Half Oz please.

Also why does it have to be gold?

Customs fees for gold are huge especially in the UK...
And are you going to insure the delivery which will make it evident to customs how much they should tax?

So half oz is best for me but I rather you use another metal.
Your coins are beautiful irrespective of the metal.
And I would say half BTC as well or less.

But that's me.  Smiley

We should be okay in the UK regarding import charges, as these are posted from Spain. Received my Halving Coin this morning by Royal Mail no problem.

I'll take "ba" "bd" or "60" -- in that order please ;-) **winner winner chikun dinner**

Look at this guys half a year posting gaps....

In the first case I don't have nothing to say but in the case of this user v1rtu0so I can tell that is a real user even an old one, despite the case his account is pretty new, he is an user that is very involved with cryptos currency, you can find him on places poloniex and just-dice.

I know that is him because i was chatting with him about this thread and he told me about his choice, but don't take my word, he is able to provide proofs that he owns that account if it's asked.

And what about yourself? You haven't been seen since April when you last posted, before entering the raffle. From where I'm standing, this account looks like it has been revived solely for the purpose of entering.
I'm not going to clutter up the thread with arguments though, just understand why accounts such as yours raise a flag.

Cheers and good luck.

Finally some form of justice introduces itself .. Welcome lady justice! Keep skimming the spam .. I for one welcome it .. Though, it won't ever happen sitewide which would of been a lot more awesome ..

Unfortunately not Isildur, that is a big ask, and something that wouldn't be possible in most parts of the site, for multiple reasons. To be frank, it cannot be stopped completely here either, but I'll certainly try to do what I can. This was a thread for THIS coin collecting community, to see it abused pissed me off no end.

Same here, thanks for your efforts Zepher! Wink

Not a problem Smiley

2470  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] 10 BTC Casascius Silver with Gold B on: July 08, 2016, 12:17:04 AM
16.03BTC - Just to get a bid in.    No sniping, so I might not go any higher.

I will stick to this bid even though it was unfortunately removed from the holder and now has what looks like scratches (probably fuzz), dust in the very least, but also (clearly) almost certainly fingerprints on the bottom left of the front of the coin.

I am in Seattle.  I don't believe I need escrow, but will happily use Blazed.

Good luck to all.

Damn you've got some good eyesight  Grin

1 free ticket random please!

There are 41 invalid entries in this raffle ( that I could find ), with 2 people entering 4-5 accounts into this.. Plus plenty of other shenanigans going on..

Edit: All accounts up to this post have been audited. Of the entries submitted, ~17.5% are not valid. Any new entries will also need to be checked  Smiley
Details have been forwarded to mj.

Yours truly,

The Raffle Police Grin

Ok, here are some questionable accounts, IMO.... Edit - apologies if they have been noted already.

Seriously? No posts since 2014, and this is your first one now? BTW, how did a newbie get an avatar? Deleting posts?  Roll Eyes

34    ?  Smiley

Again, no post since May 26, 2015, 12:18:53 AM, other than that one? Seems kind of strange, but what do I know? Roll Eyes

1 post, acct created Oct. 2014? Wut?  Roll Eyes

#91 or random, thanks !

Acct created June 12 - This was second post ever... Roll Eyes

Anyhow, not accusing anyone here, just saying... Too many newbies with even one or 3 posts can't even be researched on/looked at due to no post history, or no BTC address ever used etc etc... Sad

Maybe I'll try more later... So many in this thread, wow... Sad

Thanks again minerjones!!  Smiley

Currently compiling them all owl, thanks for the help. You'd actually be amazed how many have tried to take advantage. I've found 4 5 accounts so far belonging to the same person..  Roll Eyes

Your entry is invalid. This account has not been used since 2014. Sorry.
2475  Other / Archival / Re: . on: July 07, 2016, 07:46:56 PM
Right, these will be the only accounts I personally 'out' directly in this thread. I am making my way through the thread slowly, and you will be caught out if you make stupid mistakes like this Roll Eyes There are questionable entries before these which have been noted as well, but stuff like this takes the cake.

Page 3. 3 separate entries within minutes of each other, one after another. Posts from these accounts are in identical threads, posted within minutes of each other on said threads, and active times within minutes of each other. This point to this being the same person.

2476  Other / Archival / Re: . on: July 07, 2016, 06:52:39 PM
All suspicious entries are now being reviewed for discrepancies. You may find your entry invalidated if any of the following apply:

Two newish accounts created around the same time with entries into the raffle
Newbie accounts with basically zero prior posting history before entering
Accounts, irrelevant of age, that appear to have been revived solely for the purpose of entering
Any 2 or more accounts in this raffle that are found to belong to a single person

This list is not exhaustive.

I cannot enforce these "community rules" - this will be done by minerjones, who will ultimately decide if a entry is invalid. Please retract any invalid entries now. Thank you.

Not to add drama but..... dilemamis and nagasaking posted 1.5 minutes apart from each other and coincidentally the accounts were created.....1.5 minutes apart from each other....people cmon.....either that is a HUGE coincidence or......

Edit:  i hope ca hits and mj wins the raffle

I know it's work, but I'll openly state that I don't mind doing it: If the winner of the main prize of the raffle is a suspicious entry like what we've just witnessed, and that account can be linked to another account with an entry into this thread, the win is null and void, and the prize should roll forward one block until a legitimate winner is found.

Was just about to mention that. Both created around 07:25 PM on June 19th 2016...

If Zepher wants the #9, put me in for one gold #11.  I'll give him first dibs based on the previous issues.  If he doesn't want them, then I'll take the #9 gold.

You are welcome to take #9 gold  Smiley
