Quoted that for you. I can't verfy it in coinig. Someone verify this guys addy with their client I messed up with one character. I literally had to type this out ( don't ask ) - this should be right now ^^ thanks and apologies! Again it does not give positive result, i see that you replaced "l" with "I" but The message did not match the signature, sign again and try to copy paste it if you can, because while typing it you can make mistakes with the upper and lower case of the letters. Sorry about this Same thing again at the end. If this doesn't work then I'm really doing something wrong. Appreciate the trouble man. I wonder what the customs import duty would be on this one. Someone had to pay 185€ on the 1 BTC coin. Sorry, don't intend on derailing the thread ( feel free to remove if necessary ) but is BTC something that you can be charged import duties on? I thought most countries class Bitcoin as a 'digital token'? I understand the duties on metals etc, but would they really charge duty @ x% of ~£15k? If so I'm out. Import duty is for goods/products, not money. So its whether a given country classifies Bitcoin as money or not. A crude rule of thumb, would be if a country charges VAT on Bitcoin transactions or not, IMO. Trouble is, if it is money, then the problem is declaring this money as it enters a given country. All countries have limits to how much is allowed before declaration...or you get a stiff fine. And while Bitcoin price continues moon-like, this item certainly exceeds the vast majority of the limits, out there. Tricky Thanks for the responses cryptoheadd and stereotype, appreciated. Guess I have some investigating to do, better give HMRC a call and see if someone can advise. The main reason for concern would be exactly this - this is sent funded due to the nature of this product. I know when I've purchased coins in the past from Titan and Alitin Mint that they were sent unfunded, with funding being done upon receipt of your order, so the declaration for Customs was just for the metal contents. With an incoming value into a country at ~$20k, I'm assuming you would get stung instantly with full import charges, which would be pretty damn substantial. Tricky indeed

I have not even gotten one offer on this yet, I wonder if today will be the day where I get at least one offer I can reject. I will even hold my head up high for an offer that I can accept! I dunno if anyone is even reading this far down, but I can throw in some extra stuff with the purchase
Like the wallet? GL with your sale dude.

Wow I've been watching this... Well done to Took for the idea and to the winner!
This was a really cool puzzle! Thanks for making it Took! Maybe I'll get the next one Thank you very much Feel free to post feedback, if the puzzle was too hard/easy/unfiar/fair etc. Wow, been watching this with interest, and I'm no way near smart enough to solve these cryptographic puzzles. Awesome job with creating these TookDk, and congrats to the winner! Personally, these are way too hard - for me that is. I didn't get anywhere near solving this.

From our collection of the Bitcoin Blocks mined so far, we have an extra large one: Block #: 418,402 Address: 16AEBbzXfBuZb6atJu5coDMxtqGR8ieCoK Bitcoins: 26.03392740 https://blockchain.info/tx/0d36ca5eb506babc58650d42a42e28f1aef1cf5b6d043c3b4c88b933c464efbeSince it's the largest block mined so far, we are not selling it in the store, but rather, will auction it off in this forum if there's enough interest. (Starting bid for the auction will be 1.00 BTC, with no reserve price.) If there are at least 5+ parties interested, then I'll start the auction in a separate thread. thanks, Bobby I'm in I'm interested. Jesus, I'd have to sell a god damn stack of my bullion to afford this, I'd probably rid myself of a proportion of my physical coins too - but I'm in - subject to the fact that if I win the auction you give me 1 week to acquire the BTC to pay you. This thing is a monstrosity, in an awesome way of course

Out of curiosity, how many seats have been allocated from the original 30,000 so far?
All of them are "allocated" but not everyone chooses to receive distributions. You can find this information on the NastyFans thread. SEATS ACCEPTING DONATIONS: Thanks for your info Og, after nearly 3 hours of reading several threads and your policies etc, I think I finally understand the concept behind this. I will consider buying in. Cheers!

Looking to see what this would go for. It's still in it's protective cover but has been spent. Saw some listings on Ebay a year ago for something similar and decided to hold on to it.
Spent 25s have gone for 0.5-1.0 BTC pending quality. Got some nice high-res photos to show us? They are in perfect condition except for the sticky residue on the back. Here are some pictures. http://imgur.com/l38EVgthttp://imgur.com/saReLhHLet me know if those are OK. Yep that's one good quality Casascius, expect anything between 0.5 and 1 BTC as an offer as stated by df. I'm not interested as I only collect funded coins - not that I could afford a loaded 25 BTC which would go for around 27 BTC here. Sure you'll have no issues selling it, just state that you will accept escrow. Z

Hi Nasty. Really love your coins Just a question for you, how does the Bitcoin Distribution actually work with your products? Could you point me to somewhere I can do some reading please? Thanks. The greatest resource is the NastyFans thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=86854.0Summarizing (I really should make a flow chart), it works like this. There are 30,000 NastyFans seats. Whenever a donation is made to NastyFans, whether it be from sales of coins or from mining; it is distributed in the following way. 25% of the donation is sent to NastyMining and the other 75% is split between the 30,000 seats. Awesome, to be honest I was struggling to understand how it worked. Going to read the thread now. Out of curiosity, how many seats have been allocated from the original 30,000 so far?

The designs in the OP are just concepts. It will be reworked before sending it out to the mint. Anyways here's a quick 3D model of the coin concept. Please me know what you think The packaging won't affect the price of the coin that much. It won't cost more than 5-10$ for each coin. In 3D it looks better already That coin looks damn sweet. 0.1 BTC suits this perfectly for your first batch. I would certainly purchase one. And as someone else stated, the less people know about how you print your private keys the better. Got a rough estimate on price for these yet? ( excluding the BTC to be funded ).
