1121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: November 09, 2019, 01:27:24 AM
You can introduce bitcoin to local people by give them internet access, ask local them browsing with bitcoin and altcoin site to know detail with bitcoin. After checking with bitcoin you can tell him what is bitcoin and altcoin because very easy to understood if have know basic with bitcoin first, after know whit bitcoin you can give them the way how to get profit with bitcoin investing.
1122  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: November 08, 2019, 05:02:37 PM
The major stuff why people don't use bitcoin as real currency - not stability in price and it makes people scared to start to use cryptocurrencies in a daily way. In addition in some countries using cryptocurrencies prohibited.
Personally, I don't also use bitcoin in my daily transactions; I treat it like a type of investment. I am sure many people here like me are holding/using bitcoin for a very long time. But still not using it as currency to pay for their grocery or something. Bitcoin is like stocks. You treat it as an investment because the pumps and dumps of it are very cool to take advantage of and to gain profit.
most people use bitcoin as an investment and also as a livelihood. including me, use bitcoin for investment, because I can't do many things to use bitcoin as a transaction, there aren't many places in my country that accept payments using bitcoin because in my country bitcoin isn't legal.
When you show off with your earning with bitcoin I think will possible get bitcoin as currency payment for the future with higher price of your coin, many people want to use bitcoin as currency payment with many costumer always ask with their water. Now with bitcoin have been legal in Aceh make many people worried can make withdrawal or not.
1123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be afraid of making mistakes on: November 08, 2019, 04:46:59 PM
You can try to avoid mistakes, but never be afraid of making one and neither should you be afraid of failure.
The fear of what will happen might be a limitation.
Cryptocurrency sometimes can be very complex and funny, most especially when you find yourself in a situation you have never been exposed to.
When the market is all good, mistakes are not easily detected, but when the situation of the market seems to be on a negative side, then fear sets in and sometimes, we become afraid of what may likely happen if we take a step further, to do what we have never been exposed to.
Even if you eventually fail, it is a stepping stone to become become better and achieving greater success.

I have never been afraid to make mistakes ... but I do not want to make the same mistake ... this is my principle ... I have often failed because of the mistakes I made ... and I have succeeded after I learned from mistakes I have done before ... so what you say is very true in my opinion .
Very body never afraid with their mistake with bitcoin and altcoin investing, they have ready when bitcoin up and down for selling or holding, but for the future never make the same mistake with your investment. Enough with your first mistake and the future never have listed with second or third mistake did. You can learn with your mistake excatly by investing with bitcoin and altcoin.
1124  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Sad news - Coinbase is leaking your information on: November 08, 2019, 12:16:47 PM
Isn't that our own fault too for giving too much information to them just so we could use the best features of their companies?

You're right so if you don't want your personal information to be leak then don't share it to these companies and try to find alternative ways, simple as that. With regards on Coinbase privacy policy it is stated that as a user of their platform you are giving them authority to share your personal information with other parties which means you agree with Coinbase terms after you sign-up so there is no point if you argue with them.

Here is the link for Coinbase privacy policy: https://www.coinbase.com/legal/privacy
Before joining and creating coinbase account there are have personal information have accepted by registered coinbase account, they have agree with privacy policy of coinbase, now coinbase will know detail with our data account and can access to our account. But coinbase have been trusted bitcoin site and never take our identity for publishing.
1125  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: November 08, 2019, 01:06:33 AM
I have only invested a little amount in cryptocurrency and it comes from my work on this forum like signature campaign, if not all the other tokens/coins I have right now is gotten through participating in bounty and have invested my time in it.
Myself too used to spend from the campaign earnings. Apart from this whenever I get some more bonus I prefer to invest the same on cryptocurrency.. What we save today in pennies will surely turn to be a sea or a lake. We should keep ourselves updated and spend after clearly understanding the need.
Source investment money from earning with many campaign bounties and save it with every bounty campaign participants, then I use for investing with bitcoin and altcoin. I never ask for my family to invest with ICO, bitcoin and altcoin because I think big risk when price of my investment have down and lower price.
1126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 08, 2019, 12:43:49 AM
You make a lot of good points. But I think there are some people who ignore it all. The success of a project is seen from the price that rises when entering the exchange so that it gives benefits for those who buy it at ICO. This happens because there have been many disappointments of investors in projects that have already been done. And I think that's a natural thing because everyone doesn't want their money to just disappear.
I think that although investors have seen from the whitepaper and the concepts they have developed that the project can still potentially be a scam, there is now a good method that can help investors to make direct investments to the exchange with the IEO method so that the existence of this method can help investors to choose projects interesting and when you want to invest then you should be able to choose an exchange place that has a very good reputation and security such as a Binance or Kucoin exchange place that often holds IEO and potentially good projects because the exchange platform that already has a good reputation will not provide IEO bad because it will make his name worse and make the place of exchange collapse.
Join IEO at big exchange like Binance often brings very good profits for investors and you can trade after the project ends. I think the only advantage IEO brings to investors is that it does not take too long to wait and if the exchange has a high trading volume, the coin will usually increase very high on the first trading day. This is only available in leading IEO projects and those are very profitable projects for investors.

Of course, you also need to research before investing because there are many scam projects are appearing in this market. In my opinion you should only join IEO at the proposed exchanges in this market.
IEO coin listed on Binance exchange market is not give guarantee for coin have higher price after listing, depend with how serious IEO coin team want to make investor happy for investing with their coin, binance only listed coin without can make price up or down because depend with seller, buyer and coin owner how to raise up, last IEO on Binance failed with lower price after listing on exchange market.
1127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: November 07, 2019, 01:57:18 PM
For me, consistently talking and organizing free public lecturers about Bitcoin has helped me greatly in introducing cryptocurrency to local people. But, I'll advice that while you're at it, be sure to let them know about the volatility and uncertainties that comes with investing in bitcoins. That way no one blames you when price goes south.

I am not sure if organizing free public lectures will be possible for everyone because there are still so many countries which are hostile towards bitcoin I rather prefer introducing it to my friends and families gradually they would do the same.
I am not interested with talking about bitcoin to local people excatly to my friend, bitcoin risk for investing when price down you will fault with your friend because ask him for investing with bitcoin, I only giving free way to earn altcoin or bitcoin because if not risk when not get payment, bitcoin is an investment project and have big risk for investor if not ready to lost their money.
1128  Economy / Economics / Re: Anyone else remember this? on: November 07, 2019, 12:58:46 PM
If the new generation including the fresh graduates wouldn't do something, they will not succeed. Freelancing including crypto jobs is actually a big edge for them to achieve success since hierarchy is still occurring in the business industry. If they will not excel in their own field of choice, they will always be on the bottom. Homebased and E-commerce jobs is really an advantage these days.
Llooking job now is easy without have pass graduate first and have pass with senior high school, many online site on internet can you access become freelance with internet looking online job, with present of bitcoin can give us chance how looking for job with investing and earning bitcoin by free way, without have pass graduated first you can get salary higher than other worker.
1129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any bounty campaigns for Newbies? on: November 07, 2019, 10:33:23 AM
Hello guys,

I was searching for some bounty campaigns that accept newbies like myself. Do you know of any that recently started ( in the last 7 days for example ). It's a mess in the Bounty thread..

I think it will be difficult for you to be able to join the bounty campaign project. because a beginner and a new Jr. most projects provide a minimum requirement for full member ranking. but I think you can take part in social media airdrop because it doesn't need a bitcointalk account ranking. the important thing is you have a facebook, twitter account and have a large number of friends. You can already use your social media account to join the project. and don't be discouraged to keep getting merit so that your bitcointalk account can immediately go up in rank.
Not difficult for newbie joining with bounty campaign, maybe they can't join with signature campaign bounty because their level still newbie but they can participated at social media bounty campaign, only with Facebook and twitter social media where have minimum 500 follower they can joining social media bounty campaign, up their level to participated at signature bounty campaign.
1130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Interest with Bitcoin? on: November 07, 2019, 10:04:43 AM
Binance exchange can give your several percent if joining their staking program, you have choose first which one altcoin have stable price for joining with staking coin, there are have optional like stellar coin, tron and bittorent coin. You have looking three coins have good price during one month after staking and invest your coin in binance exchange market.
1131  Economy / Economics / Re: The U.S. Government Tried To Shut Down Bitcoin on: November 07, 2019, 07:44:02 AM
Bitcoin cannot be killed by the United States alone, Bitcoin is controlled by all the people of the world,
if America tries to kill then kill us all, indeed I don't think why America hates bitcoin, even though China and Russia now support bitcoin  Cool
Only united state country want to shut down and banned using bitcoin, there are still many bigger economic country want to adopt and altcoin as legal currency payment. From china to Japan have adopt bitcoin as transaction for the future payment and give access to investor become crypto as best solution for investing assets.
1132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 07, 2019, 06:58:22 AM
Just wondering if I want to sell significant amount of crypto, where can I do it ? By significant I mean $250,000+ of crypto.Would you trust Binance / okex / huobi to return their money to you , and how law can protect us from being scammed?

To be sincere, this is a huge amount and must be handled with all carefulness. Considering the fact that risks abounds I think it is far better splitting the money across most top exchanges and selling as small as possible. No exchange is trustworthy or safe, we only try our best to play along. So split your funds across various exchanges, it's better that way.
Considering the popularity of big exchange such as binance, I think it is enough to trust it. It is true that with this huge amount of money, we should be careful. However, if we talk about the big exchange, I will trust and will risk my money, binance has been using by many crypto traders, I can't imagine that by using binance its user will encounter any issue.
I think there are not enough for an exchange market to buy your million dollar asset of coin, because have limited maximum assets for trading and selling on exchange market, although you separated with many exchange market but not enough for selling your coin, you have sell step by step of your billion coin, maybe sell with half your money assets first.
1133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Solved! on: November 07, 2019, 02:55:14 AM
Struggle with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) dates back to 2009
https://medium.com/@Bitcoin_Beyond/forensic-report-raises-questions-about-australian-tax-offices-handling-of-craig-wright-probe-138843251ef5
The document details that Wright “purportedly sold [his] personal intellectual property to Information Defense and Integyrs”, two of Wright’s companies.

Still people never conclude that Craig wright is the correct person. If that is true simply he can be access the account of Satoshi in this forum and share with us.
Most probably theymos might know who is Satoshi since is being a admin for long term.
Articles will not define and show to correct person bro.
Craig wright I think he is not real Satoshi Nakamoto and still confused for bitcointalk member to know who is real Satshi Nakamoto, Do you know how much important with real Satoshi Nakamoto and if he still live how much bitcoin assets have? I think hard looking for which one real Satoshi Nakamoto because he keep hidden he self and make many people claim their self become real Satoshi Nakamoto.
1134  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: November 07, 2019, 01:19:36 AM
For all we know, technology is rapidly innovating over the years, and we will see a lot of improvement, discoveries, invention anytime soon.

So, for the question, if blockchain can replace banks, it's a big 'No' when in fact some banks are seeing the potential, advantage, transparency of blockchain, so they are checking, reviewing and studying it how they can use it in bank transactions.

Maybe we should consider asking a question something like "what can bring blockchain that will replace banks?". if we associate answer with decentralized system and possibility to get rid of the intermediary agent - it's not so simple because banks are businesses and their owners definitely don't want to reduce their income and money, so it will be really hard to replace banks despite presence better technologies.
Replace bank by blockchain is not easy because many participant bank never hear with blockchain technology and adopt for bitcoin and altcoin transaction, how ever for participant have older year very hard how to use bank if adopt with blockchain bitcoin and altcoin, how to sent and how to receive money if using bitcoin and altcoin, now keep bank at the same place and give space for blockchain become legal currency payment.
1135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash Price Prediction 2020 on: November 06, 2019, 11:13:35 PM
What's your take on bitcoin cash?

I would have loved to be part of bcash crowd, because i thought that the idea of bigger blocks was interesting experiment. But their spokesmen and pr were getting toxic from the start insisting that people can't call it bcash, and confusing people by claiming that it's the "real" bitcoin. No wonder it does still get attacked a lot. I think that if they will recover from that start, bitcoin cash could have a bright future among other altcoins. But they seriously need to take a look in the mirror on their pr issues if they still are bitter that btc won the fork.

That being said, i could see it having a future. I don't need to like how they handled the start, but as an altcoin, it's not a bad idea imho, we need all kinds of experiments to see what works.
Bitcoin cash look very stable altcoin right now, although have lower price but bitcoin cash can raise up every bitcoin price up, always depend with how bitcoin up make bitcoin cash raise with higher price. I can trust with many prediction bitcoin cash become only one altcoin have higher price at the future and 2020 I thin bitcoin cash will raise to $1000.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coca cola bottlers use Blockchain on: November 06, 2019, 05:09:35 PM
https://www.businessinsider.com/coca-cola-bottlers-sap-scaling-up-a-major-blockchain-project-2019-10?r=US&IR=T

https://cointelegraph.com/news/coca-cola-using-blockchain-for-21-billion-per-year-network

Coca Cola bottles use blockchain technology to manage their cross-party transactions.

A report from Business Insider today November 5, 2019 reveals that Coke One North America (CONA) - a technology company that manages IT operations for bottling soda coca cola - uses blockchain technology developed by the German software company SAP to manage its supply chain.

Able to Manage 160,000 Orders Per Day
CONA was assigned to manage a platform as a watchdog for several franchises that produce, ship bottles, and ship 160,000 orders for Coca-Cola products every day. Andrei Semenov, senior manager at CONA, told Business Insider:

"There are a number of inefficient cross-company and multiparty transactions. They passed a number of intermediaries; and this is very slow. We feel that we can overcome this problem and save more money of course. "

With the blockchain, CONA hopes to reduce the duration of order reconciliation from 50 days to just a few days. Ledgers that are distributed across organizations and transparently will provide real-time insight into transactions carried out by all the different bottlers in the network, which generate revenues of more than 21 billion US dollars per year.

yes, everything will be faster and easier for calculations and transactions if it uses a blockchain. more transparent and efficient.

Coca - Cola have announce for adoption bitcoin as their payment partner, Coca - cola have try for adopting bitcoin and altcoin as transaction payment to know with their costumer payment and how service giving the government store, hope government keep trusted with Coca - cola water become asset a while in your life because I have go for several days later.
1137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 06, 2019, 04:51:22 PM
What must to protect if you have much money you can sell on exchange market have bigger volume transaction for buying order, you have looking which one exchange market have big volume transaction to sell your coin, if you find with exchange market less buy volume you can't sell your assets, but Binance is best choose for selling your altcoin because have many buying order transaction.
1138  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoiners on here have actually used bitcoin/crypto for commerce? on: November 06, 2019, 06:11:14 AM
in my opinion the use of bitcoin for payment tools can only be used in countries that are friendly to bitcoin. like Japan, Switzerland and and Russia. and if we live in a country that has not yet legalized bitcoin as a means of payment. so I'm sure most of them have never used bitcoin for payment. they only use bitcoin to invest and trade. but I am optimistic now that bitcoin is headed for mass adoption soon countries will legalize bitcoin as a means of payment and make bitcoin a global currency.
yeah, we can use cryptocurrencies in countries where they not restricted by law, but the main reason why we don't use it as the main payment method is that a small number of shops can take cryptocurrencies. I used bitcoin in commerce but it only for selling/buying digital goods, because it's not simple to buy food or something similar via bitcoin.

And the number one reason too is because of the volatility of the coins, as some people prefer to hold it rather than spending it, most people nowadays would prefer investing as they know the potential value of Bitcoin in the future, especially that the number of users is increasing every day and the adoption is continuously increasing that even companies are adapting blockchain, even banks.
Only bitcoiner have legal currency in their country use bitcoin for transaction payment, if country not allowed using bitcoin only for investing and trading, little country allow using bitcoin as legal currency and most country in the world not available bitcoin as legal currency, I use bitcoin for investing adn trading but some time make purchase with transaction payment to buy online shopping.
1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 06, 2019, 03:31:46 AM
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum i want to know if its advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you
If bounty campaign added extra week about two or three week later is fine because ICO sale not reached target, they will try to added several weeks later and their ICO coins can sold out, many bounty campaign added extra week because the ICO team have running for several week later to sell their ICO coin, if ICO sold with short time bounty campaign will running not depend with schedule and finished early.

How come the stage is given to him.

Don't they have some kind of legitimacy papers and also background checking before letting a man walk that stage and put some bullshit into the minds of the students or whoever is audience is?
This aint good for the school if they are doing it without even those type of rules.
If I am the parent of the kid, I will transfer him into another school in a blink.

Yea same thoughts. Knowing that this institution isn't just some random institution as far as I know. No research and background checks whatsoever(or a lack off). If this was in 2017, they would have let BitConnect have a presentation lol.
What joke claim their self is satoshi, he want to get popular and make him as satoshi where we don't know who really satoshi. Depend with his looking impossible he is  Satoshi because he not come from Japan where Satoshi is symbol name from Japan, if any one else not from Japan country never trusted with him with Satoshi and just want to playing drama to get popular him self.
