Mining is up and running. I will put the site down in a while to change servers. This will take a while but should fix this mining issue for good.

if only there was an easy way to buy BTC with PayPal then I would invest £100 in the site but alas there is no easy way to do it (BTC sellers don't trust PayPal due to PayPal siding with buyer's as there is no way for PayPal to confirm anything was ever received on the buyer's end).
Yes I know the issue - exchanging fiat to BTC is quite the bother, especially Paypal. However, there are places like Virwox where you can exchange small sums of Paypal to BTC and the more you use them, the more you can exchange. I'm earning way more than that after a week of playing the other game :p I'm annoyed with MBM atm because I can't buy miner's with sat's, mining gold is way to slow at the beginning and I think this is probably why you will lose most customer's imo.
Yes but as I have said a hundred times, buying Gold & Gold giving upgrades with BTC will never happen. There is no way to control it and it will by any account end up as a ponzi scheme  |

I am aware of this issue and researching the market for a new captcha. Would just like to say it appears the "bottingcenter.com"/"socialcoinwallet.com" is experiencing problems currently as I am not able to sign up or receive any activation email, their twitter is down, they are not responding to any emails and their chat function is not currently available (been the same way for the past 72 hours)

Gold is mining again I do not know if it is my fault, but EVERY day that I decide to sleep long, the mining stops. Kinda wierd if you ask me. However, I will move the server during this weekend. Stick around and you will notice a long down time period. But after that we should not be experiencing any more downtime with mining. Let's all cross our fingers!! do you know why its stop? Yea I know what is causing the issue which is why I am confident that it will be fixed when changing servers. I will change server tomorrow (Saturday) or the day after. |

pay me what is owed or being known as a scam! waiting time increases too often and payment keeps dropping, investers are loosing more, etc this site is a MAJOR SCAM you have been warned!
My times with the new captcha has always been either 5 secs or 30 secs. There two tipe of captcha... 5 or 30 seconds... but now the gold stoped rising.....  Mining is back again. I was out of the house and immediately afterwards the mining went down.. |

I am not exactly sure where you get the idea of this being a scam. I have take all the measures I could to make the site as transparent as possible. I am not aware that you have to wait up to 1 minute for the new captcha - in fact I was unaware of the change in captchas until yesterday. As I have said multiple times (I feel like an old broken record), I am still searching the market for a new Captcha but it is difficult to find a good compromise. SolveMedia is horrible for publishers and MintEye is horrible for users. So many details to take into account. I have always made it clear that the site is currently in beta, which means changes are coming all the time. This means both good and bad changes while we are working on finding the best compromises for the site. |

sketchy investment is working? i invested 1000 and i should be atleast with more income im saying because i should earn 20% at each position i made 6 investments and if someone now join it i will stand with 600 gold instead of 1200 something wrong here? or is that thing i cant have more then 2 position because i will loose always 20%everytime?

Very detailed suggestion and I will certainly consider this very much!
There is however a few details which will be changed.
First I would like to separate the tickets from what you win in the wheel. So that the wheel requires tickets, and you will gain 1 token (or something else but we'll call them tokens for now) when you land on Red. That way, I can make it even more game-like by allowing Premium Miners to sometimes find tickets when mining and use those tickets in the wheel of fortune. Furthermore, it will be possible for regular miners to participate in the wheel by completing offers or doing some task, as soon as I am able to introduce offers / tasks. (I am currently researching the market).
That way there is no need for any timer between the usage of the wheel, as you will only have a chance of getting tickets when actively mining. I am thinking that the chance of receiving a ticket will increase with the amount of Chambers & Equipment that you own, and using an Autominer will give you 1 ticket for every 24 hour it runs.
The tokens would then work like you mentioned with the tickets, where you gain a certain amount of gold based on the number of tokens you have when you redeem it.
In your current idea, there is no way for the house to win - only a way of limiting the amount of tokens users are able to generate. In order for it to be profitable, and not having users just generate a ton of tokens, I will have to introduce a 00 (think roulette) where you lose all the tokens you have received so far. I am thinking one force redeem & one 00.
How do you like this addition to you suggestion - can we improve it even further?

You already have special advantages over regular miners when you buy the boosts and upgrades I considered doing awards on the member page which only unlock on depsosits, but I suppose that's not what you want. There is the option to upgrade to Premium Miner, which gives you a couple of advantages over users who are not. The most important for your specific mine is probably the fact that you gain free referrals. I am considering new things for the Premium Miners, but coming up with new ideas is a tough job. I do however always listen to users if you guys have specific ideas. I understand that you mean "users who deposit in general" and not necessarily buying Premium Miner. However, those users already have a huge advantage in upgrading their mine compared to users who have not deposited. Well you actually hit the nail on the head with your unlocking awards after a deposit I'm not greedy or anything, not at all, I just like to be rewarded for the efforts I make x'D I'm currently saving until I got 0.05 btc (already at 0.03, I'm considering the 6 month premium upgrade), the btc however I got, are all from other site's from who I don't really care, however I do care about this site (has giving me the most fun so far). And in a way I want to feel praised for redirecting all my earnings to this site x'D If you need any ideas for the premium miners, give me like a guideline (what would be acceptable and what would be over the top) and I might got some ideas for you Would be amazing if the premium miner would get some extra options Since for me the only real upside about the upgrade are the free referrals and depending on their activity even that could be a punch to the nose x'D I don't care about the captcha (I would even do the video captcha as a premium member, it gives you more revenue so ... :O ) Ow hey x'D Why not add a wheel of fortune where you can gather credits and exchange them for rewards? place a little captcha on the wheel of fortune to get some revenue, let the premium miner choose between redeeming his ticket(s) at different stages + one forced redeem on the wheel itself. Can you ellaborate a little more on how you feel things wheel of fortune should be working with the ticket system? EDIT: Oh yes and I will see about adding an award for users who depositted. It gathers gold and doesnt pay, and when the server is restarted or whatev it gets rid of all gold accumulated, but pays ONLY the last deposit of all it should pay. So if it has 36k accumulated (for 6x 6k payments) the 30k vanishes and only last 6k is paid.
Oh yes I remember you saying so. I looked into the code of this while I was sick and couldn't find any issues. I will have my partner investigate this as soon as he is comfortable with the website script and the site has been moved to another server. It will be his decision whether to work on the Market, the St. Bernard Lake or the investments first. Thank you for refreshing my memory though! |

thanks for your reply, i would like to clarify, i never use the word investment in my previous message. What i'm trying to imply is that i purchased a certain product which is the autominer and as a customer i should get what i purchase. Since there is a problem in the system, i should be compensated as a customer from what i paid for, just like a normal business, you know what i mean.
anyway, if that's not possible, so be it....., i hope we can fix the bug in the system...

Oh yes the reason I used the word investment is because the autominer is not an investment in getting gold. It's a purchase of a product where you do not have to enter the captcha. This has been delivered 100% to your account. The fact that mining stopped has nothing to do with whether you got the autominer or not. It was only a bad timing for your purchase. The issue with mining is something I have been aware of and something we are working on resolving. It will most likely be gone when we move the site to a new server. Hi llbt. I can understand your concern but please read our ToS prior to investing. Upgrades on this site should not be considered as an investment opportunity but rather as a final product. We do not encourage you make purchases with the promise of any form of lucrative return in the future.To put it short - any purchases are not considered as an investment which will pay off, but rather a final product. In your case this means your autominer is NOT an investment in receiving Gold, but rather a purchase of a product where you do not have to enter the Captcha. There are bugs in the Beta which I am aware of and working on resolving, and these affect all users. One of these bugs is this stupid non-sense mining thing. I've experienced errors with the Captcha as well but noticed a pattern to the failures.
They occur when there has been a long pause between mining stopping and activating the Captcha video.
When I neglect the window for a while I now hit 'Refresh' just to be safe before playing the video and Captcha
errors have gone from frequent to so infrequent I'm not sure there's still any errors at all.
Recommend fixing the stopping mining problem first. Without fixing that any other improvement is pointless.
You're getting a lot of new visitors because of the newness of the site but at some point people leaving out of
frustration is really going to hurt. Whatever fixing it costs will likely save you many times that in advertising in
the future. I know there's a planned fix, I just hope it's really soon. =)_
