I used to love this game, then I realized my gold wasn't going up when i was mining. My gold is stuck at 291.00000000 I have mined for hour's without even realizing it wasn't going up >_< why is it not going up?

the system keeps stopping mining once or twice a day until they switch to linux sometime soon once someone notices and resets it will mine again.  |

I was wondering if there is a bug at the moment, because when I mine I sometimes don't get anything, even after having mined several times, and that is a bit irritating to be honest. If it is because you are updating or fixing something, could you please be really kind and post a message on the 'mine' page like when you do when the captcha is being maintained? Sorry if it's a bother or the wrong place to ask, I was just wondering about it  |

UPDATEI will update this post with replies for all the messages that I missed during my period with the flu. Mining should be up and running again now. Why it always happens while I am asleep beats me and is practically really annoying. This is a bug in the current captcha. My Captcha provider has kind of gone AWOL and I am thinking of looking for a new captcha for the site. I have not decided on any yet, but I am searching the market currently. I had 418 Gold.
I buyed 1 pickaxe upgrade.
Now i have 58 Gold left.
So it cost me 360 Gold instead of the 120 Gold like indicated on the buy button.
And BTW, i have Pickaxe to level 2... Now i'm mining 3,16 Gold per 5 minutes instead of 5. Could you please revert me to level 0, it was more profitable then level 2. Is this still an issue, Lequeb? last few actions haven't changed gold. sat at 88 last few times. am i being punished for lexus comment?
Haha no you are not being punished. This is a bug I am aware of and we are currently looking into fixing it. which also brings this question: do I keep the referrals after my premium membership expires?
Of course you do! Those referrals are yours to keep.

I've experienced errors with the Captcha as well but noticed a pattern to the failures.
They occur when there has been a long pause between mining stopping and activating the Captcha video.
When I neglect the window for a while I now hit 'Refresh' just to be safe before playing the video and Captcha
errors have gone from frequent to so infrequent I'm not sure there's still any errors at all.
Recommend fixing the stopping mining problem first. Without fixing that any other improvement is pointless.
You're getting a lot of new visitors because of the newness of the site but at some point people leaving out of
frustration is really going to hurt. Whatever fixing it costs will likely save you many times that in advertising in
the future. I know there's a planned fix, I just hope it's really soon. =)_

We do not encourage you make purchases with the promise of any form of lucrative return in the future.To put it short - any purchases are not considered as an investment which will pay off, but rather a final product. In your case this means your autominer is NOT an investment in receiving Gold, but rather a purchase of a product where you do not have to enter the Captcha. There are bugs in the Beta which I am aware of and working on resolving, and these affect all users. One of these bugs is this stupid non-sense mining thing. thanks for your reply, i would like to clarify, i never use the word investment in my previous message. What i'm trying to imply is that i purchased a certain product which is the autominer and as a customer i should get what i purchase. Since there is a problem in the system, i should be compensated as a customer from what i paid for, just like a normal business, you know what i mean.
anyway, if that's not possible, so be it....., i hope we can fix the bug in the system...

Oh yes the reason I used the word investment is because the autominer is not an investment in getting gold. It's a purchase of a product where you do not have to enter the captcha. This has been delivered 100% to your account. The fact that mining stopped has nothing to do with whether you got the autominer or not. It was only a bad timing for your purchase. The issue with mining is something I have been aware of and something we are working on resolving. It will most likely be gone when we move the site to a new server.
