I think we at least deserve a hysteric update on the percentage differences between the two assets ... where the hell that disappear to?!
I'll give it a shot using the calculation from the discussion here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=68655.msg1688539#msg1688539 (-100 for some reason I haven't worked out ) the silverbox update (comparison from the beginning of this thread, March 13th, 2012, gold=1690, Bitcoin=5.4): Bitcoin is 79.11 Gold is 1248.50 Bitcoin: 1365% Gold: -26.12% Diff: 1884% advantage BitcoinCorrect me if I got it wrong Zerg

When you are feeling down from the speculative losses recently, maybe these links will help to calm you down. The bolded address belongs to our friend Loaded. Nice to see he's still holding. Haven't seen him around for a while

Interesting fights !
96 wall just got eaten.
was there a wall? .. on what side? i'm just get out of my bed.. Just 100. Went down to 0.315. Just refilled. Voodah, 100 isn't a wall. There are any number of people here who could put that up out of petty cash. 1000 is a wall 5000 is a wallzilla wall The ultimate wall. 160k btc last year Doing it wrong →

We're gonna get an update from chart buddy in about 7 minutes, woohoo!
On a random note for those who use Clarkmoody - and use the sound ticker, what is your min volume? I usually pick 10. 100 is too rare and doesnt always happen in a smaller downtrend... but right now im using it and its doing fine.
Has there ever been a single 1k transaction? I know bitcoinity goes by the exact price, so 1000 1btc trades will show up as "1000 a few seconds ago" even if it was spread across hours.. but has there ever been a single 1k trade? I'd think so, but most seem in the high hundreds and split into small hundred chunks.
Yes, there was one in the recent madness. Saw it on Clark Moody

Add me to the list. Got this error tonight trying to send 0.35btc using Chrome (version 27.0.1453.116) and had to switch to Firefox (version 21.0) to perform the withdrawal. Clearing the cache did not help

That's a very short timeframe showing the drop in volume since the bubble popped. A better timeframe would be the last six months and that shows that USD transaction volumes are still up over 5x what they were in January this year. How low it will go is anyone's guess but I think it's unlikely to return to January levels

A better question is: what's with all the noob trolls posting bearish comments lately?

How is it possible that you forgot to include in the wall of fame the $300k per BTC in 2013 by our favorite poster?
Ummm, I kinda did in post 11 In fact it's going to go higher in the short term so hoping to sell high and buy low at 300k/btc No, in your quote it says "$300k in the long run", when the bold prediction is $300k this year, plus the people not believing this "is in denial of facts". Pretty bold (and delusional) He did follow with "(and higher in the short)" so I guess it depends on his definition of short term. However we can all agree Pretty bold (and delusional)

This is awesome action! Love how he ran it up to 110 and then put a 5k bid wall @ 110 to hold the price. Pretty sure the 5k wall is what was left of a huge market buy to $110. That's what wasn't filled from asks
