I have an even more fun idea.  Since this is so light and efficient It could be put on a (relatively) cheap weather balloon. Give it a cellular modem like a tethered android phone and you have the first bitcoin miner at the edge of space. Mind you it might need a stronger radio. lol At least, it would run way cooler!!! :p |

So, instead I sent 50 Ripples to the address I had created awhile ago -- now if only I could access that old address.
I have to ask... Why have you done that if you couldn't access that address? Have you at least, took note of the secret key they provided you on registration? I thought I could access the old address. When I went back to it I discovered the access no longer worked. No secret key was provided for the old address (it might have been too early; before secret keys were provided). I do indeed have the secret key for the new address; then again I still have access to it. Near as I can tell I'll never miss the 50 Ripples; I have yet to find anything useful to do with them. Now I am a little sorry I lost the 50 Ripples. It turns out I was able to exchange my remaining Ripples into Bitcoins; 949 Ripples -> 138.996 mBTC after fees. Then Ripple was able to send them to my Bitstamp account and then on to my personal Bitcoin wallet. Will I regret converting from Ripple into Bitcoin? Can I go in the other direction? Well, sorry you lost 50XRP. That's exactly the amount I needed to unlock my transactions, since I've accidentally messed two orders and instead of selling, I've bought and now, I can't place any more orders. As for the rest, we will never know if we will regret or not. That's called risk! You could play with the market by exchanging from XRP to BTC and back at the appropriate times and rates. Yes, you can revert it, but first, you have to send them to bitinstant. Then, some how, you'll have to convert it to XRP again. sorry if I can't provide you more detail, since I haven't had the need to execute that operations. |

De qualquer forma, qualquer dúvida pergunta aqui ou no thread apropriado. Nelisky, andei a bater a cabeça lá no fórum a tentar perceber, mas acho que ainda não percebi... Com o bitinstant, costumo "brincar" convertendo XRP em BTC e BTC em XRP. Mas ainda não consegui compreender se aqui no dividendrippler.com serve para o mesmo ou somente para converter de XRP em outras moedas... Se "vender" XRP por BTC, posso depois vender esses BTC ou vão direitinhos para o endereço da wallet que lá definir? Podes ajudar-me, por favor? Estava a pensar criar um tópico para isso mesmo aqui no fórum em tugalês, se houvessem interessados. (Ou dois, explicando o Bitinstant também) |
