Just thought I would post my 2.04 XCR (2 cents) about my experience with the demo wallet...

I used http://passwordsgenerator.net to make my 100 character passphrase  
I made sure to check the box next to "Exclude Similar Characters" so I didn't have to remember if o, 0, O was a zero...

after making it I then saving the passphrase in a secure location... anyone who wants to save it a diffrent way you can use the web site to come up with a long phrase to go with it... like this

even though the website only gives you this long phrase for generating up to 50 character long passphases... I just generated 2 -50 character passphrases and pasted them together

Also The site allows up to 128 long passphases but the wallet only goes up to 100 character which is plenty long enough... seeing how Bitcoin only uses 50 character...


 anyway I found the second passphrase for 100 XCR to be very easy to use... I know as the price of XCR goes up they plan on lowering the fee... I like that there is a fee to stop spammers and bots...

I also sent coins around to different wallets... I liked having multiple wallets open in different tabs sending coins back and forth..

The thing I did see with just the little back and forth that was done... the transaction fee dose drop as they mentioned pretty quickly

So just my thoughts all seemed to work fine... can't wait for it to go live and start forging some of the blocks...  

As posted yesterday, Bitseed has started closely reviewing the PoS formula implementation code, while we in parallel are setting-up automated testing to monitor the PoS behavior in the mainnet.

Once we find out and resolve the root cause, we will proceed with the launch.

It would awesome if you could make arrangements for Bittrex to host the ICO. Also is there a reason why you set the minimum purchase at 0.05 BTC? If not would you consider lowering it to say 0.02 or 0.01? I think you'd find a lot of small time investors if you did and you'd be getting the coin into a lot more hands at launch which would increase stability.

^^^ Oddly enough, this is something we have been debating internally. It's on the backburner for now until after launch and Custom chains, but it's definitely something we are intrigued by and contemplating solutions to.

Wow, this coin starts to get some real traction! Just a pitty that it started trading before the launch. Otherwise this coin would be through the roof already!

Q. Why are you not offering an Escrow? Why should I trust you?
A. The question is why should you trust us even by doing the investment through an Escrow? The Escrow will still deliver the investments after the coins have been distributed. Using an Escrow it's pointless at this stage. The wallet is there, it's working and we have delivered some bounties to different people. In conclusion, using an Escrow it's going to be just a waste of fees and a lot of stress and distraction for us, giving the fact that we can't trust any Escrow enough;

Bter update

Bter has finished testing the testnet operations and has green-lit the switch to mainnet (with some minor remarks).

We are now preparing the mainnet package for Bter and for public download, and will post both here and in our blog once it released.
