Holy crap! BitSatan! But that could be done anyhow, you're just searching for numbers that lead up to 666  Numbers are like people. Torture them enough, and they will tell you anything you want to hear :Wink:
I think it's a bit more founded than this. I used to compute the "impulse" that brought us to 1163 by the mean of (1163,382) , but bitcoin works better with a log scale, thus the use of the geometric mean that magically leads to 666. It just means to me that we are still under the influence of that pulse, and nothing really new happend in between. |

1163/382 = 3.044
sqrt(1163/382) = 1.7448
Geometric mean = 382 * 1.7448 ~= 666
(and 666* 1.7448 = 1163)
perfect.

Not even sure that the small errors in the physic models are needed. The beauty of René Thom"s chaos theory is that the non-determinism lies deep within the maths.
As an example, even if you know very precisely the speed and the position of the solar's system planets, and the external perturbations, you just can't do the maths, the 3-bodies equations are already too complicated to be solved. And which planet will be ejected from the solar system is still a mystery.
You don't need to solve the equations though. In a deterministic universe, if you know precisely the starting conditions, you could run a simulation and get the prediction. Chaos theory says that small perturbations in the starting conditions can lead to vastly different outcomes. Quantum physics says small perturbations are intrinsic. Even with two initially identical systems, things will occur in one which will not in the other. Ok, but I disagree about the simulation. You'd need infinite precision, or need infinite energy for this to be accurate enough, or need an analog model the same size than the system you want to modelize for this to work. |
