641  Economy / Economics / Re: Is an economy without physical money safe for the poorest? on: October 31, 2017, 09:12:37 AM
Imagine the situation in which we don't have any physical money and every currency is digitalized. The US dollar is now a token, the Japanese Yen is only in the network and the British pound is a fast-moving digital coin. What are the consequences of such an economy for the poorest of the population? Do you think that a few people can influence the digital wealth of people and wouldn't hackers be the best people to have as friends?
I think it will be very difficult for poor peoples to adapt to this big amount of change as the have no power, money and education. This all things will keep them poor also after the revolution and most of the people will try become evil in digital world. Every hacker in the world will become rich and they will be the best. Most of the people will try to learn hacking  and rob peoples money.

Poor people will die due to this vast change in economy. I will  not be so easy to make whole world digital but one day I think  it will surely become totally digital with digital currency’s flowing every where in the world.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Besides crypto, what would be the safest way to hold your money? on: October 30, 2017, 01:24:30 PM
Real estate is fairly safe but if the whole financial system comes crashing down then real estate may suffer too. Gold would probably be safe also.
The opportunities of getting more and more income is usually found in those investment where there are a lot of fluctuations exists the price of gold is usually constant while the rate of increase in real estate is very much higher than the gold so investment in real estate is far better than investment in gold.
643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Report: Bitcoin to $25,000 by 2022 on: October 28, 2017, 03:57:03 PM
Intuitively,  I don't trust this prediction.   Financial analysts often have big fancy mathematical
models that, in the end, turn out to be very wrong.  And it's not that I'm hoping they're wrong.
I'm hoping this model is right or even underestimates bitcoin's growth.  But I don't put much
stock in TA, never have, and it's been wrong too many times to rely on...just like predicting the
weather.

2022 isn't that far away.  Maybe OP will be kind enough to bump this in 5 years.

Because financial analyst based their predictions on the performance of the market and the company that they are predicting. Bitcoin don't have any of those what it has is just the demand from the people who wants to own at least a piece of this coins. And yes 2015 is just 5 years from today but that is long enough for a $19,000 bump on bitcoin's price. it just made almost $5000 bump on it's price since January 2017 that was just 9 months ago.
If we look at the graph of market price of bitcoin since the time it was introduced, I don’t think that there is hardly any issue for bitcoin to reach up to this much of market price and that too by the end of 2022. Moreover, the way bitcoin’s market price is constantly increasing there are very bright chances of this thing to happen in the coming days. I am very much hopeful that bitcoin will achieve this milestone.
644  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: October 28, 2017, 03:20:59 PM

Of course because definitely bitcoin can affect a countries economic so that it will have a impact on the issue of economic. And of course as we can see the major help bitcoin give to many people is by having income or earnings eventhough they doesn't have any jobs. And bitcoin teach some of us to manage our money or income.
Yes that’s what I believe also because the way bitcoin is going forward so there is no doubt that bitcoin can do this bitcoin is only one currency which make dreams possible in short time bitcoin achieved a lot of its targets and as we know recently bitcoin is arrived to Thailand so hope bitcoin will be reached to other parts of the world to kill poverty.
Bitcoin is indeed a very powerful tool which can play a major role in eradicating world poverty. The point is it is not at all possible for bitcoin to do this and that too all alone. There are so many people who still don’t know about the word of bitcoin. Moreover, bitcoin is not sufficient to do this. Our governments need to think about this matter and need to provide this kind of opportunities.
645  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: October 27, 2017, 07:20:06 PM
Gold and bitcoin are two completely different products. Many are comparing the two, because they want Bitcoin to fill some of the role that gold is filling today. Right now that is not really possible, as the differences in volatility are too high. When Bitcoin's volatility calms down it might open up for bigger investors (like institutions) to join the party, but for now it's only for the risk willing or neutral investors.
World is developing very fast and with time everything is changing just like that keeping gold is the fashion of old time. People were used gold in past for investment etc but now the world develop and now the bitcoin is come to the world which is so fast in increasing value and high rated and is easy to invest and earn. So bitcoin is best than gold nowadays.
Holding of gold and holding of bitcoin, both are profitable but the fact is it is holding of bitcoin which is far more profitable than holding of gold. If you go for holding of gold, you will not be able to earn a huge profit in the future. On the other hand, holding of bitcoin and that too for a long time certainly means that you are going to have much more amount of profit than you have ever thought.
646  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: October 27, 2017, 04:13:58 PM
Every time, for as long as I remember, that I go on bitcointalk, everyone keeps posting "BTC IS DEAD" "SELL" etc... And then a few Sr/Hero members come and explain how thats wrong.

I just don't get it.

Aren't we used to the price fluctuating by now? Whats with all the crying/moaning about price bubbles, crashing, inflations, Russia, China blablablablablablaaaaa!

Jeez... Do some research before posting, I saw one post which got LOADS of attention, yet the first post was done by paint, with an unlabelled graph which showed wrong data!

This is getting to the point where we are affecting newer members or gullible people into selling/dumping all their coins instead of keeping them. I mean when I come on the forum, I see that its crashing, why would I buy in?

I think we need to stop giving the panicking people attention and focus more on positive sides.

They keep spreading the same tagline to send FUD and lower the price of bitcoin. Most of them doesn't succeed in doing so that is why they keep babbling about it.
I don’t think of any good reason which can result in the downfall of bitcoin, not at least at the very present moment. This is just the propaganda of the people in order to bring down the market prices of bitcoin. They actually want to earn more profit by buying the bitcoin at low prices but I don’t think they will ever succeed in their mission. Bitcoin is and will remain the most valuable coin.
647  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you have an idea to invest your bitcoin in offline business? on: October 26, 2017, 02:15:19 PM
My idea to invest bitcoin is in agricultural production, in my country the rate of consumption of poultry eggs has risen such that demand had exceeded supply, I am planning to save my bitcoin with the belief that the price will continue to rise, because investing in poultry is capital intensive but in a long run it will a very profitable business.

I think investing bitcoin into some other bussiness is not gonna give you very much profits like holding the bitcoin and selling the bitcoin in future. For example you are investing bitcoin into agriculture the it will give you profit of 10% or more but the bitcoin will give you 10 times of your investment in one or two years.
Everyone has his own way of thinking but I think otherwise. Investing bitcoin in some other business is the best way to make more money provided that you are having some good plan in your mind. There is nothing bad in investing your bitcoins in some other offline business if you think you can do well in that business. It only depends on your own motivation andself-determination.

649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: October 24, 2017, 12:13:42 PM
I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.

I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?

Yes!bitcoin has a future a very bright future, and those people who belong here in crypto world have a shining future.each and everyone of us we know  that bitcoin give us great future in our life with a help of our own strategy in trading, patience towards on how to handle the situation in times of dump.there is no bad sign of bitcoin  development, instead  a positive  sign to continue its own development all over the  world.

It is true, bitcoin does have a bright and colourfull future, the only question here is for how long, we have seen many times that if something is bright and has a good effect on people of freedom that the people of the governments try to be a obstacle to all the good things, they can eventually harm bitcoin because it is gaining popularity and value at high speed, there is no such thing as bitcoin gaining so much value, eventually they might ban bitcoin but they cant harm the blockchain as a whole because they know they can't ban it and remove it.
Obviously bitcoin has the brightest future among all the coins and currencies no matter they’re digital in nature of fiat. Too many people are leaving all other types of currencies and getting switched to bitcoin for better future because bitcoin is the future currency of the world. I personally believe as long as technology is there, bitcoin is going to stay as the leader of all crypto currencies.

652  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: October 12, 2017, 02:30:32 PM
I do not know what is the reason why people commit fraud, if those who commit fraud are an organization, maybe they do not have enough funds to start their project, or they feel they deserve the money because they have run their project, even though their project has failed
The reason behind this is very much obvious and that is none other than that those people want to make money through illegal ways. That’s why they try such kind of ways in order to take away your money. You need to be very much careful while dealing with anyone because you never know whom you are dealing with. So keep your eyes open.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 09, 2017, 06:16:20 AM
Yes, because of the volatility. Be careful and only invest what you could miss in normal life.
This is something which you need to decide yourself. It is no doubt risky but you need to think carefully at the time of deciding the amount of money which you will be investing in bitcoin. Bitcoin is indeed a very good investment but you need keep some money in order to meet your daily needs. Think well before making any decision so that you feel no regret in the future.

654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: October 05, 2017, 08:05:52 AM
i think that's not advisable because bitcoin market value is not stable, sometimes  high sometimes low, so your profit is not stable also, i suggest look for a wallet that you can stock your bitcoin in steady amount. a wallet that cannot affect each value even though the market price is getting high or low. and also if your going to put all your money in bitcoin, what if there's emergency you cannot easily get money because need to convert first your bitcoin according to your currrency, so still much better if you have money also in the bank for emergency purposes.
I also do not prefer this thing. The funds one has in hand must not be transferred all in all into the bitcoins because of lesser stability in their market price. It has yet not been legalized by the authorities so do keep a safe hand in handling your money.

If it is that much amount which needs to be kept aside as savings then you can also pt it n a bank which is quite safe for it.
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: October 03, 2017, 08:53:28 AM
Yes we have future here in bitcoin if you are harkworking and dedicated in your work here even now or in next year you can earn big here for your good and secure future,me i always try to read in any thread here for my knowledge in bitcoin now i already join in campaign so i will do my best to do constructive post then i also play faucets for extra earning after that i will try my luck in trading
I must say that you have a very bright future if you keep on working hard and keep on investing in Bitcoin as well.

As far as future of Bitcoin is concerned, I think there is hardly any reason to deny this fact that Bitcoin holds a very bright future for sure. The way Bitcoin is making its name in the international market is the living proof of this thing.
656  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEWbie TRading on: October 03, 2017, 08:22:56 AM
hello guys I have a lot of read and clear questions. how to start trading. I would like to share this website with you too much to learn here especially newbie who want to learn about trading.

Here is the website.

https://www.babypips.com/

I hope this helps for newbie.
It will really help many beginners to have a prior knowledge about trading. I can also prefer to the newbie to watch many videos in the youtube. Youtube can help them to become more knowledgeable person.
Watching videos and reading the articles on trading is something very good for newbies. Moreover, you can also go through the books on the lives of successful traders. I think this will give you a good idea of what to do, but even then you will be able to learn the things well only when you will practically start trading.
657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: October 03, 2017, 07:51:56 AM
Maybe it is right to stop trading a bit in some times, i read a thread in another forum of people saying that they were in a loss of almost 70%, that is insane, i would quit in i were in their shoes. Imagine investing 1 btc and then have only 0.30, what a big loss, i wouldn't know what to do in that situation. Anyway, i really think that some altcoins are going to go up again, so it is a good time to buy

That depends because not all altcoins go back and rise again in the other hand if you are not a researcher or just invest in any altcoins in the market it is most likely what to happen to lose big amounts of money.
If you are not doing well in the world of business, then it is a good idea to quit trading for a while. You can have rest if you actually need a break. If you are fed up with trading, then holding is another good option. You can also go for holding your Bitcoins. I think you need to start again after a short break.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: October 03, 2017, 07:15:56 AM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
Investing is very risky way to earn bitcoin because we dont know if bitcoin will increase in that day or decrease. But if you want to earn you need yo wait for ling time or right time to increase your profit.
Risk is everywhere. If you want to earn something big, then you have to take such kind of risks. I don’t think that investing is Bitcoin is risky for the ones who actually have good knowledge about how things work in the world of Bitcoin.

You can minimize the risk level by just doing the same. But there is no way that you can escape from this risk.

659  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 02, 2017, 12:12:11 PM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency

It is better when we have one currency to all the world because all is going easy and quick process of all transaction especially for paying bills.Because no need to go to the money changer. Also all transact must be done all in computer and any kind of electronics processing. Its very easy to use,Thats why they are implementing BoiChips for the world processing and a one world goverment for one authority and power.

You are right about it being better, but the truth is it will never happen. There are always going to be multiple currencies and we need to accept this fact.

With that said, it is possible there could be one universal cryptocurrency from which all others trade/rely on such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. You can trade any coin/token using that "parent" one.
You have rightly said and I will support your argument. This is something near to impossible to happen. I don’t think so that this thing will ever happen. Almost every country is using its own currency and there seems no reason to leave behind your own currency just for the sake of some other currency.
660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: October 02, 2017, 09:07:58 AM
I just want to know how you feel when you get a big win from the gambling you play, I know that feel is definitely fun.
But, do you feel or ever assume you are a gambling expert after you get a big win?
Then what kind of gambling has made you think of yourself as a gambling expert?
I'm not really interested in gambling, but I can feel it because many of my friends are experiencing things like this. when they win they usually continue to play gambling until they lose. this is a bad trait of addiction and I think there must be strong emotional control to avoid it. no experienced gamblers, only those who always get luck in every gambling game.
If you are not interested in gambling, you are a smart person in my view. Gambling is not a good game honestly. The gamblers keep on wasting their time whether they are fun seeker or profit seeker. Most of them continue the game after winning and eventually lose their winnings again.

It is difficult to resist gambling once someone gets involved because it offers two main things of life; fun and money. That is why gamblers have no control over their actions.
