41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 08, 2016, 12:57:58 PM
Mourinho will probably get sacked if he doesn't deliver a respectable ranking on the leaderboard for Manchester United this season. I don't think he cares much about the Europa League competition. United have a lot of troubles in the Premier League and if Mourinho continues to lose points the club chairmen will give him the boot very soon.
42  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the big whales are not cashing out? on: December 08, 2016, 10:01:18 AM
I think the key to controlling Bitcoin is not by buying out huge amounts of coins but by controlling the Bitcoin network itself. If they can shutdown or manipulate the Bitcoin network people will try to bail out and panic sell all their coins. Then the Bitcoin price will crash to the rock bottom and the government will sweep up all coins for pennies on the dollar. Going from decentralized to centralized overnight.
43  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: December 08, 2016, 09:28:24 AM
Do you guys think Mourinho will field the first squad of Manchester United for tonight's match in Europa League? With how the things are going in the Premier League and the disappointing draws as of late I think he will keep his main players reserves in order to keep them fresh for the upcoming weekend games and bring out some substitutes today. Zorya have already drawn 2 games at home against favorites like Feyenoord and Fenerbahce so they could achieve again a surprising draw against United. I think Zorya have a rugged enough squad and if they park the bus tonight United will have a hard time scoring goals.
44  Economy / Services / Re: Bitsler Signature & Avatar Campaign (Earn up to .05/week)Sr member-Staff(FULL) on: December 08, 2016, 08:57:58 AM
Hello. I would like to ask if it's possible to reserve a place now for the time when some current members decide to leave the campaign. Is there something like a reserve list or the sign-up process is based on first come-first serve basis?
I hope my expressed interest will be taken in consideration the next time yahoo and the campaign owners are looking for new participants.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can my ISP tell that i am running a full node ? on: December 08, 2016, 08:17:52 AM
no need to watch data packets for specific ports and data sizes live while its being sent.

afterall ISP's are keeping metadata for years on every user(yea we know they keep more then just metadata, but shhh)
meta data is easy..
search keywords: "useragent satoshi"
search keywords: "useragent bitcoin"

Do you think ISPs could start ratting out Bitcoin users to the government? The government could force them to get on board with that easily. ISPs can blacklist all the unlicensed gambling sites in countries where gambling is regulated or forbidden so ISPs could be the ultimate watch dog to keep track on this lucrative Bitcoin business.
I wonder if they are keeping tabs on Bitcoiners with a lot of coins using web wallets. Do you know what they keep on users aside from the metadata you mentioned? Like passwords and search patters or more? Or passwords are encrypted and they can't get their grubby fingers on them?
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: That was a great dip on: December 08, 2016, 07:26:13 AM
I think the perfect time to buy lots of Bitcoins was just before the halving. Now it's kinda tricky to navigate around all these highs and lows and while it's still possible to make some profit, the margins are way smaller. I don't take advantage of these dips but I would be very wary if I did because it's very easy to be fooled by the price movement and lose a chunk of your funds chasing elusive profit.

Are you from Turkey, mate? Yeah you must be from Turkey.
Anyways I didn't watch that match because I was busy watching another. But why do you think the referee needed to fix the match? Dynamo Kiev, a team with no chances to progress further in the competition, wouldn't be fixing this match for sure. Why would the referee then? I think your fanboyism got the better of you, mate.

First you have no information about the match but you have an idea, that already shows you are a fool so I won't waste my time replying you. Directly added to ignore list.
Match-fixing is happening exactly like these games, also if Beşiktaş won tonight, either Napoli or Benfica wouldn't be qualified so this troll doesn't even know what he's talking about. If you have no idea what you talk about you should just shut your mouth up so people can still think you're a normal guy.

Right. Do you think I care about your opinion? You can't pass your subjective thinking to me because I am entitled to my own as well.
Dynamo Kiev have won the match and that's what matters. So you are speculating that Napoli and Benfica have paid a handsome sum to the Scottish referee to screw Besiktas on purpose? Damn mate your imagination is running wild on this one  Grin
Match-fixing in Turkey is far more prevalent than in CL lol.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: December 06, 2016, 10:07:37 PM
Yay Dynamo Kiev absolutely demolished Besiktas,...

Did you watch the game? It's easy to play against a 10-player team when you have 2 goals lead. When you have referee on your side. Tonight's was the biggest referee disaster of whole Champions League, all-time. Scottish referee should be punished and investigated for possible match-fixing. Nobody in their sane mind can give these decisions. It's a very big case with too much doubts.

Are you from Turkey, mate? Yeah you must be from Turkey.

Yay Dynamo Kiev absolutely demolished Besiktas, I guess they wanted to finish their last match with a big bang and succeeded. And Ludogorets almost made the headlines but PSG got a late equalizer in the last minutes and drew the match avoiding a very shameful defeat. The pre-match odds for Ludogorets to win were around 14! I don't know what to say really. A lot of surprises in the Champions League and looks like it's better to pick underdogs than heavy favorites. Looking forward to the games tomorrow with great interest.
50  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we start new year in $800+ or remain in $700+ on: December 06, 2016, 01:40:05 PM
I think we will start the new year slow and start building towards the price in late summer and autumn and the peak will be during next winter season like it's happening now. My projections are approx. $800 - $900 until July - September and $900 - $1000 at Christmas 2017.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: December 06, 2016, 10:25:12 AM
I second that but I have to admit that it's easier to get some profit mining alt coins than Bitcoin at the moment. And it's possible to mine with GPUs at home which is very convenient. But yeah altcoins are popular only for some time and then they disappear contrary to Bitcoin which will outlast every alt coin in existence. I would say alt coins are good for very quick earnings while Bitcoin is good for keeping as a store of value. Mine alt coins, sell during their hay-day, exchange to Bitcoin, profit  Cheesy

Basel need a draw against Arsenal at home today so that they could overtake Ludogorets in points and get to the 3rd place giving entrance to the Europa League knock-out stage next year. Arsenal are already qualified for the next stage and I think they won't be very focused on today's match. I think Basel will park the bus and attempt to get to the draw or secure the win in the best possible scenario. Also half time draw is a nice side bet as well.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is being told to people in High Schools about Bitcoin on: December 06, 2016, 06:56:38 AM
I do not agree with points 1 and 3. It's not illegal because it's not legal either. We are grown men and we can use whatever we want that is not illegal. And since he brought up the PayPal example you could have said that Steam accept both Bitcoin and PayPal and I am sure there are a lot of very intelligent people there who know what they are doing.

Now points 2 and 4 are somewhat correct. Bitcoin can always crash because it's too volatile. This has been discussed to death but it's true. We could wake up tomorrow and the value could be back to $100. Also when Bitcoin gets more worldwide accepted a lot of local governments and regulators would want to put it into control and that may have a detrimental effect on the technology and lead to its failure. I am not saying this would happen 100% but it's still  possible though unlikely to happen.

I think the teacher is 50% talking out of his ass.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can you stand alone? on: December 06, 2016, 06:23:25 AM
I think Bitcoin can be priced against anything that is of value for people. At it happens now it's fiat money. But it can be also precious metals, food, clothing, furniture, arms, ammunition etc. I guess you all watch the Walking Dead. Well, it's a pretty good show and a fine example of exchanging or bartering items of value. One item is priced against another. Bitcoin needs to be priced against something and can't just exist on its own.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 04, 2016, 03:31:41 PM
Holy shit buckets Bournemouth just did the unthinkable. I thought they were done after losing with 2 goal deficit but they not only equalized but also went on to win the whole damn thing. That's the beauty of football and in particular the Premier League. Thanks for the great entertainment this Sunday evening. Now onto the Manchester United match and hope for it to be as entertaining as this one was.
56  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Have you seen the news about this mining farm? on: December 04, 2016, 03:18:00 PM
If you are not allowed to enter the premises could you try to fly a drone around and at least try to observe from above what the place looks like. Do you have a friend who is a journalist? Maybe if you tell them that you want to write a piece about their operation they would let you go in. Just an idea  Wink
57  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Over 25,000 mBTC in Monthly Leaderboards + Regular MONEYBACKS ⚽ on: December 04, 2016, 12:48:04 PM
Well in the ToS of these leaderboards there isn't anything outlined about multiple entries from the same player so I guess this is allowed? I am not sure if this can be considered a fraudulent activity. And what's more, other Bitcoin sportsbooks have allowed multiple entries into their competitions and I think you are aware of that.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do Bitcoins really circulate in a country? on: December 04, 2016, 08:22:39 AM
Bitcoin doesn't circulate like fiat money does. It only changes hands and stops right there. People who have received Bitcoins are not going to spend the same Bitcoins. They are going to exchange the coins for fiat. And that's it - the cycle is done and the next cycle will begin. Bitcoin is not mainstream money, it's digital tokens.
With bitcoin only seven years old, what do you expect?

If nothing changes it will be the same in 50 years from now. What do you expect to happen to Bitcoin in the future? Bitcoin could be dead in 10 years or 20 years. There is a sub-forum about Speculation and you could propose your futuristic theories there but at the present time Bitcoin is not mainstream money.

60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin send the IRS to the moon? on: December 03, 2016, 02:49:14 PM
Well the simplest way to avoid taxes on your Bitcoins when selling for fiat on a regulated exchange is to go the Localbitcoins way, no? And people could always launder a small portion of their coins in order to stay under the radar. Any revenue agency in the world would only go after the really big spenders and wouldn't waste time investigating into the affairs of small-time Bitcoin users.
