^^^ 9.7 uses the OpenCL drivers from whatever drivers you have installed, 11.2 uses custom assembler binaries I believe.

It will not restart when the hash drops. It can restart when the GPU hang. You can read the readme about the watchdog -wd and -r option. |

Mined 1:30 hours with 8700 mh/s on nlpool before server disconnects me and get 0.63 rewards?!
Switched back to antmine till nlpool is stable again.
antmine is also not very stable. |

Anybody got numbers mining ethereium with that R9 NANO i get 28 mh/s at 150 Watts i'm getting the same hashrate with a rx 570 at 65 watts. Would be nice to have a sweet modded bios for that r9  No you are not Your 570 most likely uses like 125 watts. The wattage in afterburner is not accurate. Also the R9 nano is good for ZEC mining, not good for ETH due to the DAG size increase. |

It doesn't run too hot with your rig like that using the 3 psu's right next to eachother??
If they are good quality PSU like gold or higher, it will not be too hot. |

I would definitely go for Ethereum, big following, lots of room for growth. It's also a coin I plan on holding long term, with the belief that it will continue to rise.
You do not have to worry about anything, its current development and future plans ensure that it is a worthy coin. I agree with that. It is under good development at the moment. |

It will be a shame to compare ethereum and litecoin. Litecoin is just a clone of bitcoin. There has been no development for 4 years. Ethereum is the best coin no doubt. This whole crypto world, decentralized projects have been created with the help of ethereum.

I am only using NVIDIA cards, they are quite better and stable for mining...also lot of alt coins...
maybe i would buy few Vegas to to mine monero but not sure if it will bring stable earnings for long.
that is right. I started using nVidia cards as well. The 1080Ti is good for ZCash. It is not good for ETH related mining. |

I think that there's a lot of tricks in crypto trading that whales use to lure cheap coins from weak hands. I'm a panic seller myself. Always sell too early and get less profit  I think it is better not to link your trading account with a bank. So that you can hold for the long term and do not sell for fiat. |

AMD latest driver 17.2
380x is about 200h/s, but 280x is at 290h/s.
Is there any problem with my setup?

LTC is growing up because people are really believing oldest existing coin and also some new dev team like lee joined from Coinbase to LTC. Its all about speculation for LTC. Ethereum getting price increase because of its ability create smart contract . You can keep eye on Ehtereum and waves will do better in future.
There is not much innovation in LTC. Even the SegWit is a copy from BTC. People are not even using it. |

Bitcoin Cash what's the point? not even a true altcoin more of a cheap clone copied by greedy Chinese miner and people full of there own self importance after being ignored ( dummy spat out the pram) . Lot of altcoins bring new ideas to the Crypto world what dose Bitcoin Cash bring ( except for free cash, thank you for that ), the rest is just what? is this first coin created in a grand scheme purely to be dumped pumped and then dumped.
I got the impression BCC is mainly mined by the western miners now after the initial Hongkong or viabtc's mining. |

Who is successfully mining with Radeon 295x2 (s)?
What coin are you mining and what performance are you getting?
Are you using Linux or Windows?
What hardware are you using with it (motherboard, power supply, processor, memory, etc.)?
For multi-gpu rigs that include a 295x2, any problems pairing with other GPU that have different memories?

If you want to mine with 295x2 you have to do some thing: 1. Change the fan 9mm, the original fan not good. 2. Change the fan 120mm of rad and put the 3pin of this fan into the sys fan in the motherboard. 2 tips will help fix throttle. For more efficiency you should mod the bios (undervolt and clock) to make it's run under 70C and TDP <350W at wall. For ETH or ZEC, you can mix with any GPU (red or green) The 295 are old cards. It is better to underclock and undervolt to get better efficiency. |

And there are tons of coins out in the market that have a high potential we just have to make a good investigation .

I think it's very hard to predict what happens with those coins on such a horizon. Maybe diversify some more, or as they say, spray and pray.

I already started buying altcoins slowly even if market still looks unpredictable until we know the final decision on bitcoin. I just want to make sure I am not too late buying cheaper top coins. They may do dipper but I still have balances to buy more. I have a feeling that altcoins gonna be flying soon.
For me, I just buy and hold altcoins because I believe it will rise in the future. Yes price may go dipper and its a chance by anyone to grab just buy at a lower price. That is right. I bought some recently. Good bargain. |
