521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 17, 2023, 01:29:47 PM
What an amazing comeback by the Australian team. They lost a few initial games but made a good comeback in the end. A tough team to beat in the finals, yesterday it was thier bowling that destroyed South Africa.

Australia qualified for the final of the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup. It is a piece of exciting news for them because the World Cup started Australia's team performance was very poor. They lost their first two matches with a very bad run rate, after those two matches people thought that the Australian cricket team's good performances were no more even though they lost to South Africa with 134 runs, and then people made fun of them then they both teams met again in the semi-final, and Australia won the semi-final and make the place in the final. This is a short and wonderful journey for the Australian team to the finals.

The Australian team never disappointed in the World Cup.
Truly a professional team with consistent performances in the World Cup.

I have heard some news on social media and I would to share that with you and if you have any more official information about that so please tell me.

The news is that Babar Azam resigned from the captaincy and the Pakistan cricket team's new captain has been announced. The new captain is Shaheen Shah Afridi for the T20 and the Test captain is Shan Masood and even Shah Masood can’t adjust in the team so PCB made him captain of the test. The ODI captain is not announced and Pakistan's ODI matches are not near, which means Pakistan won’t have any ODI match until November of the next year.

By the way, if this news is true than i think it is very serious action being taken against the Baber Azam and asked him to step down as a captain in all formats. Haven't heard of such immediate reactions from other team's management, who weren't able to qualify for the semi finals of the World Cup.
523  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I want to start a Gambling operation and you can join ! on: November 17, 2023, 09:04:33 AM
Hi guys,
I suddenly lost all my btc so I need to activate an emergency plan (which will pay for my next rent)
I am working on a gambling project with some childhood friends who have good affiliate marketing experience and seo ranking expertise.
I would like to start with crash and need some assistance/ Stakeholders.
Stakes can be swapped against:
+ script providing,
+ a bid in our marketing or SEO
Telegram: https://t.me/bukowzki

Yes, you suddenly lost all your bitcoins and now what first thing comes up in your mind is to come up with a plan where people can invest with you as a shareholder to your own gambling project, you will recover your lost funds with people investing money with you and those stakeholders who invested in your crash gambling project will actually end up on the losing side.

Seems like you think that you are the most intelligent person on earth and other people reading your post are just dumb and will jump in your emergency investment programme. Better understand that if your intention is to get yourself relief by hurting other people, you will never be able to succeed and you will remain as a loser.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use bitcoin when gambling? on: November 17, 2023, 08:09:56 AM
whereas using usdt on the tron network is much cheaper and faster, so in a few deposits i can save time and a few dollars.
This is bullshit, from the last year until now, USDT in TRC20 charge for $2. If you're using Tron, the transaction fee could be free as long as you have enough bandwidth.

Previously when we used to withdraw USDT to the gambling site via the Trc20 network, it cost less than 0.25$ fee but now for some time, it detects around 2 dollar fee in the form of trx. So using USDT to deposit often in gambling sites is not feasible at all.

I think maybe not everyone keeps their bitcoins, there are still some gamblers who might still use their bitcoins to gamble and multiply their bitcoins in gambling, usually rich people often do that even though the bull market is running, they only focus on gambling and can have lots of bitcoins from the gambling they play.
Don't forget many rich gamblers also lose, maybe more of them are in lose. But since they have a business or high paying job, they can easily recover their losses in gambling.

Well, it's a personal choice if anyone has a lot of bitcoins and wants to bet with them to increase the quantity of bitcoins, While this may be fruitful but the risk of losing those bitcoins is also there.
I would not gamble my bitcoins to get more bitcoins. This is not a wise approach. Perhaps I can gamble with limited money only for entertainment purposes but I won't put my bitcoin savings in gambling.
525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Latest Game in my Country: Bottle Flip on: November 17, 2023, 07:28:31 AM
~

Thank for your full explanation of the bottle flip game. It is a very simple to understand but it is not easy to play and win as some commented the game is fishy and so on. Well it was the game of the season in which people were playing to pass time. Some were even saying that it is not a gambling game but I will not argue with anyone but the gamblers used money to bet on the game and anyone who stand the bottle then is the winner of the game so I see it as a gambling game.

It really depends how one plays this game. If people are only playing for fun (as most of children do), then we cannot say that it is gambling. However, if two or more parties, bet on the bottle flip game, and put money on the game, then of course it will fall under gambling.

Anyways, you find such games available for betting on gambling sites as there are no international tournaments for such games where people can watch and bet on them. These are locally played games among individuals and in many parts of the world, many people won't even know about it.
526  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most liquid companies in the gambling industry on: November 16, 2023, 05:29:01 PM
Once we have made a decision for going i to gambling, then we have also signed the agreement for taking a risk as am endorsement because we cannot be sure in knowing the true nature or motive of a gambling platform until we have their experience, wether they are most liquid or not, this talks more about having a trust in them than in what they delivers and how they have been consistent in doing that for years, money or no money we need an approval of their trust.
Making decisions is one of the important thing in the market, there's a whole lot of things to consider when it comes to gambling, always prepare for the task ahead. We all need money to be able to continue our existence in the space and probably invest heavily in prominent projects that anytime they shoot higher, one become more safer and open to hearing massive profits generated from just a business. Gambling is basically not for everyone because it involves high risks and most people doesn't stand the chance of losing heavy sum of figures because of gambling.
The gambling sphere is always be there so it is not something we needed to rush or do to make profits by all means. Gambling is a strategy and we don't have to gamble on all gambling platforms before we make profits. Those that know how to find there ways to make more profits from the market would do better than those who just enjoy gambling without any skills or strategies. Gambling is a business and is for those that have the capacity and the funds that can do the business because it requires a lots of funds to achieve a reason profits from customers as a gambling platform.

Are we talking about the gambling companies' liquidity here or about the liquidity of the individual gamblers? Both have different dimensions to look at and the success criteria are also different or totally opposite to each other. For example, a win for an individual gambler will mean a loss for the gambling site/business. Similarly, a loss for the gambler will mean a win for the gambling casino.

From the individual point of view, there is no need to make accounts on many gambling sites in order to fulfil gambling desires. Since gambling needs only luck to be successful, the luck does not change with the change of the gambling sites. Some people believe that they are more lucky playing at certain sites while unlucky at others, well it is just superstitious thoughts and in reality, a change of sites won't have any impact on your luck.
527  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: November 16, 2023, 05:00:14 PM
Well, you are right though, but I think the 1xbit company is currently not running any more marketing or ads at the moment, aside from the fact that they are no longer advertising on this forum, I think they also stopped advertising on all socials media platforms as well, because I no longer see their ads in all the places I used to see the frequently before aside this forum.

It's a kind of peace of mind, not seeing the signatures of the 1xbit anymore and those who wore the signatures were only used to post shit and nothing of value. I hope their business comes to an end and we just rid of this casino completely.

Right now I cannot share a link, because I am on the phone, so it is uncomfortable to try to navegate through the forum in search of that thread, but there is indeed a thread and it is here in the gambling section of the forum, it was quite a weird thing to witness because the hackers actually managed to seize control over their casino so initially it sounded like they had actually bought the domain, though inside of me it was very unreal someone would purchase a casino of such big bad fame and also be willing to pay for the scams committed by the previous owners, it seemed to be too good to be true, and it was, but that did not stopped people to gather in the thread and start to ask for their money.
Once I get to on a computer I will try to get the link for you.

Well, i never knew about that story but it is kind of a tit for tat, that the 1xbit scamming people in the name of gambling while the hackers scammed (hacked) the 1xbit site to give them the financial damage. Well, I think most people who knew about the reality of 1xbit scams, they would be pleased to know about this news of the 1xbit hack.
528  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: November 16, 2023, 08:57:32 AM
I think the reward part was never the part they wanted to get attention to, they never really wanted people to get these rewards, they would rather see people get the money for it instead, makes it easier, allows them to do it quicker and cheaper.

Most likely not because its pretty much a hassle to send it those physical stuff all across the world so most people probably opt-in to cash the RP into satoshi instead but I kinda wanna know if some people actually would exchange those physical prizes though. Out of all those freebitco.in players, there should be atleast 1-2 people that would do so just to try it

FanEagle hit it right exactly. I can't believe people on this site or anywhere still want to discuss or wonder about pricing of these things. Guys its called Marketing, just like the Lambo and the Rolex, it's to tell people they can win these stuff for free.

Nobody will change RP for iPhone, nobody will choose Rolex or Lambo. Unless they are really rich and don't need money. But it's nice to say someone won a Lambo/Rolex/iPhone Smiley

As far as I know though the Rolex has never come out as a prize which is quite surprising knowing how many users are playing that Wheel of Fortune with a decent number of spins daily.I know the odds of getting it are really little less than 0.001% but anyway after such a long time I think someone should have gotten this. Not only this but I am even thinking that most likely also the Iphone has not landed either, this is strange and it points me to think that it is indeed marketing and some marketing that needs to be updated,i.e someone should hit those prizes  Grin.

How are you so sure that no one has ever won a Rolex or an iPhone through freebitco free spins ? Maybe someone might have won it and they are not active on this forum to tell us that they won such big prizes. Also, there is not anything written on the site that currently no one has been able to win Rolex etc.

Yeah, not everyone can win such prizes for the probability of winning is very low but you never know if you can be the next luckiest person to hit the Rolex or an iPhone. In order to be lucky, you need to keep trying your luck and hope that someday you are more fortunate than the other gamblers.

New Zealand vs India in today's first semi-final of the ICC Cricket World Cup. India will enter the field as the favorite team in today's match. It is not unknown to anyone that the Indian team is at the top of the cricket chest. As a fan of Indian cricket team, I expect India to win the first semi-final match. It is expected that in today's match the Indian team will present a wonderful match to the cricket lovers. Today's first semi-final match will start shortly. Only 35 minutes left for this match to start.
India won the match and elected to bat first . India set a score of 397 runs with fall of 4 wickets. Virat Kohli played very well and performed century for his country. He made excellent  117 runs in just 113 balls and Shreyes Iyer played an excellent inning of  105 runs in just 70 balls. Rohit Sharma made 47 runs in just 29 balls , Shubman Gill played very well and he remained not out at the end of inning and he made 80 runs in just 66 balls . Tim Southee took 3 wickets and Trent boult took 1 wicket but no bowler performed well. New Zealand score is 30 with fall of no wicket in 4.4 overs . New Zealand have to play excellent to win this match.

The New Zealand team lost their first wicket, the first opener has been lost his wicket. The captain of India Rohit Sharma spell two bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Muhammad Siraj but after their spell Muhammad Shami entry in the ground and he took a wicket, which used to under pressure to New Zealand players This is an important wicket for India and they get it, but Kane Williamson came in the game so this is a last hope for New Zealand players, but I think this is not last hope New Zealand middle-order is an strong middle-order, they can do some thing because they want to see New Zealand as the World Cup winner.
530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may not hit $24,750 again in 2023 - I'm bullish till 2024 on: November 13, 2023, 01:57:41 PM
Are we really sure that it's not going to? I hope your analysis is wrong because I've been slowly accumulating bitcoin and I have another upcoming big money coming and I want to make sure I'm buying a lot of bitcoin for a discounted price. But hey, if that's not going to be the case, I guess I'll just buy bitcoin in December and hope that I still get a lot of bitcoin value out of the money I'm going to get.

It's not an analysis though, we really don't know. We can even say that we won't see another lowest low, the last low we had is during the FTX drama, the price goes down hard to $15,500. But still though, there could another black swan even that could happen next month.

In any case, we will continue to accumulate no matter what. If you have chunk of money coming in then by all means buy as much as you can regarding of the price. Same with me, I remain positive that in the next 6 months I can still buy more. So we still have a lot of time.

We do not need another black swan event as this could badly affect the crypto prices and to be honest, if bitcoin reaches again below 20K, it will be the beginning of another bear run. I do not think this is going to happen.

I do not know but I feel that during the bear season, we see one bad news after the other while in the bull market, we see good events, one after the other. I do not know how it is possible or if these events are preplanned according to the sentiments and phases of the market. Though it is hard to believe still i think that everything is not transparent and there is manipulation even in the timings of the black swan events.
531  Economy / Economics / Re: Honestly do we really got rugpulled in pandemic? on: November 13, 2023, 01:03:51 PM
That season has given us the wild ride, both positive and negative and that has given the best and worst on this market and also from the world. The best is like when the exposé of those real scammers in the community that has taken sums of money from the innocent users and swindled everyone, like was successfully made us a fool that they're the angels of the market. But lo and behold, they're the real devils that have planned it all along. And going with the real world incidents, it's like an actual reset for the majority but what I don't like from this scene is that the rich became richer.   Undecided
That was really a terrible one. A lot of of new projects were hyped that time that made us really excited to invest on the high potential ones but only to find out that those development teams suddenly shut down those projects and disappear in the market. Lucky are those who were never tempted to risk their money but a lot of those who have lost their money in an instant.

This incident had made me realized that no matter how you do research on the project, that is still not enough guarantee that we will never get scammed. Scammers have become smarter and they really make sure to attract the people first until they take advantage of the investors money and left the market  taking the investors assets.
it was also mainly because in the pandemic the market was getting all bearish, even the supposed to be giant of altcoin like celcius and so on are getting into bankruptcy, can't expect the lesser coin to perform better and not having that slight interest in rugpulling the masses.
that was really horrible experiences for those that are just delving into investment in cryptocurrencies and already facing such horrible condition, but it could be a good experience to learn that even the altcoin with hundred millions market capitalization are not really immune towards bearish and could also just gone like some shitcoins out there. should also teach to many people how essential it is to diversify portfolio to mitigate risk of losing all the investment altogether.

We got a sharp dip in bitcoins and altcoins during the start of the pandemic but that was also the trigger for the last bull run where the price of bitcoin rose from 3800$ to 68,000$.  Those who sold early during the pandemic would be regretting themselves.

Any major bad event will cause a sharp decline in the financial markets but usually, the bitcoin market recovers very quickly as compared to the stocks or forex market. You can see that currently; the world is in crisis due to Gaza War and the Ukraine / Russia war but we have seen around 10,000$ surge in bitcoin prices within a period of only one month.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a gambler be a good bitcoin trader? on: November 13, 2023, 03:05:38 AM
Gambling and trading are not the same thing, although both have to do with prediction. In gambling, you are not always certain what the outcome will be; if the outcome is as you predicted, it's your good day of luck, but in trading, if you handle it as if it were also gambling, what you will likely experience is more loss. A gambler can be reckless, and they end up losing more often. If such reckless gambling methods are being practiced by a gambler, sure, there will be more losses, but if you trade with caution, acquire all the necessary education about trading, and develop some trading strategies that work best for you, you will make more frequent profits in trading than in gambling. The only thing is that in gambling, you can get a huge win abruptly, but before then, you have experienced countless losses too.

Well, let me analyze this in this way a trader can be a good gambler while a gambler may not be a good trader.

Now you will be wondering how this is possible. Well, trading teaches you a lot of things and one of the major tools that you get with trading is to control your loss (through Stoploss or other means). Trading teaches you money management also. So when a trader will gamble, he will use that experience of him and may not lose more money.

Yes, the outcome of the gambling will be luck based, and the trader will have no edge on the result of gambling but the trader will be more concerned about the amount of money to play each game, to calculate the loss and the profits, the risk and the rewards when taking the sports bets and all such stuff. That is why a good trader can be a good gambler too.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you guys believe in other people luck and try to copy them? on: November 13, 2023, 02:40:23 AM
I am not talking about copying normal bets as you guys both that have replied so far here are pointing to copying normal multi/parlay tickets. This is not the point of this thread, the point of this is if you are like me who don't believe in your own luck to compile a multi ticket with 24 games and over 8000 odds for example yet you think since most other people try maybe one of them will be lucky and as such I copy a lot of such bets with huge odds while having 0.01-0.02 dollars as my base bet which is 200 IDR right now, thinking I am not playing sport betting but having a go to hit a "jackpot".

So what is your personal experience with this?
Are you able to make good profits and have you ever made jackpots?

Based on this it is much better to copy other people bets with huge odds as you will not feel that sad as you do when you lose the so called studied tickets which usually end up in lost amounts.I know by copying other people bets will hit once in a very long time but when they do I will be very happy.

Well, I don't get the point that if you are going to hit the jackpot once in a very long time, so what is the whole point of this ? You can still hit a big game with your own idea in a very long time. I thought that following other people's ideas may make our winning success ratio increased considerably???
534  Other / Meta / Re: So I had a person send me a pm to beg for merits. on: November 12, 2023, 02:44:36 PM
Am I required to report it?

You are free to do whatever you want, but if I was at your side I would have replied to him and told him that Merit begging is not allowed and give him a warning. I know some people will say that we should give neutral or expose them as they may be account farmers etc but out of goodwill, sometimes a person may not know the rules and genuinely make a mistake. Giving him a warning should be the way to go.
If he continues doing so, then ofcourse he will have to bear the consequences.
535  Economy / Economics / Re: "I saw my salary on a bottle of perfume today" on: November 12, 2023, 02:36:51 PM
[Just for context, I am not talking about holding money. I am talking about investments that could give me passive income that will continue to come in the future and give me financial freedom. As long as I can survive with that amount of money and not worry about the future, then it is financial freedom to me.]

In order to have financial freedom, one needs to invest in something that could give him a huge return after some years. This can be investment in bitcoin, Gold, Stock, Real Estate or anything else of good value but the question still remains where do we get that extra money to invest in them?

As per your example, the perfumes were so expensive that a certain person wouldn't be able to afford them. So how can such a person who lives hand to mouth, will be able to invest in bitcoin or gold in order to have financial freedom? He can't unless he does not have ways to earn more money.

So, it is only that rich people can invest more and hence they will get better financial freedom. A normal person first may not have the capital to invest and even if he saves some money for investments, the return on small investment may not be that high that it can give financial freedom to him.
536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use bitcoin when gambling? on: November 12, 2023, 02:15:53 PM
Seeing how bitcoin's fees have gone up a lot, I would assume that with the plethora of options for cheaper transactions, people must be using other options much more.

Many people prefer using other altcoins for gambling and avoid bitcoins. The reason is not only the high transaction fee but it is also the confirmation times. You may use Litecoin, tron or Dogecoin and can have the transactions confirmed in seconds and with almost no transaction fee. Those gamblers with low portfolios and those who often deposit in and withdraw from gambling sites may prefer other altcoins over bitcoin.

Some might even prefer to use conventional means such a debit or credit cards.

I don't think anyone who knows about cryptocurrency would go back to the conventional payment methods and use debit or credit cards for gambling deposits. Unless anyone is playing at a site that has no option of crypto deposit, only then we can think of credit card deposits, but I will avoid those platforms with no crypto support.
537  Economy / Gambling / Re: Jacksclub.io - Next Evolution in Online Gambling on: November 12, 2023, 04:35:59 AM
Have the site got new owners? I mean why did you guys thought of creating a new ANN thread? We have already seen the previous announcement thread, and it was good to be honest. So why there is need of a new ANN thread and that too with poor designs compared to the previous version. If you can maintain transparency OP, then definitely people will support with you. Let’s see what new features the site is offering now.

He already told that he is the new community manager for Jacksclub and also mentioned the reason for creating the new Ann Thread.
I'm thrilled to announce that I've recently joined JacksClub as the new community manager. I'm on a learning journey about Bitcoin talk, and your insights have been incredibly helpful. I initiated a fresh thread to revitalize our discussions, and your warm reception has not gone unnoticed. Rest assured, I am fully committed to addressing concerns and making improvements based on your suggestions.
Although running the old original thread is way better if there are no scam accusations on that thread because it shows that the site has had its presence on bitcointalk for a longer time and has no issues encountered with their services. Creating a new thread suggest that the new site is advertising here and many won't know that they had previously on this forum and also they had a short lived signature campaign.
I hope they may also start to rethink about the marketing ways and start a fresh campaign too.
538  Economy / Speculation / Re: This bullish momentum - Breaking through the $35,000 mark on: November 11, 2023, 11:43:39 PM
Bitcoin almost touched $38k from its last move, just about a few dollars away from hitting the $38k price you talked about,  So we shouldn't be talking about $38k to be the next level because the price almost smashed that price target, we should be looking at a higher price of $40k-45k which if looking at the chart that should be the next destination point for BTC to reach.

that's the next target in this market, 40-45k range. and i guess, that's not too hard to achieve. once we surpass the 40k mark, it can easily go up in a matter of hours, or days, who knows? but before seeing those levels, you might want to think on how you can take advantage of such opportunity.
as we have seen, we are seemingly bullish these days. before this year ends, a lot of people may be are happy holding their satoshis. maybe, time to cash out some to enjoy what you've been waiting for long.

Well I think that bitcoin BTC is due for some correction and it needs to test the lower low on the daily time frame. Although the momentum in bitcoin is so strong that we can move straight up without retrace, but such moves are usually unsustainable and not considered good ones.

Also for the bull run to commence, a healthy correction is needed. We don't want to get too much in the over sold territory. The higher we go without retracement and testing lower levels , the bigger will be the dump.
539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 11, 2023, 06:19:51 PM
England squashed Pakistan surprisingly since I was expecting Pak to win this one. I felt that Afridi dropped the game when he dropped Stokes's catch who was in his 20s which was relatively easy in my opinion.

Anyway, both of these teams qualified for the CT 2025 which is the silver lining for them since they were out of the semifinals race before the match started.

England is a better side than Pakistan, however, in this World Cup they did not look like a team. Although England won today's match with Pakistan but overall they could not adjust to this 50 over cricket. They are a much better team when it comes to a T20 match or test match. However, in modern day ODI, there is ample time and you have to play an intelligent game which is not so fast as a T20 and not so slow as a test match. England failed to adjust their pace and there they lost all their matches in the beginning.

Also, it's high time that England let go of its older players like Ben Stokes from the 50 over game and give some new blood the chance to perform and develop England's team for the 2027 World Cup.

I do hope that you stay true and don't delete your post. You know that it happens always and you cannot really be sure about anything else. It has a luck factor but it will be more believable if you are honest with yourself and that you make mistakes. I hope you don't delete it or something.

Making a bet and losing is nothing to be ashamed of as there is no superhuman in this world who can always predict correctly. However, when he deletes his posts, it shows that he has some wrong intentions, and he wants to show himself that he predicts everything correctly for whatever reason.

I remember your last post you share a match that is 100% fixed match which didn’t happened. I doubt your word on this one is the same aside from dragging someone to copy your risky bet due to your huge bet on this specific match.

Think for a moment that people put their life saving that they have a clue that the match is fixed and they know the winner and hence can't lose. And then, later they came to know that the match was not fixed and the information was wrong.
The lost money will never be recovered.
