161  Other / Meta / Re: how to get positive trust ?? on: November 05, 2016, 02:14:44 PM
Positive trust means nothing here. But from what I have observed during my short stay on this forum you can rack up green numbers fast if you do any of these things:

1. Fake trades between you and already green accounts and tip the latter for their troubles. Deals between fellow countrymen are very obvious.
2. Get into the inner circle of default trust members and scratch the right backs on and off the forum.
3. Do honest trades.

I would go for options 1 or 2 for best results  Grin
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: November 05, 2016, 01:39:20 PM
Where is the option for 'earning money at your day job and then converting that cash to Bitcoin for long-term holding' like all the normal people do nowadays. Everything else listed there is just a joke. Pretending to be an online Bitcoin entrepreneur and secretly hoping to pick up scraps from shady Ponzi schemes.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Italy’s Largest Taxi Fleet Accepts Bitcoin on: November 05, 2016, 01:31:52 PM
I'm not sure this will be successful. Italians love cash. Paying a cab with a credit card is abnormal there. I think most drivers can't even accept cards. They want cash. Buses in France are more promising as those tickets are bought online, at home. I think it's not even possible to buy a ticket in the bus, it has to be done online.

Are there no ticket vending machines at bus stations in France? There should be on metro stations and railroad stations though, right? I find it very strange to be only able to buy bus tickets online. What if you are a foreigner visiting France and want to ride the bus?
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SolarCity + Bitcoin mining on: November 05, 2016, 06:25:40 AM
Do you think a house roof's worth of this solar panel material will be enough to power an average mining rig be it for Bitcoin or alt coins? I highly doubt it people will have enough power throughout the day to keep their rigs running. Plus at night or in the fall and winter when there is not enough sun the whole operation will be thwarted.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin tour operator - your thoughts? on: November 05, 2016, 06:19:11 AM
I have been planning a trip to Scandinavia for quite some time and I will probably do a tour of the region next year hopefully. I have always wanted to see the amazing Northern Lights. And a part of my travel money will be funded by my Bitcoin wallet  Cheesy So to answer some of your questions : I prefer to get a package of air flights and hotel deals because it's cheaper that way, I don't usually use the services of travel agencies and book flights on my own online, my budget for travelling can vary depending on the location but is usually at least $2000 for distant and expensive locations for prolonged journeys and I usually book local tours when I have arrived in the country and am ready to explore around like boat tours, scenic bus tours etc. Hope this helps  Wink
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: November 05, 2016, 06:04:09 AM
I think Mourinho just doesn't care much about what is happening in the Europa League competition. He is probably more concerned about his team's bad performance in the Premier League. I guess if United don't qualify for the next year's Champions League this will be a massive fail for him as a manager. With how things are going it would be a miracle for United to finish the season in the top 4 places.
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if POKEMON GO let people earn Bitcoin? on: November 04, 2016, 11:09:47 PM
Pokémon Go was a fad plain and simple. Niantic and Nintendo found a way to milk the Pokémon fans with a game that despite being innovative namely for the AR element, still provides a repetitive and very tedious gameplay. The daily grind is too much for me honestly and I have quit the game for a long time now. Nintendo don't like giving money away to their customers so allowing people to earn Bitcoin with their app is nearly impossible  Grin
168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going all in on a Hillary win bet on: November 04, 2016, 10:29:26 PM
If the odds for Hillary were around 2.00 I would have given it a thought but for below 1.30 it's just not worth it. I have seen such big favorites with odds of 1.10 and below lose in sportsbetting and I am not wholly convinced that Hillary has rigged the election. What if some Trump fanatics came out of the woodwork in the final hours and sway the vote in his favor? What if you have bet your house fund or your kids' college tuition fund?

You can get the legal Kindle edition on the US Amazon for $8.35. I don't know what bounty you have paid for that but if I were you I would have just spared any headaches with badly scanned copies and would have gone with the authentic one being so cheap.

Edit. Ops it's out of stock Huh

The AUS Amazon has it for $10.99

170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reports of China Banning Bitcoin Are Greatly Exaggerated on: November 04, 2016, 09:59:59 PM
Who sells their coins as a reaction to baseless rumours any way, that's what I want to know.

Panic sellers that's who. And there are a lot of them in the Bitcoin community. But we shouldn't blame them for bringing the price down because fear mongers are artfully manipulating the market to their hearts desire and people follow them around like sheep. It just so happens that Bitcoin's price is very susceptible to the slightest of manipulations  Grin
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 04, 2016, 08:33:40 PM
Jose Mourinho has transitioned from a famed manager breaking records to an emotional wreck of a person bettering anti-records  Grin Now after having driven Chelsea into the dirt it's time for United to get some of Jose's medicine. I bet there will be soon lines on whether Mourinho gets sacked or leaves on his own, it's just a matter of time if he doesn't improve the team's results. Everyone had such high expectations and got nothing in return.
172  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin.com vs Bitcoin.org? on: November 04, 2016, 07:33:16 AM
Simply put, Bitcoin.com is for profit while Bitcoin.org is non-profit. Bitcoin.com gives information about Bitcoin but it is mainly focused on the commercial side of the industry. Bitcoin.org lists only educational topics on what Bitcoin is and how it works.
173  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: November 04, 2016, 06:39:08 AM
You gotta do what you gotta do to survive. But wasting time on faucets is time not well spent in my honest opinion. It's like a temporary job you are forced to do because of lack of money. I would rather spend that time learning a trade or skill instead that will give me the opportunity to find a better well-paid job in the future.
174  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: November 04, 2016, 06:12:59 AM
Isn't it funny how campaign managers who aren't native English speakers are judging other forum users' ability to write in fluent English? Because it's obvious who is and who isn't. I call this double standards.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach people to download software wallets? on: November 04, 2016, 05:49:12 AM
If you are buying small amounts of Bitcoins to use for online shopping it's not that bad to keep them on the exchange site where you have bought them like Coinbase or Circle. Not all Bitcoin users are keen on holding coins for a long time and not all users are technically adept.
It's like saying not to keep cash in PayPal because it could get stolen. Yes it's true that Bitcoin exchanges love to announce they have had a security breach and x amount was stolen, but the same could happen to your software wallets as well.
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Fucking Chinese on: November 04, 2016, 05:40:07 AM
You need to watch some documentary about the living conditions and the quality of life of some of these Chinese laborers who work for some of the biggest manufacturing companies like Foxcon. They are literally enslaving their lives away for shit pay and detoriating health because they have no other choice to find a good job. I think it's the Chinese government to blame and not the normal people.
177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: November 04, 2016, 05:31:33 AM
I think it was a mistake to sign such expensive players like Pogba and Ibrahimovich. It should have been a better idea to clear up the old players from the LVG era and find new young talents that after a couple of seasons will be the backbone of this team. Mourinho is trying to patch up the situation with old and experienced players like Rooney and Ibrahimovicha and evidently it's not working. Martial is inconsistent at best and Rashford is the only impressive young player United have at the moment. Mourinho needs to radically build a new roster or he might be setting himself up for a failure.
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Circle’s Bitcoin Services Now Available In Spain & Ireland on: November 01, 2016, 10:34:51 PM
People in Africa don't use smartphones in the first place and I am not sure how they will deal with Bitcoin when there is no reliable Internet there as well. Even if the new service requires less bandwidth I don't think it will be as successful as simple SMS payments between people with no technical know-how of Bitcoin wallets and no advanced phones.
179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: November 01, 2016, 01:45:13 PM
I have decided to put my money on Benfica to win vs Dynamo Kiev tonight. Dynamo Kiev are in a very bad shape and the whole team is in turmoil. Benfica are on 3rd place and have the opportunity to place higher and compete for 1 of the 2 spots securing a position in the finals. I can't see Dynamo achieve anything playing away today because Benfica will just completely outplay them at home and get the win.
180  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hillary vs Trump betting: what are the best sites? on: November 01, 2016, 01:07:18 PM
I just checked what's up on DirectBet and they do offer lines on the US Presidential Election so you could place your bets there right now if you wish. But I think their odds are some of the lowest in the Bitcoin sportsbook industry so I would recommend waiting for other sites to post their lines as well. NitrogenSports usually offer lines on non-sport live events but it seems their lines aren't ready yet. I am aware of these 2 sites offering lines but others more knowledgeable could add more sportsbooks.
