101  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 05, 2016, 02:59:11 PM
Well recently having bitcoin agaisnt cash has turned into a loss of 15-20% from those who bought bitcoin after the halving. But knowing the potencial of bitcoin and its volatilaty this means almost nothing as bitcoin can turn this into  a huge profit in short moments. Bitcoin has a shinning future ahead, cash has its limitations and several regulamentacions under it.
well bad stuff might always happen, i think bitcoins shouldnt be blamed for that, im still staying with it right now and hoping to make huge profit easily

There is no need to worry about the short term price of the bitcoin. In 10 years, you will think it is wise to buy now.
102  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is a big business??? on: August 05, 2016, 02:56:29 PM
Bitcoin is best business right now in this moment because most sites where you can earn money online are using bitcoin.
Most of the sites which allow you to increase your bitcoins by investing are ponzi schemes disguised as cloud mining.

You might be right. If the daily interest or return is more than 0.1%, that will probably be a scam site.
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to go to US$800+ on: August 03, 2016, 11:57:25 AM
yes bitcoin going to increase its too much faster and i hope that bitcoin will be increase its price to $800+ in the end of 2016 and i think bitcoin never dropped its price .
i hope that you are right, i hope that next year the new all time high in price will be achieved really easily, i think bitcoin is going to be bigger and bigger with time

The Bitfinex exchange was hacked and lost about 120k coins. There is big price drop in the last 24 hours.

After Bitfinex hack, I am less confident that the bitcoin price will rise to $1000 by the end of the year, maybe $800.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 03, 2016, 11:54:17 AM
Yesterday when the price for bit coin gone down my friend suggested me to sell it, like :"sell it if you believe that bitcoin will not rise again", but I didn't sell it, cause of I believe bitcoin will come back on previous level. Add to that I am holding mine on Yobit and while the official price was 529$ on Yobit it was 595$ for buying and 580$ for selling, this difference confused me. Does anyone else believe that bitcoin will rise to 700$ again?

I believe so. But for now it will stay under $600 and it is possible that it will be until the end of the year. But the good thing is the buyer's market is approaching. So wait and see for good buying opportunities at bargain prices. Now is a good time to observe the price of BTC.

It depends on how the Bitfinex hack is resolved. If it is done properly, people will have more confidence, the price will be higher.
105  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 03, 2016, 11:52:16 AM
This couple of months past i always spend my bitcoin by exchanging into fiat because my salary is not enough to compensate the needs of my family but next month i want to save bitcoin again for my future expenses.

I also saved some bitcoins for future. but bitcoin price is getting dropped so badly. yesterday bitcoin price was 600+ USD. and now I noticed the price is dropped to 550$. this is making me afraid to safe bitcoin for future. I think we should redeem bitcoins and save our money into real fiat.
Not a good time to exchange our bitcoins now for fiat because you will only get a lesser value, if your trust with bitcoins is that strong you will not easily get panic with what is currently happening now, you should be calm and think more about the future and be optimistic that the price will be back to normal.

The bitcoin price is quite low at the moment. The price is just $500. A few months ago, the price was $790.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is a big business??? on: August 03, 2016, 11:50:38 AM
Bitcoin is best business right now in this moment because most sites where you can earn money online are using bitcoin.

I do not think so. I have only used the bitcoin to buy very few things on line. And I cannot earn a lot online.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: August 03, 2016, 11:49:20 AM
We manipulating bitcoin price is possible op though it will be hard. It would be hard to convince everyone to help put up a buy wall at a certain price since trust is needed for it to work. There are also users here who cannot help build up a buy wall since they got a little amount of money like me that needs my money to survive daily life. I guess the market as of now is ok because the bots on trading sites are working to stabilize bitcoin's price.

We might manipulate or affect the bitcoin price in short term. But the bitcoin price is determined ultimately by the adoption.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: August 02, 2016, 07:35:11 AM
Yes you should believed in bitcoin because it has a potential to be great currency in the future and it helps people to boost their income and also it is good for investment because of price fluctuation.

I believe the bitcoin price will rise in the long term if it is developed well. In the short term, the price might drop.
109  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 02, 2016, 07:33:57 AM
The bitcoin price is going down at present. When the price reaches around $550, that is a good price to buy.
110  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 02, 2016, 07:31:58 AM
Although I have both fiat and Bitcoin, I tend to spend the bitcoin when possible. That is to help the bitcoin.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 02, 2016, 07:29:00 AM
The fiat interest is almost 0% at the moment. And the fiat cash devalues. So it is better to own the bitcoin.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to go to US$800+ on: August 02, 2016, 07:27:45 AM
Bitcoin is going down. I think the next goal is 480.

I do not think the price will go that low. The price could be in the range of $550 to $650 in the next few months.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: August 02, 2016, 07:26:28 AM
i think we are here only small part from bitcoin because so many traders with huge money out there who can manipulate bitcoin prices also as far as we still become those small pieces i think that not possible to us manipulate bitcoin prices and my answer is it's possible to do so but if you have the power of huge money to control bitcoin prices

Actually in the past, big whales needs lots of dollar to be put in the bitcoin market for price to move.

But today, it's different. Whales doesn't need much effort now, at least, to start a trend since no doubt that we have an increase of bitcoin users "who really putting dollar into bitcoin exchanges" to purchase bitcoin.

Good example here is the bitcoin halving speculation prior in the halving actual date.
The trading occuring before the halving is not really speculation, it should be considered as the market anticipating the decrease of supply occuring the following day. The market also anticipates events like dividends and automatically corrects the price according to the decrease of value of the company.

In the next few months, the lack of supply of the new bitcoins will be felt by the market, the price will rise.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: August 01, 2016, 10:07:14 AM
Manipulate with bitcoin price is possible but if you want do that it is better for you if you want that to find users which have big amoumts of bitcoin because bigger group with smaller btc amounts will manipulate really hard but with less number of  group users with bigger amounts is more easy.

Manipulation of the bitcoin can only be done by the big investors or the whales. They have 10 thousand bitcoin at least.
115  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: August 01, 2016, 10:05:01 AM

Yes just like believing to it is giving you motivation to work harder for it because if you are not going to work for it harder and you don't believe on it for sure you are just gone and you don't know what path you are taking. So, it is really important to believe bitcoin as you are going to try it because it can give you good fortune.

That is indeed true. I have hold the bitcoin for the past 3.5 years. The holding has made me some profits.
116  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 01, 2016, 10:02:51 AM
I have cash and i also have bitcoin, cause in bitcoin i earn as my extra to have additional money for my expenses and i have cash for my direct spending in small store who are not accepting bitcoin in terms of payment.

I earn cash and convert to bitcoin. The value of cash will decrease and the bitcoin price will rise a lot.
117  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is happening? on: August 01, 2016, 10:01:45 AM
As long as people selling bitcoins on a daily basis you will not see any big rise in price any time soon.

When more people are attract to the bitcoin, the buying power will outweigh the selling, the price will rise.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 01, 2016, 09:59:49 AM
I agree  that whales are probably the people behind this agenda of creating panic to those holders so they can buy Bitcoin at lowest possible prices.  So in time of little bad press, weak hands will sell their holdings and leave.  Then whales will create a hype once they accumulated a good amount so they will profit alot.

The current bitcoin price drop is caused by the bitcoin whales moving to the Ethereum ETH and ETC.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoin Mining on: July 30, 2016, 05:01:14 PM
Maybe Monero (XMR) can be the replacement of Ethereum. Almost the same structure of BTC. I have seen it rise from 1.47 $ a coin to 1.95$  as of today. You can try mining it right now with MinerGate Smiley

Monero RIGHT NOW is barely break-even with GPUs at LOW ELECTRIC COST.

It can't possibly handle an influx of even 10% of the Ethereum rigs currently mining ETH.

ETH will die eventually as a mineable coin - the long-announced but delayed move to POS is guarenteed to do so - but it should have a few months to a year of mining left, if your electric rate is low enough.

GTX series cards can also move over to FoldCoin after they become unprofitable on ETH - AMD cards traditionally don't do well on folding, unfortunately, though I've not seen how the new Polaris stuff does on that yet.

The Monero is a botnet CPU coin. It is more profit to mine by the botnet CPU. It is not profitable to mine with GPU.

Even though the Ethereum is not most profitable to mine with GPU, it can support very large hash rates.
120  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: July 29, 2016, 05:50:53 PM
Do not buy bitcoins with all of your money. Thumb rule investing is you should not invest all your money at same place rather do it in parts. This will reduce the risk of loss of your money and chances of profit will be really high.
You should believe in Bitcoin if you want to make money with it, it is a risk that you have to take if you want to invest in it.
But it can all pay off in the future.

That is right. I believe the bitcoin will be the currency of the future. I am trying to accumulate as many as possible.
