Hello, I can see that novaexchange.com has an online swap service. They already swapped espers coin to espers2 coin. I think we must take this possibility into consideration. https://www.novaexchange.com/coinswap/thanks for your suggestion. ive contacted them and it would cost around 0.6 BTC to host the swap there. a bit too pricey imho wheres the link for the new wallet ? since when i can send to you swap them ?

well the swap in optional so i dont think it`s fair to take all the coins at poswallet without permission from the users and just swap them in one click. no, nothing will get auto-swapped. people who are holding coins on poswallet or the exchanges will keep the same coin and if they want the new coin they will have to swap manually offsite. more suggestions for a name for the new coin? |

It has no support for android games it is only for buying games that you can see on the list here. It hasn't changed I think the idea died and not enough people supported. Too bad though. nothing died but i cant do much about the lack of buy support for 1337 on the exchanges. hence the coin swap/split thats being prepared now. |

Also I came across a crypto chat site that also has a faucet and I was thinking maybe you can contact the owner and get 1337 coin added to their faucet as they are looking to add more coins to the faucet. Guys if You chose the swap , don't be fooled , vote for ratio 1000:1 APR 13.37% this is the only possible and correct choice.
P.s. my vote was against the swap.
i also didnt wanted the swap, but basically we dont have to swap when the new coin will be out. so if i continue to hold the old 1337 i guess i will not lose anything. even if there will be lots of dumps, dev said that 60% of the coins will be burn and this will cause the situation to stay balanced. so after all, i think that if i will not participate in the swap, nothing will changed for me other than lower APR rates. all 1337 that i receive for the swap will get burned. since i cant predict the future, i used the 60% as an example. there could be more or less coins that will get swapped. where the swap will be hosted ?
there will be a few different ways to swap and i'll offer a somewhat anonymous way to swap too. 1337 no longer even has buy orders so I fail to see how this swap is going to help. Are we trying to breath new life into a slowly dying project simpley by changing it's name ? Or will there be a new dev team for the new coin after the swap ?
look i understand ppl are getting impatient and are worried about the swap but all im trying to do is find a way to continue with this project. you are right about the lack of buy support (well kinda because its been like that for weeks now) and that is the main reason why i proposed a swap. if you want games theres a thread with 60+ games in it. im not able to buy games on request atm to resell them. i have to say that the term coinswap is maybe a bit confusing. its more of an ICO i guess but people can only get the new coin by paying for it with 1337. yes they will be able to swap during the swap period but they will have to get in touch with me somehow. either here, per email or through a slack channel.

I have just cast my vote and I think this is the right move to make by the dev to help kick start this coin again. In the end I think the dev and community will make the right decision to help the coin do better.
I hope so too since im running out of options otherwise :/ to the ppl that are still complaining about the swap: 1. you dont have to swap, feel free to stay with the current coin. 2. without a swap i wont be able to continue with any project and it would be the end of this story pretty quick. Would the coin (1337) still be maintained and continued dev'd with continued expansion of market usage venues? or will it simply be abandoned? In regards, to the swap. What do you have in mind that would make different or viable after the swap and not end up in the same predicament? (Hence a repeat of history) nothing is getting abandoned. like i said before, my projects need liquidity, i simply need to be able to sell my stakes to buy stuff for stake2play and the API of our payment processor doesnt work when theres no buy order so it cant convert the price from USD to 1337 (i have to list the prices in USD in the webshop). but ill continue to dev it code wise. and maybe the sell pressure will become less after the swap so i could use it again for my purposes. What do you have in mind that would make different or viable after the swap and not end up in the same predicament? the idea is as follows, lets take the 100:1 swap with 133.7% APR as an example and lets say that 60% gets swapped of a total supply of 11B 1337... 1. 60% of 11B would get burned during this process. bringing the actual supply of 1337 down to 4.4B 2. decreasing the supply will most likely also decrease the amount of 1337 that are currently in sell orders on exchanges which would hopefully give the price the opportunity to rise again. 3. the new coin would have an actual supply of 66M (pre-mined coins that arent used for the swap will get burned at the end of the swap period) with an APR of 'just' 133.7%, which hopefully would still be interesting enough for stakers to stake but could also be interesting for the traders on the exchanges who are not staking. 4. finalizing the projects like stake2play could give the price a bump and make the community grow even bigger. 5. having a coin with some value opens doors for other things like gaming tournaments and tipping to get more gamers involved outside of crypto. who's coin will be burn? if i have 100 coins at my wallet (or at poswallet or at an exchange wallet) and we are doing the swap 100:1. it means that 99 coins will dissapear from my wallet automatically? no, not at all. if you have 100 1337 on an exchange you will keep 100 1337 on there. the swap is optional |
