The only issue is that there is no scam here, just a disagreement as to what constitutes a failure of the project. We have been doing a lot to release MOJOv3 and make sure that we do not need to have another swap situation and that all these issues are in the past. So, we have created a really up to date and good stable wallet that we will get out very soon. Here is a small preview:

I believe this coin will do well. Bought some in ICO and been buying at current low prices. Dev has had many chances to leave, if he wanted, so i believe he will, at least, do his best to make it a success. Don't know if we will ever see ICO prices again but at the current low price there is plenty of room to grow. My 1.35 mil coins should make me a profit based on the overall buying price. Still looking to add more on the dumps, if any of you care to dump and move on.

Looks like there was indeed a misunderstanding. Nowhere in the screenshots above it is clearly defined what the deal is about - MojoV2, MojoCoin in general or anything else (mission to Mars, establishing democracy in Northern Korea or maybe cloning Mr.Trump...).  I suppose the context of the whole conversation could clearly show the coinversation is about Mojo, but even then the deal itself was vaguely defined and could have been understood or interpreted in a million ways...

I have no reason to consider EBK1000 to be a scammer. Nothing in his prior history points to that. And IMHO the screenshots above just show unfortunate misunderstanding.

The MOJO project continues so it has not failed but will update to a new version that works better. It wouldn't work if you could just get a refund if you felt that the project failed. We have been working behind the scene to get a good version out with V3 and so our official position is that is has not failed but is moving along. If we were just out to scam you we wouldn't have spent the last few weeks testing a new version and making plans for the upgrade and we wouldn't be here still. We would have just shut down a long time ago, so a scam accusation is just wrong. We consider this a failed project ONLY if we stop development and shut down. We have an excellent V3 wallet which is in the final phase of testing so NO, this has not failed. The deal that was made was for the MOJO project and not for v2 only.

5 coins were legitimately bought through the ico. 399995 MOJO were self-bought and put in a cloud staking vault by the OP.

We have completed the development of the MOJOv3 wallet and we are testing the network at the moment. Full details of MOJOv3 will be published in the next few days in the new Mojocoin thread at: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1736600.0

The swap will happen on 05/03/2017 at Livecoin.net. You can trade as normal until the end of 04/03/2017 but if you want to participate in the swap and get MOJOv3 coins you MUST deposit your coins to your Livecoin.net MOJO account by 04/03/2017. You then need to download the MOJOv3 wallet and on 06/03/2017 you can withdraw MOJOv3 and trade MOJOv3. The total supply of v2 will be burnt and the network nodes will be shut down and all support of MOJOv2 will seize at that point.

We acknowledge that there are some issues for some users and we will set up a Slack channel for support and will respond to support here in the 8 weeks until the swap date to make sure that we do everything we can to get you swapped over to MOJOv3.

Have you deleted the elastic_test_db/ folder? The seed nodes are definitely online, maybe you have some old "blacklisting" in place? The nodes naturally were blacklisted when they updated.

I believe you pretty much summed it up. In addition you may receive instructions from our devs to test specific things or to provide certain data.
