We should also discuss the following idea regarding the SMLY premine: Rather than keep the premine hidden away in cold storage we could set up a formal board of trustees (for lack of a better term) with access to a multisig address where the premine is stored. So we would view the remainder of the premine as a fund to be used for a specific purpose. A majority signature would be required to send SMLY from the fund.
The fund would still have pretty much the same functions as the present premine, i.e. support the tutor-web with an option to occasionally fund R&D projects. We should use the opportunity to spell out exactly these functions, e.g. with a percentage split into each category. We should also spell out exactly the maximum amount spendable per year.

They do not enable anything for withdrawal. At least not anything that carries anything of even small value. These thieves just play for time.
well the question is for what?..pleople already gave up basically their coins over there...so no need to play for time.. I think they're waiting to see if anyone tries to sue or dox them. If that happens, they can still release the coins and make out like they were trying their best all along. If no-one knows who they are, they can disappear. |

Devs, when you link to the wallet on your website, could you please link to a source other than github? Github downloads seem to work extremely slowly through my VPN. The 1.8.0 installer I'm downloading now says it could take 50 mins to complete. Sometimes the downloads fail halfway through too.
