It is also important to consider that Gurrty sold his account at some point and the new owner is using the post history to impersonate him and cast aspersions on Goat. The previous post history before Gurrty last return is not congruent with the post history after the last return. Keep also in mind that when Gurrty posted his sob story, that was quite likely a Google translated text:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=172106.msg1790644#msg1790644

V.Kodoff could really be Gurrty's sock puppet (of the original or the new account owner) or be part of a cybergang working along with the person behind the Gurrty account. It is obvious that English is not the mother language of both forum users. There are also clues which indicates that both forum users are from Europe.

That could be a coincidence, but...

Here comes your private message right after you see that i am going to represent him for FREE

Here is the message i send you -> https://i.imgur.com/8Zk0bBc.png

One day after I started that topic I was motivated to ask Goat if I could get some money back;

https://i.imgur.com/puWBax0.png

His response;

Both forum user have the same manner to cut-and-paste the private messages and both forum user the same image hosting.

I have more than fun time reading all your troll posts and arguments.
None of you understand anything about law and jurisdiction.
The one who needs our documents the one who needs them have them.
None of you are custumers of mine to need them.
And it will be more than fun to keep reading all the things which all are saying.
I also see that Gurrty is trying to lie me so we will see how this is going to end.

No one have to be your customer to you prove you are who you claim to be. The burden of proof is on you, but I guess not even that you can understand...

In accordance with your logic, someone should send you money first and then receive the necessary information to verify if you are legit. That is not how it works in the real world and you are certainly not a legit lawyer (or if you are, your ethics are just despicable).

Has anyone even verified Gurrty's post history?

My uncle gave me an insurance job by summer 2010. Soon I am 22 years old:)

I worked autumn 2010 spring 2011 summer 2011. I read in a coumputer forum spring 2011 about bitcoin. I can earn money with my powerfull computers cool:)

Summer rally I watched was sporring and fun. I didn't have so many but it was ok. I wanted a respectfull stash and was working for it. My job buddy was talking about a mortgage. Hmm It just happend my house was sold to them who lived there. So I could buy my apartment 50% below market value. With good job I could easy get a mortgage for my apartment.

Summer 2011 was fun and one like you feel. My life have never been something special so everything is not so normal it seemed.

Autumn 2011. My best friend from later school years is beginning to work in same group on my job. Very special just like in school:) SO now we can go on important meetings tougher.

My mortgage loan is sign and my fiat money just happen to hit 3$ per bitcoin median price for all 15000 bitcoin. BITCOIN IS DEAD!!! CRASH!!! BURRN!! MANIPULATOR! in forum. Myself of cours knows bitcoin will go somewhere...

And I have very fun. Traveling to London Autumn 2011. Smokes silkroad weed and other secret drugs:) Winter 2011-2012 I become sick but I am not "sick" because I have always been I just know how to find and fix it after something special happend. I am working with health insurance so with my knowledge every kind of doctor, health fixer is a liar and is hurting people. I know how every people needs to be cured but know one will understand me. It seems no one can identify its sickness to understand want really is wrong. But I understand that all need to feel yourself what is right for them. Only talkning with my good friends and one more who is our common friend. I am trying to do my job so good I can. Now we all three take drugs one our job. Perhaps not so good...

I was very respected on my job. January 2012 rally I had pretty much money in bitcoin and I was talking with many on job and I heard many compliments. I worked late hours and heard many compliments. Many friends came home to me after job to perhaps smoke some weed and hang out? It was hard with time. Much on job, my "health issues", many friends, and bitcoin to watch etc.

February 2012 it's weekend. I have taken my "first" free of day, monday after weekend. I am back on tuesday and I am perhaps "high". What is more, I have not sleeped that night. I came in to job at 9 am as I tried to do usual. I am sitting one hour by my work table and is silent and almost not moving anything. I am not feeling bad perhaps realxing? After that hour I am rising up and I'm saing a weird sentence so people around me can hear. Yy Polizia di Stato is coming to get me. I then think I am in a mental hospital and my parents is crying when I saw them when I first there arrived.

First doctor is saing I will be in menal hospital forever. But I get out after two days very happy. I was a very normal and calm boy in that hospital so I guess they could not hold me that long.

14 months later it seems I lost all my money to. But that began 12-8 months ago. I was just trying to grow my bitcoin. Yes bitcoin/$ is going up but I perhaps wantet 21000, 1/1000 when all is mined. Because bitcoin is growing in BTC/$ it seemed after I lost it all nothing could keep phase with bitcoin to give a net gain in bitcoins. I was taking extrem risks to earn some more bitcoin. I was thinking 15000 bitcoin is always 15000 bitcoin even with a dollar price at 1, 100, 1000 or what. I wanted that 1/1000 of the bitcoin economy. And I was trying to support bitcoin with new fiat to help all:). That mortgage who bougth me 15000 bitcoin is nothing with this price per bitcoin. I was just trying to be kind. LOL

Perhaps some will help me now when I soon don't can buy food anymore. Seems all think I got what I deserved. But I have won my health. And my calm life I am happy with. I have hard to work. No one will employ an old drug addict caught on job. I don't take any drugs anymore. Not after I lost my job ok 2-3 times after but it was long time ago now and I don't want it more and is not planning to use it.

christmas 2011 I gave 103 bitcoins to my younger brother and my older sister. And 27 bitcoin each to my parents. Well they all have more than me now. My mam and dad have asked me if I want 27 back but it was a gift and I can't take those. I was trying to do a good job even if I took drugs. I regret it now but I thougt back then people around me was feeling better to see me "happy" I thougt I could perform better. I would not do it now but I can't change past.

One good friend have 465,77 bitcoin perhaps:) He bought those of me with btc/$ at 2,5. I was very proud he also wanted to invest in bitcoin. Two more friends have 250 and 100 btc. Ones girlfriend bougt in januari 2012 rally. I feeled bad It was beacuse of me she bought for the high price of 6,8:( She have pehaps 500 bitcoin:)

I am not really writning this to ask for help. Pehaps share a story. If you want to help a poor old member in the proud bitcoin community you can only if you want send what you want to this adress.

Thank you for reading. Sometime I feel I have something important to share even if I am bad on most besides computers, bitcoin and some more.

I am not english so please forgive my writing. It is a bit hard for me with speeling and grammar but I have tried to write me understandable.

Once more, he ceases to participate in the forum, but this time more than a year. When he returns, on 23rd May 2014:

I know why. Goat owe me 4105 BTC. This is a serious scam and he is playing rich with MY money. 2012 I invested a lot in his Tygrr-bot. I thought it sounded like a cool arbitrage bot. It was hard to go profit and a lesser amount was lost to exchange failure. The project was ended but much money was left. He chose to refund all invested with 90-100%. But ONE person owned more than 50% of all funded 10000 BTC, that was me. We made a contract with 1% interest, 1% payback each week. That would last in 100 weeks or almost two years and after that period his debt was ended to me. He payed me for 11 weeks. He still owes me 4105 BTC in principle payment with zero interest accounted for.

Where is justice?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=556208.0;all

After the warm welcome ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=543089.0 ) we decide to start our services.
We are law firm based on Europe with lawyers from Romania,Macedonia,Bulgaria and Ukraine.
We currently don't have website because all our cases are based local so far.
We are seven financial law specialists and we are here to help about your financial and bitcoin problems.
Depends on the case our team will pick some of our lawyers based on which country would have better chance with the specific case.
We have won 54 cases so far with 2 in process.
All of them was about financial crimes and frauds.
We can verify the information without any problems.
Our prices starts from 0.5 to 1btc per hour for any financial/bitcoin problems/questions.
Prices about staring case depends on which Country we will choose to use because of the laws on it.
We have big experience and our specialists know exactly what they are doing and how to get the best result.
The defendant is not obliged to visit the courts physical, that is the best part.
There is no problem starting a case against American citizen or firm from European country,it is even better because it will make the defendant part harder.
No matter the defendant visit the Country/Court or not, case continues with or without him based on the proofs agaisnt the fraud/crime.

*Ask your questions via Private message.
**Skype may be requested for faster communicate and better service.

So, where your lawyer company is incorporated?

0.5 to 1 BTC?
I hope you are joking; No one will pay so much money for an "internet lawyer". Can you proof that you are a lawyer, eg. any certificates?
Ofcourse we can Smiley
You think our price is big ? (220 to 440$ per hour based on btc prices nowdays)
Our prices are lowered for the new service here,we take much more than this price from our phisycal clients.
If you are looking for cheapest services, then you are not looking for good lawyers.
"Internet lawyer" or physical one is the same, not sure why you think you will find cheap professional services?
If you are looking for someone who will teach in moove and not sure what he is doing, then i believe you will find someone cheap than us willing to take your money with doing nothing in frong.

US$ 200 to US$ 400 per hour for the services of an unidentified lawyer company operating somewhere in  Romania/Macedonia/Bulgaria/Ukraine?

Jurisdiction? Everyone can be sued everywhere based on his crimes.

No, d00d, that is not how it works. Your completely ignorance of what jurisdiction means is just laughable.

Quote
If they are virtual and international an assistant can be claimed everytime from the court and the gouverment itself as part of the European Union. Like i said when the case start on Monday, everything will be public.
In that time, you can only try to play smart over internet, but when all of you see how this comes real,my custumer will be the one who whill laugh last.

We are all waiting for this trial in the kangaroo court you are preparing!
86  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 31, 2014, 10:32:26 PM
I just told my custumer to request lock on this thread to prevent spam.
Any "nit-picking" posts won't be consider as serious.
Like i said, civil claim against Goat will start on Monday and English language is not primary here and in no way its compulsory.
I like the way how all of you don't take this serious, but when the documents from the court will be posted public here,Goat and all of you will understand the serious situation.
The best part of us and the case against Goat is that the court do not accept English and only local language.
Keep spamming, the results will come pretty soon (next week)

ROFL.

d00d, Goat is certainly out of your non-English speaking jurisdiction. You have no case at all, except if you are planing to perform a trial in a kangaroo court.

By the way, what court is that you said had already sentenced cased related to virtual currencies? Where anyone can verify the veracity of your claim? That means, if your claim is true there are jurisprudence produced by the alleged court, right?
87  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 04:35:49 PM
This case remind me that false accusations of sexual abuse made against famous old people in UK. The supposedly victims claims they were abused by a famous person years ago in an attempt to receive a financial compensation. They create imaginary stories to fuel the media sensationalism and to dupe the police. Then when they face a trial, the truth comes out and it becomes obvious there were never any sexual abuse in first place.

In this case, I have the impression that some people are just jealous because Goat got successful and was even able to acquire an expensive vehicle with his profits. Then they create false accusations against Goat about something that happened years ago, in a stupid attempt to discredit Goat's reputation...

Wow!

What an amazing proof of delivery, a video where someone is instructed to say it received an Bitcoin "account".

LoL

What's a matter?

Bitter because your "pre-order money grab scheme" theory was torn to shreds.   Cry

Grow up dude!   Grin

d00d, I am having a good time comparing this amazing proof of delivery video with Goat's new project:

Yea grow up Augusto! I'm not sticking up for him, but the money/BTC was never moved or touched. He has emergency hospital issue, gives you no right to ask him questions like that....

That is just an assumption and people like you are the reason why Bitcoin will never achieve wide acceptance. You believe in any claim that some random forum account tell you without require the necessary evidence. That is why "cryptocurrency" is becoming more like a joke as everyday goes.
93  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Obligatory I'm not dead or running post on: April 18, 2014, 08:31:08 PM
PS: If you or anyone checks the addresses involved, they'll notice that the funds are never moved nor touched during my hiatus. TBH, if I really wanted to do anything malignant, I wouldn't do it using the 100 or so BTC's remaining with me when I was on hiatus. My personal BTC funds amount to far more than that, and I have been in control in a lot more of other users' funds before that as I averaged about 2-3k BTC that belonged with others before that. It simply doesn't make sense for me to abscond with that meagre amount when I could theoretically run with more. My personal investments with some parties in this forums amount to more than that, for example, and my permanent departure would cost me more.

Well, this would be my last explanation/attempt to defend myself anyway. It is my fault for disappearing without leaving a message for almost 3 months and I'm not going to dodge that.
*John shuts down computer and goes back to sleep*

Right... So? Let's try again: what exactly kept you away from this forum while holding people's money? Which part of this crucial question you did not understand? Some people are not interested about your supposedly personal investments, but why you just vanished.

...and yes! It is your fault, indeed. You assumed certain duties as escrow agent. In the real world you would have to pay heavy interest for what you did here.
94  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Obligatory I'm not dead or running post on: April 18, 2014, 03:20:30 AM
When someone with a real conscience like John the Dong (sorry John I like your old name better lol) decides to be upstanding even when faced with a personal crisis you people still want to bitch. I applaude you John for being the upstanding person Bitcoin needs more of in-mass. Maybe you can help lead the other elves out of the forest and into the light.

Upstanding for vanish for 3 months with other's people money and then return without any meaningful evidence to support it claims?

LoL

What a coincidence this return soon after the 2014 lowest price!

It looks like someone played with other's people money and now found a chance to recoup the loss...
95  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Obligatory I'm not dead or running post on: April 17, 2014, 01:00:48 AM
ROFL - I thought if I made that comment about theymos that would get you to respond. Glad you're back and also glad your not added to the hacks and scams thread. Get well soon or good luck with whatever RL stuff ur dealing with.

Cheesy Thanks, I just happened to log in when you posted lol. I'm still somewhat trying to get myself updated with the latest drama happening in the scene...

The last drama is that you disappeared with a large quantity of money and did not left any contact to let anyone know what was going on. That means, you just hold money for a period of time that was not yours and did not explained up to now why you did that. A message signed with PGP means nothing at this point and just look one more distraction of the real issue: why did you hold the money for so long?

Qual parte do enunciado tu nao entendeu?

Para alguem fazer lucro vendendo BTC, alguem vai ter que arcar com uma perda em FIAT.

Comprador 1 -> Compra 1 BTC a 1 USD. Alta demanda no mercado. Vende 1 BTC a 2 USD.

Comprador 2 -> Compra 1 BTC a 2 USD. Baixa demanda no mercado. Vende 1 BTC a 1 USD.

Comprador 1 teve lucro de 1 USD enquanto comprador 2 teve perda de 1 USD.

O preco do BTC e extramente volatil e virtual.
