End of intermission.....
Actually, I just re-sent this post that was removed couple of hours ago. I wonder why... Probably because there is no legitimate slander issue. You really need to take some time, and read back through some threads in this forum. There is a lot of history, I believe, you are not aware of. Also, you don't realize, Kano, has been very vocal in other threads, many times, and the Moderators delete the posts trying to silence certain subjects. Who's the Moderators??? Do some research before going on a hunt, especially before hunting in the prey's den.

In summary from earlier....
Someone who left Kano's Pool in February, because of a terribly difficult block and joined a "rival" pool, came back today to be boastful of the increased hashrate of said pool, hashrate that's from a seriously crappy operated company. While blinded by boasting, the person lost control of trying to find a valid point, and resorted to the "my rights" defense.
Note: Halongmining is a shady, unimpressive company. Anyone who's done honest research, that can read, knows this. They will sell those miners, from the extra HashPower that "said" pool is currently using, and the average numbers of "said" pool will drop. Some of that HashPower might reconnect, but probably not a significant amount, considering the fact that Halongmining doesn't promote the use of their equipment on "said" pool. Kinda ironic if you really think about it. Halongmining won't even promote the pool, they use for testing. Shady AF......

Dragonmint T1 doesn't work on zpool, zergpool ... ? It shows "dead" in settings but my antminer s9 works without problems with same settings on this pools - some software issues..? Pleas help.
These miners will only work on mining pools, that are asicboost compatible. Meaning, they have to run a special coding protocol for asicboost enabled equipment, like the Dragonmint. As of right now, there are 5 pool options. ckpool.org solo.ckpool.org slushpool.com bitminter.com f2pool.com

The last 2 transactions (at the moment) are probably people conned into it.
This correlates to Bitmain's Twitter post, about the fake email and phone calls today. There are 2 people claiming they sent Bitcoin, and asking what to do about it. Unfortunately, they will learn the hard way about being overly eager, about things that haven't been officially announced. Attention:If it sounds like a "to good to be true" deal, it's probably a scam. Research before buying!

Yeah the majority of canaan is burn in. It's never very large coz they sell their miners, they don't keep their customer's miners to mine with them ...
Though a point to note about that ... there's another pool that says Halong is burning in 50+ 100+? PH of miners. I gotta wonder why they are helping Halong scam their customers ... Who has a datacentre that can burn in 6000+ plus miners for weeks ... burn in doesn't take that long ...
I totally appreciate the help Canaan provides, both here, and on a consumer level. Awesome Company. I'm looking forward to seeing some new equipment from them. They certainly set a standard, with how a company should operate. As far as, Halong and Company, I prefer my shenanigans in the form of Benny Hill. I find the whole thing repulsive(Halong) and shameful(duping consumers). Even though my abilities with Coding and Programming are novice, I completely understand that, consumers should receive a product that is exactly what they paid for. They should NOT have to "tinker" with firmware codes, to attempt to get their device to operate at advertised specifications. The only "tinkering" should be, IF, the consumer wants to over/underclock the device, etc. Really speaks volumes of Halongmining's Research and Development. The "burn in" for their next-generation release could be longer than usual, if we take into account, that they might be doing all that "tinkering" before they unleash the products on consumers. Either way, it leaves one to wondering, how did a new company find a facility BIG enough for Testing??? Maybe they've had the facility for years, but the labeling has changed. Many Thanx to YOU, for taking the time to troubleshoot the code for the users here. I'm sure that the end result will be helpful, for the sake of hashrate, and the stability of the Pool. I can’t imagine that someone has invested a Farm's worth of this equipment, but if they did, they'll be working 24/7 "tinkering" with firmware until October.

Kano, have you noticed any significant changes in the hashrate from Canaan???
It went down? Thanx. I can only check the stats page on my PC, as it usually crashes the browser on my tablet. I was curious.

Thank You Shazam! Yesterday I have read posts from January to April and nothing. I saw that someone sent T1 to Kano and he was supposed to test.
I have to wait to join the most honest pool.
You're Welcome. Hopefully Kano will have results soon, as many people are eager to run asicboost enabled equipment here. Kano is doing his due diligence, and making sure the coding on Poolside, is working correctly. That is important for every user here.

I have DragonMint T1 and I'd like to join to the pool. I can or not? In miner logs I see cgminer error. I dont know why.. I dont have problem with cksolo pool and slush pool, maybe by Kano pool I can not join with T1?? Thanks for rewards If you read back a few posts........ However, the new setup wont support asicboost. I've found that ckpool doesn't actually work properly with asicboost, the node proxy setup crashes and burns, so I wont be adding asicboost to the new setup yet. However, I've coded in and tested all the changes for KanoDB to work with or without asicboost and that will be on the new server. With much thanks to wavelengthsf's T1 I've made sure most of the pool configuration works, and since I have 2 T1s myself now, I'll continue with the testing next week to sort out the ckpool bugs - someone clearly never tested some of their code ... Hacksville

Firstly, yep still going ahead as planned in about 1hr 45 minutes or as the web site says at the top -- However, the new setup wont support asicboost.I've found that ckpool doesn't actually work properly with asicboost, the node proxy setup crashes and burns, so I wont be adding asicboost to the new setup yet. However, I've coded in and tested all the changes for KanoDB to work with or without asicboost and that will be on the new server. Hacksville I noticed after asicboost was anounced on Flush, and company, that there were/are issues with connectivity. This may explain why. Personally, I think it was shameful, how they rushed the whole launch of shenanigans directly into the naive hands of consumers. Kudos to YOU, for taking the time to troubleshoot the code, before it creates issues for Kano Pool Members. Many Thanx!!!
