Although is there a way to check whether a particular address belongs to my node?
I tried RPC command 'getaccount' but it doesn't seem to work (returned blank for both my address and another node's address).

First heard Bitcoin in 2010, although didn't take it quite seriously until after the 2011 high, as earlier I had my doubt about Bitcoin as it does not seem to be 'backed by energy consumption' due to its variable difficulty scheme.

Last year I realized the limitation of my thinking. The variable difficulty is actually an important design to help Bitcoin weather events such as CPU->GPU->FPGA->ASIC. Yes Satoshi is a genius, not just in designing Bitcoin but also a master in execution of the project. He is going to be remembered as a legend.
