Abre o dicionario e verifica a palavra "lastro".

Does anyone received any refund from this bozos?
Why ask questions you know the answer too?

I am not reading every post of this topic, so I have to ask to be sure.
106  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Obligatory I'm not dead or running post on: April 12, 2014, 02:46:45 AM
If you have a problem with John regarding his escrows, that doesn't really have anything to do with the forum. This thread is also a better fit in service discussion since it's about his escrows, not meta.

No, it have EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS FORUM. He was in an important position provided by the administration and used exclusively this forum to provide his escrow services.

Thanks for quoting that, I ignored him a while back and that's good for a laugh. He's such a hypocrite.

...By the way, I am glad to know Mr. John is an administrator now. I think I would only accept him participating in this section. Mr. John is far more mature and business driven than Theymos. We need someone like Mr. John giving the orders around here.

He actually wanted John running this forum, but as soon as things go sideways he's so quick to blame others. He says whatever suits his agenda at the moment. And to think I respected the guy at one point. It's sad seeing people stoop to this level.

You are quoting out of the context... Anyway, Badbear, you still did not learn that you should never trust in words at face value. Do not think that everything I write represent exactly what I think. If you did not realize, I play with words to obtain premeditated responses.

Moreover, whatever I said it will not change the fact that it was due to the administration consent that John K. perpetrated his scheme.

...and no, I would never really like another young idiot administrating this forum.

Maybe some evidence? Do you even understand what evidence is?

Evidence is photographs, authorised interviews, notorised statements. Seriously, do you people not cover this in school? Saying 'I went there' is just as trustworthy as me saying 'I have a pet dragon in my garage' - both entirely based on hearsay.

Give us some real evidence.

Yes, many people here understand what evidence is. Your incredulity is not going to convince anyone this is not a fraudulent scheme. You can keep screaming like a girl asking for evidence, but that will not change the fact that this scheme is imploding.

Are you thinking to ask for the necessary details to take an informed decision as a trader? Be careful, ActiveMining "White Knight" thinks you are not entitled to ask anything at all...

 Cheesy

I haven't been rude.  I've been direct.  Also, I have not been "asking" Ken to do this, so "please" is not appropriate.

I wouldn't respond to your post either if I were Ken.

You freely admit you are demanding that Ken do this. Ordering a stranger to do something is being plain rude. It is also disrespectful. You have no authority over Ken to demand him to do anything shareholder or not. And you don't need to drop good manners and respect for someone to be direct with them.

You sound like the sort of person who thinks they can order waiting staff around in a restaurant because you think you have some sort of authority over them. I've got news for you, all human beings are equal and employing someone does not mean you attain a right to disrespect them.

Thank you for the response.  Please keep us updated.

Good manners gets the best out of people. It shows you respect them and when you do that they will respect you back. Ken has had enough disrespect thrown at him to last lifetime on this forum and I'm not too happy standing by letting that happen anymore to a stranger who could potentially make me a lot of money. But it's not just the money, no-one deserves to be treated the way Ken has been on here. I can't imagine what actually being in our CEO's position with all the pressure would have done to me over the past 8 months. I would have given up for sure, maybe turned to drink/drugs.

Just saying I have a very low tolerance for anything that has a go at our CEO now. No-one needs to be disrespectful to question the business decisions being made. Keep it professional and ask whatever or suggest whatever but ordering people about it not the way to make progress in any business.

EDIT: Pwned!

from:  DO NOT POST SESC LINKS

not sure what you did wrong but I got my refund in less than 2 weeks time from first contact.

What he did wrong was ask for a refund before his wire transfer had cleared the bank.  This caused his refund request to be rejected as the order had not been paid.  Then, when his wire transfer cleared the bank it was not marked as accepted on his account, most likely due to his refund request above.  Now, it took another month for his payment to be accepted on his account.  Now, his refund request most likely was in limbo due to it being reject above.  Now, when that was cleared up his refund request was on the bottom of the stack.  Now, that is where it is now as we are waiting to start refunds again within the next week or so.  That being said, since he complained the the Missouri Attorney General office, we had to pull his refund from the stack and respond to the Attorney Generals office.  Therefore his refund is the very bottom of the stack.

Ken, you are surely joking when you say I'm at the bottom of the list for refunds right? Given your website is in tatters there is no actual process to follow. You can just refund it via BTC in 2 minutes ( you have my BTC address)  or you can pluck out my order reference number and write the check?

If you read the Attorney generals letter I posted it specifically states that they are prevented under Federal law to act on behalf of a private Citizen(me)

Therefore they could never have contacted you specifically on my behalf or even mentioned my name.
So in you saying that I was pushed to the bottom of the stack because of the AGO inquiry is nothing but lies. If you look at the dates of my postings to your 'customer services' this debacle all started before the A

Now, Having posted said letter on here (see below) , you're now clutching at straws and using this as a reason to say I'm at the 'bottom of the list' for refunds.

All you're really doing is painting yourself as a man with no integrity whatsoever. This is childish playground taunting at it's finest.

That said, the refund queue is non existent as you say in previous posts.

You admit you owe me money.

I look forward to my refund Ken.

Man, for a VIP member, you sure seem sour and jaded.  Did the price crash get to you?

Yes, I cannot stop to think how the people which bought BTC "savings" at 1200 USD are feeling right know... Poor people.

 Embarrassed

Did you sell your forum account?

No.

By the way, I read in another thread that Andreas is involved with the Neo&Bee scheme. It is a coincidence the donation date was changed when the Neo&Bee CEO just vanished...

Let him handle it as he wants, and he will get it to Mr. Nakamoto when, and how, it is most convenient to himself, and to Dorian.

Yeah, let me guess... The next excuse will be the USD/BTC price is not high enough, so the donation will be done in June.

So by all means call someone a scammer when you have absolutely no evidence of that, but I hope you will be apologetic if and when you are proven wrong. I would certainly apologise to you for doubting you in that case.

I did not called him a scammer at any moment. I said that is a money grab scheme. Let me repeat: money grab scheme, which rely on collect money for whatever reason and keep it.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Andreas Antonopolous raising funds for Dorian Nakamoto on: April 05, 2014, 07:48:42 PM
What is your agenda in repeatedly stating that Andreas is running a scam?

Whilst that is of course possible, it seems highly unlikely that one of the best known names in the bitcoin community would destroy their reputation for a relatively small sum.

Will you be posting a public apology after Andreas delivers the funds?

LoL

Trendon Shavers was the "community" financial leader until his scheme imploded.

Bruce Wagner was the televised voice of the "community" until he got away with plenty of  BTC which did not belonged to him.

Patrick Harnett was the "community" bastion of the good credit until he vanished with Mircea's BTC.

Zhou Thong was the "community" most young intelligent lad until he was caught stealing Bitcoinica's customers BTC.

LoL

Public apology for what? For my right to freely express what I think?

115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Andreas Antonopolous raising funds for Dorian Nakamoto on: April 05, 2014, 07:10:08 PM
community showed support, great thing Smiley happy to be part of it

Do you feel proud to be part of a pre-order money grab scheme? I am start to think this money will be never donated to Mr Nakamoto. Greed has corrupted most of the big enterprises behind Bitcoin. Why this is going to be different anyway?
116  Economy / Securities / Re: Neo & Bee talk (spam free thread) on: April 05, 2014, 07:01:05 PM
nope.
EDIT: they haven't even resume trading. According to havelock announcements, havelock itself
decided to change name on the asset and let it trade, freely.

So, there's that. Right now, people sold their actuall neobee shares for coins, and people are buying neobeeq shares
the value of which is questionable.

Tsc tsc tsc.

Deception in so many levels...

An illegal exchange acting in behalf of a fraudulent company. What next?
117  Other / Meta / Re: Has the TradeFortress account been hacked? on: April 04, 2014, 03:40:53 PM
Ask the forum administrator, the person which supported the biggest frauds perpetrated in this forum.
118  Economy / Securities / Re: Neo & Bee talk (spam free thread) on: April 04, 2014, 03:19:08 PM
Do not really matter... Anyone which invested in this fiasco is an accessory for a crime. Just a delusional investor would fund a fraudulent project like that. It is like to give money to someone reinvent the wheel. Whoever thought a company could create a new kind of bank based on Bitcoin deserve what is happening. The level of stupidity of people involved with Bitcoin is increasing in proportion to "mining" difficulty. The most funny part is the people wandering why the BTC/USD price is falling... Perhaps because the biggest Bitcoin fraudulent schemes are imploding?

119  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 03, 2014, 04:23:31 PM
it is possible to infer that ActiveMining/VMC fooled investor and customers with the prospect to create they own hardware, when in reality they intention was just sell re-branded hardware from Hashfast or Avalon.

If it wasn't for the $1Mill  they paid to eASIC to build the ACtM 28nm ASIC that theory might have some legs.

There is no evidence at all that eASIC received any payment from ActiveMining/VMC.
120  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 03, 2014, 04:04:36 PM
It's pretty logical that the ActiveMining scammers chose to associate with the HashFast scammers.
Both companies really don't care about their customers; everything is fine as long as they can get a few coins.

Otherwise I wouldn't even be surprised if kslaugther was selling the boards at a loss. But we probably will never know.

It is quite likely ActiveMining/VMC was a customer of Hashfast and just now they received the order placed in the last year. Looking at the begin of this fraudulent scheme it is possible to infer that ActiveMining/VMC fooled investor and customers with the prospect to create they own hardware, when in reality they intention was just sell re-branded hardware from Hashfast or Avalon. Therefore all promises to produce they own chip and boards was just a façade to hide the real plan, which relied in the promises of another enterprises.
