61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese citizens could safely hold Bitcoin on: May 30, 2019, 10:17:28 AM
They've ALWAYS been able to safely hold Bitcoin. What's been prohibited is the centralised trading of it and businesses using it. Anyway government attitudes can turn on a dime, or turn out to be a load of shit all along. We no longer need to care about China and that's a good thing.
Agree to it. China had banned trading and mining of crypptocurrencies but not holding them. Things will matter only when the Chinese government decide to uplift the ban from trading and mining of cryptocurrencies.
China had been a huge contributor in the crypto market. If the trading ban gets uplifted then we could easily see a spike of a few thousand dollars in bitcoin's price.
Yes even I agree that if the chinese government uplifts the ban from cryptocurrency trading then there surely would be hike in the price for bitcoins. As per the market research, most of the big whales are from China so their presence really matters a lot in terms of the price. China should take the step to legalize bitcoins and I think that after doing this they could really make a bright future and also the economy of the county would sky reach. There are times when the prices for bitcoins are been affected with any minor news and any huge news from china would surely lead in the huge price fluctuation which might be the start of the bull markets.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment in Reddcoin on: May 30, 2019, 08:25:25 AM
How do you think whether to invest in reddcoin. A lot of information has been written about him, but unfortunately the course is usually kept at 30 satoshi. The team works on the project and releases updates. Why is the course so low? Interested in the opinion of all.
I don't think you need any ones opinion of to whether you should invest in a coin or not, all you need to do is to make a research about the coin in question to see if it's a good one to invest in or not, you might be asking how you can make this research, well I believe that is why they have a whitepaper, I read bitcoin whitepaper and I saw that it's a good investment so reading their whitepaper will make you know if the project has a real life use or not.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is not for crypto startups on: May 30, 2019, 07:57:58 AM
In my opinion, IEO is not for crypto startups that are seeking funds to kick start their project but for projects that have raised capital already or have rich advisor and team to fund the project. Fund-raising through IEO can be very challenging for startups that need money to kickstart their project, because they will need large amount of money to conduct their tokensale on good exchanges, as this exchanges only list projects that meet their legal requirements and can also afford to pay their listing fees. So the best means to raise money or capital for new projects is to present their proposal to Venture capital firms or Angel investors.
Well you should specify what kind of startup you are talking about, because for the fact that some group of persons want to startup a company don't really mean that they are broke, it is possible that someone have gathered money for many years of their life and now want to focus on creating his/her own platform with the money they have, so don't ever judge any platform because it's a startup, but to some extent you are correct because some startup might not be able to afford the funds for IEO.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts to invest. on: May 30, 2019, 07:08:24 AM
Since January this year I have always pointed at BNB, Waves and EOS as one of the best altcoins to invest, and als we all can see, BNB have gone up to 7X of what it was then.
Altcoins are now also an attraction after the arrival of Bitcoin’s price increase in the crypto market brought up excitement among traders and investors. Now, Altcoins are also attractive in the current stages because if you look at the prices of other coins like BCH, BNB and Ethereum etc. you will see progress up to great extent so it all depends upon us as we should follow the FOMO factor right now.
65  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I found The best poker website with Bitcoin on: May 30, 2019, 06:41:52 AM
The more poker sites the better for the players here.If the website is trustworthy and has good reviews beside offering a lot of activity this only means it is good for the gamblers community in here.I like poker but I don't play often because I don't have enough patience and end up losing money because of this.
A gambler’s career will possibly finish when he loses on a gambling site or traditionally. But only rich gamblers can survive easily while gamblers with not enough assets will face with difficulties all the time. Poker is good because it is counted in strategic games list this allows you to win or increase winning chances using your strategies. Keep in mind, sites are many but one is enough for you if it is fake site.
66  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Has Been Hacked - Lost 7,074 BTC on: May 30, 2019, 05:18:08 AM
This is terrible news especially because its coming from such a reputable exchange. Its fair to say that exchanges will always be targeted and that losses will occur. As such, exchanges should offer insurance and it looks like Binance are well versed to cover this which is good to see. Ultimately most fintech companies (not just Cryptocurrency/Blockchain related) are targets to hacking/theft every day.
No ambiguity in your comments, all the companies including small scale are the targets of hackers and it is also possible to see another hacking activity in upcoming days. As if it can happen with Binance then any other exchange can also get hacked as hackers are showing super strengths. But the thing is Binance will recover this loss and all measures must be taking for the users not to leave the platform due to this.
Is that an assumption or a warning about a possible hack in days to come? Yeah you are right about the fact that not just crypto but so many companies are vulnerable and prone to hack. But again, the system could be updated and well shielded which could be instrumental in keeping hackers away. I think that with the passage of time, some thing will pop up that will be instrumental in keeping these exchanges and sites secured.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain in education system? on: May 29, 2019, 11:34:49 AM
Currently there are more and more ideas for blockchain implementation in everyday live. I've read on BlockChain24.co about some of such usages in case of education system (here you have full article if someone want to check it). What do you think about it? Personally, I would be very happy if blockchain tech will make education more effective. But I'm afraid whole education system isn't ready for it.
Do you think all those things that are being mentioned there are even possible? All these enthusiasts are fond of hyping Bitcoin and Blockchain with things that are impossible to do. I have seen some self acclaimed experts say a lot of sh#ts on what can be done with blockchain, and it has been years now that they have been saying a these stuffs but none has been achieved. I even read an article that says all those claims are just fake, only transaction is the only thing that has been proven yet and nothing else has been proved to be possible in anyway.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End Of The Road To Cryptopia? After Loosing $16M To Hackers. on: May 29, 2019, 10:48:40 AM
As much as majority of us all here don't like centralized exchanges ,it seems like these centralized exchanges are more safe than the ones that are decentralized. Okay why I said this is because I've never seen any of these centralized big exchanges get hacked, just like Coinbase, they have never had such a problem, unless I've not heard of it (Coinbase is the only centralized exchange I know) and I based on article I read on Cointelegrah about exchanges ,the decentralized ones are not much. Well, we all like the decentralized exchanges and they trying their best. Users have to be careful and stop keeping to much funds in the control of exchanges ,except fund they are trading and funds they can afford to risk.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be safe on: May 29, 2019, 10:22:50 AM
Hello,
Lately, bitcoin is bumping hugely. It has increase huge before last couple of weeks. With the rise of BTC, many more scam projects will be arisen. Be aware before investing your precious money. Don't fall in any kind of hacking trap. Think twice before clicking any link.
Most of the altcoin project will be pumped seriously by a group of people. Don't buy any coin without any proper investigation.

Be safe.
Happy trading.
Most of these pumps and dumps can still be in your favor if you're really smart to dictate when it started early and then run in and come out when it goes up to a certain extent , unless you're greedy and you will end plummeting with it as it gets dumped. This time I don't even have interest in small altcoins because of the news I have been getting about them.

I have been seeing a lot of people saying that altcoins are likely to turn worthless as Bitcoin runs cause they are going to be dumped as investors will now take interest in Bitcoin and start investing in it with their money while altcoins keeps on falling and eventually most of them dies off. Experts are not even sure of the top altcoins like ETH and XRP.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 29, 2019, 09:53:28 AM
Everyone know gambling is filled with success and loss but what is the most important for being successful in gambling
Luck or experience?

Too much strange to explain about it, because if i say luck is basic rule to get success in gambling, then most of the other games, like sports betting here experience is more need than luck. Hence some game like dice here we don't need experience to win in this game except luck. So both luck and experience must need as a good gambler.
For a gambler to succeed at gambling, there are three things that are badly needed and they are experience at the game you want to play, money for it matters a lot and the best platform. These things are crucial for success at gambling. About sports gambling, I think it is not bad to have some good bets when the leagues create pretty good hypes in the town.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand the economic incentives of Ethereum 2.0? on: May 29, 2019, 09:23:46 AM
Ethereum 2.0 adopts the pos consensus mechanism. How does it motivate people to pledge tokens and how to ensure the security of the network? What is the appropriate issue rate? What do you think about the economics of Ethereum 2.0?
Ethereum 2.0 pos consensus mechanism related to the Hybrid Casper FFG. that consensus will not eliminate the miners but that will create a hybrid consensus miners are still needed but POS mechanism will create some emission to be distributed to the ethereum stakers. Miners still active to help POS system to secure the network. But it's still on the discussion by ether dev. The final block reward for miners will be 0.5 eth.
It's actually a very good development by the ethereum team, at least it shows that they are working hard and always committed to making the project work at all cost, now let's just wait and see what will come into the crypto community now that eos have gone the pos way, maybe we might see a bull run in the price of eth in no time and also see the issue of scalability being solved, all I can do now is hope for the best for all the ethereum fans, wish you lots of bull run ahead.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STO vs ICO - security on: May 29, 2019, 08:27:11 AM
Hi,

I've compared a few ICOs and STOs.

In my opinion, they are nothing different when it comes to security.

What do you think?

Well there is no big difference between STO and ICO, just that STO is more regulated than ICO, the main reason we have a lot of investors leaving the ICO market is because they have experience a lot of loss, not because the people behind the project made away with the fund raised, but because the price in the exchange was low even below ICO price after waiting for months, there is nothing as painful as that, I have experience such twice this week which made me give up on ICO totally and won't invest again.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: >>> ATTENTION: i'm lost my 3.2 bitcoins <<< New on: May 29, 2019, 08:01:34 AM
hello everyone!
few days ago my friend told me to create account on cryptoesto.com because it is better than other exchanges. I was created new  on cryptoesto.com and also i am hold 3.2 btc in my walllet. Now the cryptoesto site is not available on google Cry
can anyone give me personal opinion what i do now Huh
You need to hold your friend responsible for the coin because I think he is the one who scammed you since he believed you have a lot of money to throw away, this is why we need crypto consultant in the space so that people don't just jump into anything because someone said it's good, in crypto you are in charge of your money and anything that happens to it is nobody fault but yours, learn to consult the right persons before making decision especially when making investment.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right desicion not to join on: May 29, 2019, 07:35:48 AM
I didn't join this company. I don't like her. I try to use only those exchanges that are already tested and convenient for me.
yes,we really need to be very careful in choosing projects because there are currently many projects that fail and are only deceptive so it is better to avoid such projects by choosing projects that have been tested because at present the risk of loss is very large.
I have not seen a very bad and failed project on the best exchange out there. The odds of success in crypto increases if you are on the best exchange and have the best coins in your portfolio. In addition, the best projects are normally considered to be the ones that are selected for IEOs by the exchanges and we have seen them making huge returns in few days after the IEO so yeah, you need to target that thing.
75  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading on: May 29, 2019, 07:01:53 AM
Good luck... hopefully you have enough experience to get a regularly income of your trading. how long do you already trade?
i have seen so many people quitting their job in 2017 cause they are going to be fulltime trader. most of them weren't really happy about their decision some months later..

If a job does not bring much money and takes too much time, why cannot we quit it and dive into trading? I do not think that it is really such a bad idea, but it must be realized that now, you will live not only for trading, but you will also live IN trading.
If you are talking about why do not these guys out there who do daily jobs in the offices move to Silicon Valley and make their own companies, it is simply not going to happen. Many people feel suitable in doing the daily jobs and changing their mind sets is not really possible. And yes, if the money you can make in trading coins is more and guaranteed, you should go for it.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coin on: May 29, 2019, 06:39:07 AM
I do not like stable coins it is not usually giving to me a nice good profit because their prices is minimal to increase in the crypto market usually it is using for trading most of the time that stable coins, maybe stable coins was also good for long term.
You know why people love stability because they want not to see the price going in the down direction. In stable sources there is hardly any decrease in the price and with the passage of time as long term the investor gets its profit. On the other hand, crypto coins are not stable and that is why utmost profitability occurs here but it is necessary to learn and understand each and everything to do so.
77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: There is always a chance on: May 29, 2019, 06:16:13 AM
There a lot of combinations with in a lottery and yes, you don't win unless you don't try doing so. Lottery is just base on pure luck and it is always either you win or you lose. Though its always a higher chance of you losing but the thing is the family that won that lottery is very lucky to have that money. Well, Congrats to those that won that million euros.
This does not really work all the time and therefor I suggest you to stay away from lottery and the combination stuff and rather look at the crypto speculation and trading thing. The chances of making things happen in lottery even by applying this concept of combination might not always work for you need huge numbers of tickets/entries and that is not possible.
They say that the odds of winning a power lotto is billions and yes you need to buy lots of tickets to be able to increase your chances of winning . i think you can loose more than millions or even billions before you can win those big prizes so its not really worth it imho  .  id rather join crypto trading or investing or id rather play regular gambling because they are more winnable than a lottery  .
Lottery should also be practiced if you have not a good time in gambling because it is all you fault if you are not doing well and considered these as reliable sources. It is a great idea and most benefited one to start investing in a reliable source other than gambling because you can have control over yourself when trading or investing and in the overall process of it that will lead to utmost profitable outcome.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Protect yourself from Excitement and keep your Winnings Safe on: May 28, 2019, 12:54:43 PM
Excitement and other feelings such as too much happiness, sadness or anger can greatly affect your decision making in gambling. Even though we say that we should set aside someting, if we dont have this control, that hidden fund of yours can be subject to another betting rounds. Always start from strengthening your mindset before doing anything.

Too much of everything is always not good, if you have too much emotions going on while gambling it will greatly affect your thinking and most of the time the results are bad. Thus, if you want to be a successful gambler be sure to always have self control and don' let your emotions take you.
It is nothing else but your mindset and the limits you set while gambling. If you are unbridled, you would loose huge deal in gambling but if you have the limits and if you prefer not to gamble after losing once, you might be secure. There are people who have limited funds for gambling and once the funds are gone, they just stop there and go home for the chances of losing again after losing once are high normally.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: May 28, 2019, 12:28:27 PM
That's Filipino even our parents we can bonding to thw gambling like playing bingo.  In my country when the family bored they playing gambling which is the Bingo and all the players will be relatives and the bet only is a little and for those person who win they will trear the family that's the bonding of the Filipino citizens. Sometimes my family go to the Casino and we play as bonding too.

I heard that in some countries in Asian, you could play gambling with your parents. If I am not mistaken, some people like to play mahjong because it could be played for every people, including to play with our parents. But I don't know how to play that game because it's a Chinese card. But in another country in Asian, playing gambling with parents can feel embarrassed because not all parents will allow their kids to play gambling with them.
It depends on how the parent allow their children to play with them, but as long as there's a restriction from them I think their son or daughters would not be confident to do it together with them. Well there's some practices of other people that their parents allowed them, because they're lack of proper guidance specially those with broken families and it could rarely going to happen.
Gambling with parents is not a bad thing to enjoy and learn. It teaches both parents and kids how to behave when it comes to mathematics and funds in between. In many cases, there is a lack of confidence in kids and cannot deal with many scenarios because they have   not been exposed to the sought of experience in their early childhood especially when it comes to learning about probabilities. Learning in the field becomes too easy when kids have these experiences.
80  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betinance - 💹 Predict Bitcoin Trend 💹 And Win Every 5 Mins! 💵 BTC GIVEAWAY💵 on: May 28, 2019, 11:16:26 AM
This is really cool, it's just like as if your on binary trading  and all you do is choose whether the price is going up or down. So what if , assuming that the person that you're put up against happens to make the same prediction as you , so does it then return the money ,or does the system automatically put you up with someone that has chosen a different option? I haven't been part of any p2p betting before , and it seems like it is what's reigning this time around and I'm really interested in trying it out .
