I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??
I think ethereum just like what happened in bitcoin end its era in the past year the ethereum increase its price in the marketin in 2017 but today the ethereum market go and the market price was playing around 200$. I think the ethereum has a fair price in the market also that's whats make it a good long term investment in the market if the ethereum continues to increase its price it could probably reach a thousand dollars price in the coming years. Compared to the ethereum highest price I think it will sustain its price this year. Ethereum look very weak for raise to higher price with many time still down, although bitcoin last week raise above $10k ethereum just raise about 2%, but when bitcoind when bitcoin down ethereum price down more than 10%. Not interested anymore for investing with ethereum where price ethereum can up above $1,5k and now just dreaming can see ethereum have higher price. |

Selling or buying investments ?
As a bitcoin trader the hardest decision that we can ever take is , selling our beloved cryptocurrency and this is preety hard because of :-
1. Our emotions
2. Our lack of knowledge
3. Hope !
Well you all can relate to the fact that whenever we are into selling something, we take hasty decisions, generally if the price is falling and we lack patience and even if we are scared that this can go worse in the future we generally sell and then regret moments later when we see it climbing ladder.
Even if the price is going great and its increasing we generally tend to regret if we sell it and the price continues to grow.
This is really hard once our emotions are involved with our investments.
I think that the best thing we can do is separate our emotions with our investments. We should kind of make a pact to never regret any decision that we ever made because in the words of Victoria Holt “never regret, if it was good , its wonderful and if its bad, its experience.”
I think what’s important is taking into account every single detail in the market regarding our investment and at the same time emotionally detaching our minds and making stable decisions and that’s what makes a investor successful.
Also someone has truly said “the investment market takes money from the hasty one and gives it to the patient one”

Is KYC is benefit to crypto people or not. what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing KYC. Universal money and Anonymous is the biggest strength of btc BTC, now every country follows KYC and then it can be controlled by someone. Now KYC is trend in crypto market.....  I think KYC give much benefit for user and bitcoin, with using KYC almost person know their data and know where is come from, its the way how to make bitcoin and altcoin easy adoption in some country after giving KYC. Right now many country still not allowed using bitcoin and altcoin because many people like ghost and never have who is the real user invest with bitcoin and where bitcoin use by investor. There seems to be a trend not yet recognized by many experts and that is the withering interest of the people on Bitcoin, especially if we compare today with the days of 2017 and early months of 2018. Of course, we could not expect that people will always like, search and talk about Bitcoin for years. There will always be a plateau and a possible downtrend, sometime somehow.

It is not because the price go down can cause the lose of interest by the investor. If you start at 2017 you can see the difference until now that it was high enough. They really hard to increase the price but it was totally high. If these sites just go for some verification before promoting these scams, it would be very good for the visitors. Verification can include Mobile verification, Identity verification etc. These sites are an open image of crypto, if these sites just reduce their earned money by a bit and plan for long term then it would be beneficial for all of us.

I don't think it's Bitcoin that they should be adopting at all. It's slow and Facebook will want some sort of control over it, with Bitcoin, they can't.
We've seen one of the Facebook blockchain devs (David Wong) singing Algorand's praises in recent weeks (not to mention interest amongst top banks too), maybe exploring their tech could be the way forward...
Who knows where this is going, I don't really think we need Libra to be honest. There's plenty of other platforms that make more sense and have already established a footing in the DeFi space (Algorand mentioned above, Ethereum/MakerDAO obviously).

Though China can have a big impact on bitcoin since the largest hashrate in mining bitcoin comes from China and even the powerful mining hardware are also coming from China. The antminer series that are hot stuff on the market are made by bitmain which is located in China. Also the electric cost in mining in China is much cheaper compared to other countries. But even though that is the case even if China dumps all of its bitcoin and all miners in CHina stops mining and even if bitmain stops producing bitcoin mining hardware bitcoin will not stop. Other country will see this as an opportunity and will replace China, remember as long as there is profit companies will race to catch that opportunity.

If me, i will convert it to bitcoin. I mean if convert to fiat, it will almost same and fiat not really much volatile. It is controlled by Bank and for investment, we look for higher profit. But as long you understand the risk, so you prepare for anything like lose in investment. But i believe bitcoin will rise in future.

It's an unregulated market. If they manage to sell, they get some easy money. Some are willing to invest into such scams. But beware, not all failed ICOs or worthless coins come from scam projects; some may have started with good intentions and simply failed. Also nowadays the altcoin market is so low you may mistake a good project with a failed one just because the volumes and prices have fallen a lot. Many project only focus with selling coin on ICO or IEO time and after success they will listed with price we wants and never back serious when price down, they will make new project for earn much profit without care will be available for their coin can back to higher price or not, only think how much profit getting with one altcoin investing project and how long they will get profit with building new coins for investing again. |

Many says that banks would become obsolete if cryptocurrency would take over the world in the future, but i guess not. Here are some of my assumptions on what would be the situation of banks in the future with cryptocurrency.
1. INVESTMENT
Banks will take an advantage to cryptocurrency using it as their main source of investment. They say, if you cant beat them, join them and bank owners would do everything to fit into new society of financing to find clients on the new generation and still earn from them. Instead of UITFs or mutual funds, they would go for crypto investments.
2. CURRENCY
Or perhaps i would say a dollar account. As far as i know, banks offers a local currency account and a dollar account which can be used for international transactions such as shipment or travel. On the cryptocurrency era, there would be a local currency, dollar , and cryptocurrency account which probably an electronic account. Dollar wouldnt be a big hit that time because crypto can function the same and more effecient to do.
3. LOANS
Who can say that you can only loan fiat on banks? When the time comes, bank can offer crytpocurrency loans which can be used as an investment, business or buying something on cryptocurrency market. Im sure all items can be purchased using crypto that time including cars and real estates. So getting some cryptoloan wouldnt be a problem.
4. SAVINGS
ofcourse, the most wanted of them all. Who.doesnt want any security for their treasured cryptocirrency earnings? Banks which has the main function of keeping your money secured would offer crypto savings which produces interest over time. Preventing scams and hackers that we all afraid of.
As you see, banks would rather adopt than being extinct. Its like those businesses who innovates when society changes. If cryptocurrency overpower the economy, they should go with the flow to survive

Well 60 BITCOIN in 5 years it can be a great deal if the price of BITCOIN will increase into 20K $, I wouldn't invest all of them, I will divise them the half in a cold wallet and other I will buy many things and enjoy life with them! Chance doesn't came twice so let's profit! I also will gamble with a part of them in playing poker, I will buy a new car and a new bike, I will travel.... I will do anything that I can do with them. Just I wish I can attend 60 BITCOIN or even 30 BITCOIN.
Are you sure he has 60 bitcoin in his wallet? if really have 60 bitcoin in his wallet maybe just sleep while and use bitcoin for investing with some top altcoin on exchange market like ripple and ethereum, he can plays with ethereum price when have to pump and dump because with 60 btc he can does what he what to do with altcoin price, I will allow what the altcoin to buy and invest by him. |
