1  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN][ICO] CREDITS - New blockchain for financial industry! [Sale Nov-Dec 2017] on: April 05, 2018, 05:06:37 PM
2  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ARCONA - Augmented Reality Ecosystem. Sale 27.11.2017 on: April 05, 2018, 01:50:27 PM

https://medium.com/@credits/credits-token-now-available-on-coinbene-5c5317acd55b

4  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ICO] EOZ LENDING PLATFORM POWERED BY ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK on: April 04, 2018, 05:09:42 PM
5  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] BGX | EKOSISTEM GAMING AI REVOLUSIONER YANG TIDAK SEPERTI LAINNYA on: April 04, 2018, 04:58:54 PM

Here comes the panic selling from the Asians! Down down down!

I'm looking for those $7800 bitcoin  Cool
You might be able to get them a bit cheaper.

Source: Mammoths. Basically out of my ass, as Hairy would undoubtedly (and reasonably) say.

Heheheh. Let me show you my source:

*collects tears when everyone are busy crying*

Yup, that's my preferred method of collecting tears and Bitcoin. Lovely way to do it.

They could also fork or split the thread and send all the old posts to an archive leading us to start over from a worthless thread with 1 page. Poloniex should open up leverage shorting immediately.

It was briefly forked last summer when Bitcointalk locked this thread.

I couldhave sworn that happened in 2016... I must be remembering wrong.

I've commented on page 20001 of Wall Observer. My life is complete.

Hmm, I must not be seeing what you're seeing, JJG.

Something important that you said is that one can refer to previous periods as general frames of how the market will behave in the immediate future, and I think a lot of people misunderstand that. I'm glad to see you explaining that in such a great way. The price discovery near $13,000 is not sufficiently done, and I think that it will take more than a year to reach back over the heights of last year.

I can't think of anything fun ether. I was hoping to come up with some fun "I told you so", but... yeah. I guess we just wait and see.

I need bot. Where do I buy a bot? Exchanges should rent them out like scooters.

I. Am. Robot.

How. Do. I. Serve. Master?

You pass the butter

JJG, you make a great point. However, I'm not here to say that the sky is falling down. I really believe in bitcoin, but it looks like we're in one of those times when the price is not likely to rally to ridiculous and delicious new heights. And there will a time we bitcoiners will dance victorious. It's just my opinion that 2018 is just not it.

Tell you what. Let's make a game out of this prediction of mine, what do you propose?

There's a difference between Being a FUDster and recognizing a downtrend. This year's gonna be bearish or flat. I doubt we'll see prices over $18K this year. I doubt we see prices below $5k this year, or ever again to be honest.

I need bot. Where do I buy a bot? Exchanges should rent them out like scooters.

I'm sure that would end well...

I don't think it would be that bad, to be honest, but what do I know?  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

the exchange owns the bot... What could possibly go wrong?  Certainly it wouldn't have a default behavior that benefits the exchange.  I trust them implicitly.  they are safe and benevolent like government!

If you rent out a bot that you don't have full control over, you face the same risks that you do sending your bitcoin over to an exchange. Same as entering a margin position, same as providing funding in an exchange.

It's up to each of us to assess the risk. That's what the free market is about, isn't it?

Oh! I remember this! You mean like this?

Good morning, gentlemen.  Still at it I see?

That sure looks silly now that we're at $8500, huh?

TL;DR if something (btc ups and downs) occurs 15 times faster than Nasdaq, than it in not the same type of phenomena.

People already posted the idea propagated by MSM that btc is like Nasdaq in 2000, but 15 times faster.
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/19/bitcoin-is-unfolding-like-the-dotcom-crash--just-15-times-faster.html

Quote
The Nasdaq in 2000 and modern-day bitcoin both rallied 250 to 280 percent in their most "exuberant" periods ahead of bear markets, Morgan Stanley said in a note to clients.

"Just that the bitcoin rally was around 15 times the speed," Sheena Shah, strategist at Morgan Stanley said.

But here is a somewhat scary thought: if it is 15 times faster, than it is not the same.
15X passenger airplane speed is close to the rocket speed to reach the Earth orbit.

To me, it is possible to think about this (superfast change) as winds on the approach to Singularity, whatever form it might take.

Could it be that a more unstable, newer market could give off an illusion of a "faster" market? I'm no econologist, but if I had the know-how, I'd probably try to look at tech startups and try to see if I could find something similar. See if bitcoin is truly a faster market rather than a noisier market, you know? Interesting topic... that I'm just completely unqualified to contribute to, heheheh.
