I checked their promotion page but could not find anything very similar to Duelbits and Fortunejack type promo where you do not need to bet anything but can join and become a part of the event. However, on BK8 there are few promotions which actually suits the regular gamblers and slot players. They can check it out.

Nice concept for the word cup promotion. Honestly speaking when I was replying your PM I did not see the link to check. The promotion page is quite nice. I think on the homepage a dark theme will solve the problem but I can not see an option for it yet on the home page however I was managed to get it from the sports page.

The sports page looks okay but even with the dark theme the homepage still looks very plain. I think on the hope page it's graphics which we are missing. Our eyes are used with seeing high quality banners, and other graphics in several sections of a homepage of any casino/sportsbook.

Even in the signature designs when designers give me the design code and if the design has a table, I recheck and fix it by my own :-)

I am not looking for free bet or placing  any amount to be eligible to receive fee bet or boosts or things like this. The promo should be very similar to free pool, predicting outcome of the whole tournament etc.

It seems the promo is not for all customers. Someone will need to reach their VIP 4 level which I have no idea how to gain. Most likely you will need to bet certain amounts. I was happy to see the promo until seeing the minimum vip 4 rule :-)

Can have some quick improvement.
1. Site design especially the graphics. It's nicely done for blocks but it really looks like a white and gray page (home page). I was actually confused if the site loaded all it's files like css and stuffs :-)
2. Site loads too slow. Maybe you need better hosting

It's not good practice not to write the seed but only to relay on the wallet file. Double check if the file is missing. As other users already said you are loading a wrong wallet.

Your domain is UK based. Consider having a Hong Kong based domain name that will look more realistic for your service.

Honestly speaking my excitement is because of the way I reached the top for the first time. I was at the bottom in the first round and never was even at top 3 until the last round. :-)
