One way you can keep track of your nodes is just to bookmark the account page. For instance, this is one of my nodes: http://cryptichain.me/address/13679934397819926660C

You can simply take out the account number for my delegate and replace it with your account #, bookmark it, and then the account information page will show your up-time, votes, balance, etc.
Looks to become along nicely.. Everything seems to be well planned and very supportive with all the changes taking place.

Keep up the good work guys..

Nice release. Keep up the good work guys

be sure to check out the new Tutorial Page.
Why do you recommend setting up x64 server? Huh
Isn't x64 systems more memory consumable? Roll Eyes

1. The server I've recommended only costs $5.00 a month to run
2. With this configuration my nodes are only using approx. 22% of the total RAM, so I don't believe memory is an issue here
3. My choice of host & location speaks volumes when you look at my up-time Wink, see below:

If you need any assistance, come and chat with in #CryptiTalk. I would be happy to help.

Nice work and yeah good uptime there.
Best regards,
Brian

@Crypti Team

We've been hearing about the new Crypti Wallet (Lite Client), with it's new UI/UX Design for a while now. Any chance we could see a few screenshots Wink?
+1. I like to know this as well. A general timeframe

Good work, to everyone one who is involved with Crypti. I'm glad I stuck around and held my coins.
Regards,
Brian

Edit: When is cryptsy going to get their act together and update their wallet? Any word on that

I'm a relatively new comer to the new system and its rewards..
Say I have 500K coins, does that mean I will get more rewards? Or does it depend on the number of nodes?
Is there a wiki somewhere on this..

Brian

Maybe want to lower the fee a bit. Somewhere in the middle, to make everyone happy

100 million coins should be enough for everyone. No need to increase the size. ..

let's get an update every couple days or once a week on BTER funds status. I.e. number of coins held

Hi everyone

I've got an announcement to make.

What is it :

Over the past few months, in my free time, I've been working on a fork of a web-based IRC Client/Website for Crypti (which I haven't named yet for the moment). My idea was to create a communication hub for the Crypti community through the use of IRC, which would be our first genuine communication channel outside of BitcoinTalk. The main foundation of this "communication hub" are IRC rooms, with an IRC room being created for each broad-discussion topic. The purpose of this is to create an instant communication channel/medium where anyone can quickly chat and discuss with other Crypti community members over a wide variety of topics.

You could say that this loosely resembles the model for a forum, however the major difference is that all communication is done instantaneously. I do have plans for a Crypti forum however, which I will discuss in greater detail soon in the future....

The main benefit of this communication hub, would be firstly independence, we would no longer have to rely on the owners of BitcoinTalk to keep BitcoinTalk online (as there have been quite a few problems with these forums from recent memory). Secondly, we would have a new medium of communication, in the form of instant, IRC (internet-relay-chat) rooms, with a new IRC room created for each discussion type.

Test it out now : https://crypti-irc.herokuapp.com/
Source Code : https://github.com/Wulfcastle/shout

Screenshots:

How it Works :

All you have to do to connect to the hub, specify, your nickname/username (you can leave the Real Name field as it is, I only had that there for testing purposes), and then click "Connect". You will then be logged simultaneously into all of the existing Crypti IRC rooms. There's a room for each topic of discussion :

  • CryptiTalk - For General Discussion about Crypti
  • crypti-trading - For Trading Dicussion about Crypti
  • crypti-announcements - For all Crypti announcements
  • crypti-news - For all news regarding Crypti, eg. press etc.
  • crypti-marketing - For Marketing Discusiion about Crypti

If anyone wants to suggest new discussion rooms, please let me know and I will add them accordingly. Also if you have any bug reports/feature requests or even if you think you can come up with a name for this communication hub, please let me know Smiley

Please also take note that this is a work-in-progress. I will test this communication hub further for the next week or so before officially launching it. I'll be giving away a 10K XCR prize to those active on the communication hub on the night of its launch/ I'm also looking for community members to help with moderation of the IRC channels, so if anyone is interested please PM me.

Just bumping this to the new page
Nice work! Thanks for doing so, is appreciated by all..
Regards,
right

A nice bump up in price. Granted not much volume. But positive nonetheless..

Just a little heads up, there's about 45M left on Bter, which is almost fine for releasing 0.2.0 client with DPOS and going to the very top of the crypto world, so everybody please keep withdrawing funds from Bter. About 20M were withdrew withing just a few days, so we're doing really great.
Yeah people keep withdrawing. So we can get the next release out. Would like to see that number cut in half.. Before the next release. We don't want another BTER Fiasco.
Best regards
Brian

Yeah, webroot comes up with suspicious file as well. I'm assuming that is due to it being a new process. But things seem to be coming together nicely now..

- We don't know the Poloniex account, but we can ask them.

Yes, please do and let us know.  Also, is there a Cryptsy exchange wallet?

There's only about 50M on Bter at the moment. 15M were withdrew within a couple of days. In one week we should be at the point where devs are able to launch 0.2.0
Yes. Smiley

So is there more detailed written documentation anywhere yet on just how 0.2.0 voting is going to work?  How many nodes are up now and how do you see them?  Do we have 100 now? How often will delegate votes occur?

There is probably also a Cryptsy exchange wallet, but we don't know it either. We will ask and update you all in the next few days.

There is no real documentation written anywhere. First April (04/01) I have my last exam at university, then I will write every information you need to know on the wiki. Right now I'm too busy with our new forum and new client design, so I can't take the wiki on my shoulders now as well. Wink

Nodes online are here: http://cryptichain.me/networkMonitor

Poloniex wallet: http://cryptichain.me/address/1064014217195323888C

Is that really Polo's wallet?   SHEESH!!!  There is only 2.2 million XCR in it.  Now I know why there is so little trading at Polo..... I own about half of the XCR there!!

I don't think that's correct.. I moved about 550k XCR Yesterday and the day before.

Version 0.3

Featuring a completely new Network Monitor and revised Activity Graph!

Please note, exchange rates are now sourced by default from Poloniex (for XCR/BTC) and Bitfinex for (BTC/USD).

For an extensive breakdown of the changes in this release please see:

https://github.com/karmacoma/cryptichain/releases/tag/0.3

Boris and the team are crazy busy right now working on Crypti 0.2.0. So the main explorer hosted at live.crypti.me remains at version 0.2. However, the pull request in is place and I've been informed today it will be updated very soon!

For the time being, please use my own blockchain explorer hosted at:

www.cryptichain.me

The Network Monitor and Activity Graph are located within the Tools dropdown on the right-hand side of the page.

one helluva job. Keep up the good work mate.
Regards,
Brian

Do you feel fleeced?

So what will this New years brings.

Move to other exchange and wait for the withdraw from bter.
Happy sheep year.
Good luck with every one.

Hope that happens for everyone Smiley

Dont spread this around, BUT>>>>>>>>>>>There is a rumor that other coins, perhaps NodeCoin, are paying the exchanges to continue the lock out.

Posting this kind of pointless conspiracy, does you, and this space no favours. Dont get me wrong, i would be the first person to call out dodgy shits like Linn, but your statement is illogical without something corroborating.

I think it is pretty common for some exchanges to want either a lot of volume or to be paid. I.e. bittrex.com
