When investing, I’m a big fan of diversification of portfolios. I believe that both Ethereum and Bitcoin offer value, albeit in different ways.
I'm currently going with 45% BTC, 45% Eth, 5-10% miscellaneous altcoins, and I've been looking at a few ICOs, but not sure if I'm going to bother. The first I heard of ICOs was on YoBit, and it just seemed like a way to scam some coins with the backing of an exchange, so that first impression has left a bad taste in my mouth. |

Look, i understand why the harsh rules, but in turn, they're hurting individuals who are legit and want to contribute, like myself.
Really, the way I see it is that they are giving away free money, it shouldn't be too much to ask that people follow some simple directions. Like making sure their signature is correct (hint hint). This is the main problem I've been seeing, people just not filling out their sig properly. I've told like 20 people to fix their signature. Why? I get less money with each one who joins. Because a strong and devoted community is necessary for the success of this project. Fix your signature. Good luck. |

It means, surprisingly enough, that your application is under review. They are manually going through every application, because there's been a flood of cheaters and fake accounts trying to get a piece of the airdrop. It sucks to wait, but that's what has to happen. I would recommend that you are otherwise compliant with the other requirements, eg correct signature with your btct id instead of XXXXX, make sure you have posted enough quality posts in other places as well as here, do anything at all to promote the currency, participate on the main forum (where information hits first and you can possibly win some onions in giveaways). i knw this must have been asked a lot of times. but what to do if you are blacklisted from the airdrop?
First, update your signature to include your btct user id, which is 152514. Put it in place of where it says XXX, each place. Then go through each step for applying to the airdrop. You missed making the signature correctly, it's possible you have made other mistakes. Once you are sure that everything is correct on your end, you can go to the main DO forum and find the thread for Blacklist reconsideration. |

I have been spending lots of hours in this forum and deeponion.org to found out that the most of btctalk users that tried to join this past few days were denied because of suspicious account.
You need your bitcointalk user id (51285) in place of the XXXXX in your signature. This seems to be the main problem with people getting accepted, and still people are spamming this thread and the main forum with requests. Check your signature. I don't know how to say this any stronger or louder. |
