin
But inflation, cost of mining, it's scarcity, BTC mined per block among other factors would make it continue it's upward trend.
Imagine the price of Bitcoin in 2064, Btc mined per block would be around  0.003.
It becomes more scarce,  harder to mine and holding a Btc would be almost impossible if you ain't at least a high rank millionaire
That's why people are adviced to accumulate now that a BTC can be easily mined.

Quote
I think we should not be subjective that the price of bitcoin will always increase, but we should think about the bad scenario and have a plan for it
The only bad scenario I can think of its a 51% control over the Blockchain
If it doesn't come up
Bitcoin would always rise.
Even if a correction or news affects the price
It would recover and continue matching.
If a project has utility,  a community and it's scarce
Then the price would increase as it gets scarcer.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is Bitcoin ETF really the best to hold? on: February 03, 2024, 07:49:05 AM
I'm not trying to undermine the impact the ETF has/would have on Bitcoin, especially as a form of advertising mechanism and providing some element of legality to it.

I still don't understand why one would prefer owning an ETF rather than holding the true thing (Bitcoin).
Bitcoin ETF is more expensive to hold with fee ranging from 0.2% to 1.5% than one holding the real Bitcoin
Not to mention unlike Bitcoin, it isn't permissionless nor does it provide any private key that shows one is the sole owner.

I know that it could serve as a bridge to bring to the awareness of individuals about Bitcoin and maybe let them realise its utility and start using it.

But I'm still curious why individuals would prefer to own an ETF rather than Bitcoin itself?  Does it stem from their mistrust against anything that goes against the norm?

Note: My question stems from my miniscule understanding of ETF.Clarifications would be appreciated.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be stolen? on: February 02, 2024, 02:51:20 PM
No it isn't safe from hackers except the blockchain itself
But this unsafeness usually comes as a result of carelessness on the holders end
You gave a proof that Bitcoin can be stolen and you asking if it can be stolen.
Like almost if not everything it can be stolen.
Like I said earlier, it is usually caused owners negligence.
257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2024, 02:24:06 PM

I wonder is there any serious especially devoted to Bitcoin or crypto-users? If there's one kindly suggest me, I would love to watch that one because for that one I have unlimited time to spend. Ah, I haven't watched Game of Thrones yet and I think I won't watch it anytime soon.
There are most are just about criminals,  hackers or drug dealers
They sometimes kinda paint only a bad picture of bitcoin
Like How to sell drugs online where Bitcoin was used to hide their identity.

Would love to see something that would talk about satoshi journey in creating bitcoin and all
Even if it's not known
Would still enjoy it if it has a good storyline and doesn't only associate Bitcoin as a means to evade authority (in cases of fraudulents act).

What we need is more curly haired scam artist twats who drive a Corolla and have ugly girlfriends to boost the market.

 Grin

philipma1957 &  El duderino can tell very well how to handle a beautiful girlfriend hopefully they have experience in this matter.  Cheesy

15 Ways to Make Your Relationship Strong With Your Girlfriend. See here. Cheesy

I can't believe people still search this things online.
There was a time around 2 years ago
I accidentally glanced at a teenager phone while he was typing
The next thing I saw was "How to reply a girl if she says Hello " via chrome.
Some people this days are trying too much to please a woman
I don't see this as the right approach to win her heart.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 30, 2024, 08:40:01 AM
I read the whole post.
And exactly that is my point of view there should be anyone whome your coins to be passed.
If there is Bitcoin so h/s must has the knowledge about Bitcoin, to whome these coins will be given. The owner should focus on the education of heir. Should be preplanned that how h/s can access the private keys. If h/s has the knowledge so h/s will focus on holding.
Educating them doesn't magically input experience on them
If they are not already into the system
There's a high likelihood that they would sell it
Immediately the owner dies
You said continue holding, for how long?
Some people are holding for themselves but can choose to prepare for eventualities and give access to a family member or friend
It all boils down to the level of trust and love.
To be sincere if am passing my holding
I wouldn't expect them to actively hold
But use in the case of emergencies or a fighting chance for a better future.
At least even while dead
I made an impact to their success.
As long as the money wasn't squandered recklessly
I see no issues with them not holding.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beware all Crypto Owners. Privatekey of Bitcoins & Altcoins Are Compromised. on: January 30, 2024, 07:22:11 AM
Lol that if you want to protect your private key contact me cracked me up.
This is a way to scam paranoid and ignorant individuals of their keys.
If all keys to every cryptocurrency were compromised as the blogger stated would investors still be putting their funds in cryptocurrency?
Private keys are randomly generated
There's no way it's possible that all private keys can't be located in some unknown site.

Alamy is a site for selling photos.
Except a compromised account that have been hacked
There's no way all existing keys can be compromised.
