Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

No, I do not think it can helps to fight poverty. Bitcoin does not make money rain from the sky, to own them you need to buy them. For this reason, that will change absolutely nothing, nothing. Morevoer poor people do not even have computers...
I can say that even poor people can access computers. Here in our country even we do not have computers of our own, there are establishments who are offering to rent their computers with internet. Also even we are poor we have education, so we can read and write. As long as you can understanf things and can read and write, even it cannot end world poverty, at the very least it can help each individual to escape poverty. What I like best about bitcoin is that I can do it anytime I want. I don't need to get dressed and go to work. I can do it at home, at the mall, even at the beach as long as there is internet connection. The possibility of earning at my convenience.

I think it is a good idea. But I think everything always has risks, you should spend about 50% your asset to invest in Bitcoin and save for your children. Good luck for your children!  Anything we planned and do for the future of our children are all wonderful idea. Though, we do not know how long bitcoin will last and if it will still exist after about 10-15 years. well i think selling anf waiting is depend on the price of bitcoin because if we are goin to hold it is really profitable but we also need to put in our mind that sometimes price of btc will go down and the certain amoubt may loose if we are goin to sell it .i believe bitcoin is really profitable in a long term of holding that is why patience is verry important in bitcoin because if we dont have patience here we cant gain a huge amount. As they say patience is virtue. Long term investment gives a huge income or profit. If I achieved or reached the amount I aim, I will sell some of my stored bicoin. I will just continue to earn and all the excess amount on my target will be sold and spend in things I needed and wanted. |

I am also standing in your opinion, but that was two years ago. It changed when our new president came, President Duterte. He walk the talk. When he said he will have a war on drugs it happened. It became bloody and we see that it is happening. When he start a war against terrorist in Marawi, he finished it. And many countries now are helping Philippines because they knew that the leader is not corrupt. |

If you can buy Bitcoin and save it this is also a type of investment because the value will grow a lot more then what regular saving has provided in terms of wealth gain on a yearly basis.
I will not buy bitcoin as long as I can earn a good income from it. Like you said, just keeping our bitcoin in our wallet can give us income. We all know that money can give us power and strength but we also should know our limitiations because anything that is excessive is really bad, right? Even if you are rich, we should not be an abusive to the powers. We should use our all means with everything that is good and not for your just own sake because that is really dangerous. I do not think billionaires are investing in BTC. There might be some that are starting to dabble in it, but there is still a huge amount of wealth that is coming to the BTC network. Most are scared of and don't believe in BTC.
Me too. Besides if they are already billionaires they can actually buy almost every bitcoin created. So maybe they are not really into bitcoins and focusing more on their businesses. They knew bitcoin because it is the new currency but not necessarily to engage in it. |

Because of crime, until now some people have a negative attitude towards bitcoin. I do not quite understand why this is connected, since with the same success a crime can be committed with ordinary money.

Only yesterday's television shows here in our country could be a bad thing when you get involved with bitcoins. I'm so frustrated that the tv host has shown that bitcoins are a scam. Because of the fact that he has made many people will definitely not try to enter the bitcoins yet. And because that would be like an investment scheme that looks at bitcoins. That's not really true because bitcoins used to do bad things. And what I was most disappointed was that this tv host did not say the good side of bitcoins.
Now my question is how we can explain to those who watch tv that bitcoins is not a pyramiding scheme.
I knew what television show is that. Sad that they did not do an indepth research about bitcoin. My boyfriend's father even told me that bitcoin is scam because of the show. He knew that I am into it. I told him that the bitcoin itself is not a scam. Only the sites that promises income through bitcoin are. I will show them the earnings I have and will shared them information about bitcoin. It is up to them if they will see bitcoin that way. I will just continue what I am doing. |

If someone bought $100 of Bitcoin in 2010 and kept it until now, they would now have around $6 million.
Do you think the same could happen again in the next 7 years? If I now own $500 in Bitcoin could that be worth $1 million+ in the next 7 years? Or is it extremely unlikely for this increase to happen a second time?
It is very possible that your $500 worth of bitcoin could double and even 10th times its value. It is very possible because bitcoin price really gives income and its price always increases. But as to the issue that it could worth a million is more of impossible. I am not being negative, it is just too much. But who knows, we cannot predict about it. |
