Dear Buyer,

An order for 80 Block Erupter USBs was placed with ASICMiner on 5th June 2013:

1334c0d9f132e53e896c2478ef2eb011403a38f73128208464cfb28663d2e891

This is the second batch of this Group Buy. The buyers who paid their pre-order up to 31st May 2013 are going to participate in the second batch, including buyers from the first batch with remaining Block Erupter USBs to receive.

Third Batch

To allow later buyers to participate in the group buy; a third batch is going to be ordered by 11th June 2013 (23:59 UTC).

The group buy is closed to payment by alternative methods. There is no liquidity at the moment to pay more orders with the outstanding funds.

Dispatch Mistakes

The first batch was completely dispatched to all buyers who paid before 27/05/2013 (23:59 UTC). However I made some mistakes and a few buyers which were supposedly to be part of the second batch are going to receive their pre-order in advance. This directly affects some buyers which are part of the first batch. To cover the loss caused by my mistakes I have developed a plan to compensate the affected buyers.

Compensation Plan

All buyers from the first batch who do not receive the original number of Block Erupter USBs pre-ordered are entitled to request compensation. I am going to cover the buyer’s investment loss with a refund based on the assumption that each missing Block Erupter USB was delivered. So after the pre-order containing missing Block Erupter USBs is delivered I am going to compensate the buyer based on the device’s mining capacity. The total amount to be paid is equal to the estimated amount produced per day multiplied by the number of days which the missing Block Erupter USBs could be working until its replacement is delivered. The compensation will be paid only when the buyer receives the missing Block Erupter USBs.

E.g.

A buyer received only 2 Block Erupter USBs on 07/06/2013. The buyer ordered 4 devices and is part of the first batch. The missing devices are only going to be delivered at a later date. This buyer is entitled to receive 0.02165618 BTC (0.01082809 * 2) per day after 07/06/2013. The compensation will last up to the date that the buyer receives the missing Block Erupter USBs.

The affected buyers are also free of any additional expenses required to ship the missing Block Erupter USBs.

Parcel Refund

Once the group buy is closed all buyers are going to receive a refund from parcel costs which were not expended to deliver the devices. Each buyer will receive a newsletter specifying the available amount for refund and how to proceed to receive a refund.

Buyers which required fast delivery and did not receive the parcel in the expected time could claim a refund from the Parcelforce company. To claim the refund it is necessary to present proof the parcel was not available for collection up the promised delivery date. This is necessary to accelerate the process of refunding. Any buyer wishing to claim the refund must contact me by electronic message to start the request.

Time Estimations

I expect  to start dispatching the Block Erupter USBs from the second batch by 10th June 2013 and the Block Erupter USBs of the third batch by 13th June 2013.

All buyers should have their pre-orders delivered by 19th June 2013.

crickets...

PS! Dude, you are way outside of your competence level.  I'll preserve that fine example of your utter stupidity for the future generation.

Cheers!

Did you realize in this topic there is not one single forum user praising or congratulating your management? You sound like a delusional person screaming that no one is listening to me without also noticing that no one is  listening to you... ("Crickets"?) The only thing you are preserving is evidence which speaks about the capacity you lack to deal with people's investments. If there is something the future generations will learn from my fine example is to not let people like you play with their wealth.

I know A+C is busy.
I don't mean anything negative, but just to give a shout that I'm still here and waiting.
People tends to forget about people who are silent.  Wink

Also.....a few people with timestamp of 29th and 30th got their order shipped......

That is true! I messed up with the order when using 'data -> sort' in the OpenOffice spreadsheet...

 Undecided

However I will compensate anyone affected by this mistake. I will also refund the parcel cost not used to cover the re-shipment. I am learning how difficult is to estimate parcel costs and prepare international parcels to dispatch.

Keep tuned in, lads and lassies.

Tomorrow I will try to deliver a second newsletter specifying the current situation in details.

By the way, I paid for the second batch: 80 units ordered. The remaining paid units I will order up to next Monday. So this is the last chance for the late buyers participate in the group buy. The third batch is the last I am going to trade for this group buy!

As I see an order paid on the 30th as shipped; and after re-reading the above. Is my order still in the 1st batch? (JJ)
My order shows as paid on the "27/05/2013 18:33:58" due to the shuffling; but I already paid on the 25th.  https://blockchain.info/tx/68d5aa1887ee3836f292a3ffdf965acd2aa9a6a4c3501262df3a78d24b5cf09f

To be honest, I just can't wait to play with the USB stick asap Wink

I just noticed that as soon I read your message. I am glad you bring this up. The API query from blockchain.info is not working properly.
826  Economy / Securities / Re: [LTC-GLOBAL] - ART - building a open art studio [week 23] on: June 04, 2013, 10:10:47 PM
I use double entry accounting software to keep track of what is going on and print out my reports you obviously can not read nor understand Tongue

There you go, ladies and gentleman, the "token" issuer is so good using his accounting software that he evaluated a single oven for 119317.84 USD....

What do I need a shitty spread sheet for?

Perhaps you need it to solve complex or extensive calculations which you are not able to perform with your ultra-mega-hyper-sophisticated-triple-check-all-in-one accounting software?
827  Economy / Securities / Re: [LTC-GLOBAL] - ART - building a open art studio [week 23] on: June 04, 2013, 05:50:13 PM
LOL Go and try to evolve, you moron. Changing your name after becoming a epic joke on this forum, will not change anything. You are as dumb and as annoying as before Smiley

I did not changed my name, I changed my USERNAME. You pretend to be smart by cannot even understand the difference between name and username. I still sign as Augusto Croppo in my messages in case you do not know. There is no secret about it.

Yeah, I am dumb, I am the manager which issued worthless "tokens" to buy electric ovens which no one seems interested to use, right?

 Cool

You cannot even set up a proper spreadsheet to control your finances. You are the epic joke here, not me.
828  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED] Block Erupter USB @ 2.10 BTC + parcel -> Shipping to anywhere! on: June 04, 2013, 04:27:54 PM
i'm guessing batch #2 has been ordered? Smiley

I am waiting Friedcat confirm he is ready to receive the order. I am going to request the second batch at any moment.

A+C: Any way for us to tell when you've shipped orders by looking in the traders book? (If not, it would really be nice to have a "Shipped" column with Y or N Smiley )

Shipping status, with tracking # please.

Thanks.

+1  Smiley

I going to prepare it, but will take some time since I am still very focused in the first batch delivery.

Today I felt like an angry locust...

30 packages dispatch!

As a result, we had nothing to fire. Wheel got some action but still not enough. Same applies to our kiln. When it ain't clicking, it ain't earning.

In other words, you management is poor and that is why your "tokens" which was sold by 1 LTC now only worth 0.02049 LTC.

I've made my order through provided link, but I don;t get this google trader's form.
where do I ship money for my two units?
Should my order be instantly on that list?

Are you ready to pay? I am about to order the second batch and stop to receive pre-orders. I am really overloaded with the dispatch phase of the first batch. So I will list you in the Trader's Book and expect you pay soon as possible.

A+C has to enter you manually into the traders book. Some time after 11 hours A+C will send you an invoice with address to send BTC. Once you pay though you can track the sale in the trader book.

Also A+C, are you taking Paypal? I'd possibly like to get in on another 10.

I have low BTC liquidity at the moment to accept Paypal payment.

Any news about shipping? Angry locust?

Yeah, I am going to descend upon the Royal Mail like an angry locust!

 Grin

So what's the news about shipping?

In transit.

A+C gone;/

Not yet... I have been busy preparing the first batch to dispatch as soon as possible. I also take some shots of the Block Erupter USB:

Oh TradeFORtress was the one that coded your site? I didn't read that part, I thought it was someone with a copycat name.

Your an idiot, Tradefortress is a legend, your rant is random, probably fake scam report, and invalid. If your site got hacked by someone else, still your fault, it's your website.

/Thread

Potential fraudster cannot properly finish the services he offers, but he is a "legend"!

That is literally sarcastic. It made me laugh hard!

Tradefortress is already showing contradictions in his statements:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=76065

MoneypakTrader.com accused Tradefortress of something that Tradefortress already confessed to be true.
832  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Do we have a potential fraudster among us? on: June 02, 2013, 11:50:29 PM
LOL? Prove that I have "changed my deposit address", that was the auto generated one. You can't even change it, bitcoind or Blockchain.info doesn't let you. It looks like a vanity address through  Cheesy

Anyway, show me the damages I've done to you. Which is nothing other than your sites relutation, which I think is fair - an eye for an eye. I regularly try to break into sites, and I always disclose it to the owners without any malicious damages done. For some people, I do it publicly.

Here: htmlentities( [db output] ). It's funny how there is so many responses yet no one knows basic web security.

So, designating p = 0.00342634853731, our cumulative probability approximation will be about:
p + .9p + .9^2 p + .9^3 p ....
which at infinity sums to 10p. Thus, under these conditions, the upper bound (remember that summing probabilities produces a higher value than the proper multiplicative cumulative probability) is going to be 0.0342634853731. so /at infinity/, your probability of generating a block is only 3.4% or so.[/i] And conversely, your probability of /never generating a block even after millions of years/ is about 96+ percent.

WOW! Look that lads! We have a red hair Russian Irish temper girl among us which is quite talented in mathematics! It is not that amazing? I am quite surprised.

 Cheesy

All right, today I will prepare the material to pack and ship the product. So tomorrow I will start to post the product to the buyers.

By the way, photos of the Block Erupter USB coming later today. Keep tuned in.
835  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED] Block Erupter USB @ 2.10 BTC + parcel -> Shipping to anywhere! on: June 01, 2013, 10:09:58 PM
Hey A+C if you want to mine with my miner during the weekend I don't mind, at least I will know it is not faulty. Send it on Monday though if you can Smiley

No!

 Cheesy

The product belongs to the buyer, so I will leave intact in the paper box with the seal "Q.C. passed". However tomorrow I will have a photo of one Block Erupter USB which is for warranty replacement. But just the photo, I will not test or use the device.

Topic being hijacked as another anti BFL rant. Enough of those threads elsewhere. Please move there.

Back on topic of BlockEruptors, can you post pics of colours etc?

So excited!  Grin

Myrdd

It is not incredible how this BFL marketing is literally viral? BFL virus infected my thread!

Anyway, as long everyone here speaks against BFL everything will be fine, otherwise I will cut the conversation with the might power of self-moderation.

How do I get a couple more? Still taking orders for that 2nd batch?

Yes, if you are ready to pay just fill this form:

I will list you in the Trader's Book.

any news on the second batch?

I assume most people who really want these have already ordered. Others are not willing to pay this much. It is expensive!

More important:
Did you got the package already A+C?

I think A+C is already (un)packing or busy playing with his stick(s)!  Grin
