101  Economy / Economics / Re: How adoption will happen on: April 19, 2019, 08:26:52 PM
Is it going to start with poor countries and their dictators?
Is it going to start in the USA with their SEC and ETF and everything?
Discuss.
The recession coming to the world is not just for poor countries with under developed economy, but also for countries that have already built there country to a global standard, once this recession begins, they will start to look for alternatives that can help grow the economy again since the current fiat system will now become useless to them and bitcoin will be the only saving grace when that time comes, this would be the beginning of mass adoption in the crypto space and the demand for bitcoin will drive the price of the coin so high.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest me some gambling site on: April 19, 2019, 07:34:53 PM
So you are asking out opinion not only for your own consumption, but the way I understood it, you will make a site listing all the good sites with some explanation on why this site is recommended. I think you are passing the job to us, but anyway I will give some good website but you do the further research about the site.

My list comes to this.

1 sportsbet.io
2 stake.com
3 bitsler.com
4 https://yolodice.com/
There is nothing wrong with asking for suggestions from the forum, the OP is very much aware that it is possible to make a research before he chose to bring it to the forum.
I think we should always be nice to our fellow mates and not always tell them to go do research whenever an issue like this is brought on the forum. Probably he feels he can trust the recommendation he gets here better than the reviews he might get online if does self-research.

Providing one solid reason why you listed this sites won’t be a bad idea right?
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: The good thing about having a bad market condition! on: April 18, 2019, 08:00:09 PM
This is one thing so many persons don't understand and I wish they really understood this, when some group of persons are running away from the market, there are some persons out there creating FUD news in order to make holders of coins dump the coin the more so they can pick it up at a very cheap price for themselves, this people don't just invest for the now but for the future because they know that surely the price of Bitcoin will go so high and they will benefit a lot from it, one thing we should know in the market is that as one is dumping, someone else is picking up.
Well, it is not a bad thing, someone must loose for someone to win, we cannot all be believers, while unbelievers are dumping the coin, we believers will keep picking it up, and when the future comes, it will teach them a very sound lesson to always learn to be patient in life.

If they don’t believe in the coin, it is better they don’t get in at all, rather than risking it and eventually coming to dump it at a lower price. We all know the potential of Bitcoin already and its future abilities, this is the best time to stick to our Holding and not let go till we receive our own portion of its blessing, which will come when the bull run finally shows up and gets us to BTC ATH.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: France to Push EU Member States to Adopt Its Cryptocurrency Regulations on: April 18, 2019, 01:28:12 PM
Many governments of the world are beginning to see that crypto might be their saving grace in the future when they start to experience the recession and if they don't have power over Crypto,  they will be handicap by then because the real men with wealth would be those that have a lot of Crypto in their possession before the inflation occur making the fiat of that country worthless, this is why they are trying everything possible to set rules to favor them so that they will still be in control even after the inflation have occurred.
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what kind of trading will suit for me? on: April 17, 2019, 04:03:27 PM
You don't have to devote the whole day for it though. That' why we have sell/buy/stop orders available in exchange sites so that we can go well about our day. You just have to have a target both for a buy and a sell order. People with regular jobs can very well do it.
This is the reason it is called day trading. You can do it in your part time, after the job and so on.
It is in other words a one day speculation. You invest at a particular price, set a selling price and get it sold once your limit is met. The current volatile market is way too instrumental in making the day trading beneficial so one should really make some extra money despite wasting time after job.
106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will Governments Ever Accept Blockchain-Based Cryptocurrencies? on: April 17, 2019, 03:17:44 PM
Well it depends on the government point of view , one of the disadvantages is the decentralisation, if the government cant supervise then it can't be taxed and it could be a hole for the criminal to do bad things, but from what I see eventually bitcoin got a big chance to be adopted, maybe it will be adopted with regulation, but it will surely need time to see how the governments going to react
From a user point of view, it is best in the interest of us all if this remains decentralized and not regulated but if a government is interested in the technology, she would regulate it regardless of when the users want. But, it is okay I think because it is already in wide use in the US and is strictly regulated. Canada has accepted and regulated the blockchain technology as well and the country is making immense innovations.

I guess, in near future itself, almost all the governments will reveal their stand on cryptos and most probably that would be in positive way as per how fast blockchain technology is gaining recolonization among banks and other finance related organizations.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: April 17, 2019, 01:03:29 PM
Naturally, traders come to crypto currency with a loyal and considerate mindset
Which is to make profits from 1% - 50%

I.e a trader of 100$ investments wishes to get 150$ (50$ profit). But when the bull spikes comes in; instead of cashing out their profit, Begins to imagine building mansions and suddenly wants to hodl to 3000$

When they wake up the next day and are left with 25$; they say altcoin is shit, that is shit

What can be done to ease greed amongst investors ??
There’s nothing you can do to stop greediness among traders. Just let those who fall victims to continue falling victims of it and they will be learning from their mistakes. Some of them don’t even have any plans, all they do is invest their money with no target and be hoping that the price will continue to grow forever, but at the end they will end up being disappointed. This is a risky business, so anyone who is getting in should have their target and know what to do to achieve that.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin merger? on: April 17, 2019, 07:49:58 AM
Guys I have one idea running in my mind. There are hundreds of coins in the market and much more are waiting for hitting the market. Some of them are have much potentiality to dominate the market and stay, but many of them cannot compete and disappear or die young age.
So in such case facing the market, what about merger? If a good coin is ready to merge with another one, are not these problems resolved? And there will be a win-to-win situation?
Well, that depends, but most of them wouldn’t like to do that cause they are just interested in making their money and that’s it. And by the way not all of them you see are legit, some are just owned by scammers. Next thing you need to know is that each of them has different proposes and targets that they plan to tackle. So, you shouldn’t expect people with different purposes to come out and work together, when everyone is just interested achieving theirs first. This is just like saying that Google and Apple should merge, nah, that’s not going to happen.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: April 17, 2019, 06:56:06 AM
ICO gave birth to IEO as a result of the scam activities that was going on, so these exchanges took it upon themselves to make sure every project they registered are being verified personally to be sure it is not a scam project and also confirm how valuable such project is which we lack in ICO, no one verifies ICO which makes it an easy target for scammers, and the biggest of it is that IEO is more helpful to developers as they get to meet up with their hardcap within a short time frame because of the trust they have in the platform carrying such IEO out.

There may not be any big differences between ICO and IEO but as long as exchanges keep their credibility then definitely IEO may bring differences among investors perspective.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: April 17, 2019, 06:29:18 AM
I do not remember any first round that was as entertaining as this one all around in my entire life. I mean there was upsets here and there but this year its not just one match up or two, its the whole playoffs that is entertaining. As a big spurs fan I have always been thankful for what we got this round and the next, we are going to play against nuggets which could definitely cause us trouble but it is better than facing warriors at least, and than we are going to play against either blazers or thunder which is better than warriors or rockets again.

This season the first round is entertaining but the second rounds will be even better, think about it warriors vs rockets, spurs vs blazers/thunder, bucks vs Celtics and Sixers vs Toronto. These are all amazing games, we are blessed to finally be done with Warriors vs Cavs finals but at the same time we are blessed with so many great teams.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are centralized exchanges still dominating the crypto space? on: April 16, 2019, 06:02:54 PM
I know that decentralized exchanges has more security than centralized exchange, since there is no database where transactions are being stored but rather carried out on the blockchain directly.

The only problem I have with decentralized exchanges id that they don't have a user friendly platform, I as a dev found it hard to make use of the platform how much more a newbie in the crypto space that don't really understand how the crypto market works.
112  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The pitiful state of the Chinese economy could weigh on Bitcoin on: April 16, 2019, 10:03:43 AM
With your topic caption, are you saying the Chinese economy is crumbling?

Meanwhile, whether Chinese or not, bitcoin has demonstrated to be independent of an individual economy. I remember the Chinese went against bitcoin early last two years yet nothing has changed.
Well, I think that in the long term, Chinese government would not be able to deal with the issue and would have to come up with a way to sought it out. I read long ago that ICO and mining are banned in China. There might be many reasons behind why would they not recognize Bitcoin but certainly the country has her policies built around the Chinese Yuan and a Blockchain induction will reduce their power they exercise to control the market problems inflation etc.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: Time for investment on: April 15, 2019, 08:18:03 PM
Any suggestion for things that we could invest and make money at the same time

If you want to have a safe investment then choose only the top altcoins. But I would recommend these: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
I have never invested in BCH after 2017. The money I had in BCH wasn’t even what I invested, I got it free after the hard fork. So a lot of my friends were selling their coins then, but I didn’t do the same thing. Just left everything there, though a big amount of money. After the hard fork I got equivalent worth of BCH as my BTC. Hodled it and made more during the bull run before withdrawing it.

There are lots of things you can try other than investing with cryptos. Maybe you should try forex trading. I have seen a lot of them that are quite easy to trade with. Some of them has really good features that will help you to cut out loss and make huge profits. Apart from that, maybe you should look into real estate.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: April 15, 2019, 07:26:37 PM
It's easier said than done specially when the market is declining. Controlling the emotion is one the hardest thing to do when it comes to trading/investing. Lots of speculations here and there, but for me, it always comes back to the basic rule. Bear market isn't forever, and as  time proves over and over, bitcoin will recover after a dip, sometimes steady and sometimes drastic. The cliche don't invest what you can't afford to lose always works as well.
Yep, it is easier said than done. Most of the people you see saying that even do the worst when the market is falling. Like you said, anyone that wants to invest should bear in mind that there are risk and they are likely to lose their money if they are not careful with it. Price can go down at anytime, so invest what you can risk and that’s it.

I don’t really stress myself because of what the market is into. The market has been in bear for long now, the only best thing I can do for myself is to make sure that I do my best in not losing my money or maybe reducing the losses that might take place and making sure I make profit despite whatever.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale Work? on: April 15, 2019, 12:25:25 PM
It does work but it depends on how lucky you are though.  Grin

That is the usual gambler and how they usually think about this strategy but I think Martingale is a really good strategy as long as you are using it in the good game. I am a gambler and I usually play dice games, in that statement, if you are using martingale you should be able to have a good amount of money to gamble. If you don't have enough, better stop quickly. I also bet on sports gambling and I usually use Martingale there not only when I lose but also when I win, for me, it is really great.
I am glad you added the clause, have enough money if you must use the martingale strategy. This is what most gamblers won’t do, they only mention that the strategy works very well but they won’t state that it is important to have plenty of money.

I think it’s not for player like me who play for fun because I don’t play with much money, I see gambling as fun and I play with very little amount I can easily afford to lose and I believe there are other days to play again, playing with huge money one day and pausing for the next days or months ahead is not so nice, so I would rather play little by little daily for months.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling turn an atheist to theist and superstitious? on: April 15, 2019, 11:54:50 AM
Though many people believe in the power of God's favor or one kind of power in turn thinks to they favour I strongly things that atheist will change their views about God because of momentary gains since this is base on believing.
An atheist does not have to make gambling a reason to find God. Gambling is random and you might win or loose at different times. Talking about the signs of the presence of God, wee there is a great universe out there and if an atheist is able to see the signs of God in His creation, he would no doubt think over the presence of God. If a mere win after loosing multiple games in gambling can make a mind hold God responsible for the win, why not the universe and the signs laid in it? It is all about beliefs and your research and knowledge. Research about it.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Impacts of IEOs on the crypto-ecosystem on: April 14, 2019, 07:29:55 PM
Last one week almost five IEO was success with sold out just few time, we don't know how many IEO will be success at the future and will be bring big effect for ICO become lower interested and scam later.
There is no point you can reject the potential IEO has inducted in to the crypto space. I think that the major part of the risk in case of ICO has been eliminated upon the arrival of IEO and it will keep on thriving the system.

Moreover, only one IEO was cancelled by an exchange because of the termination of a deal between the startup company and agreement was a vital aspect of that project which was no more there so the exchange cancelled it which means that an investor is not going to spend his money in a white paper.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market is going down sharing a few coins that can be bargain-hunting on: April 13, 2019, 09:30:20 PM
People are just quick to selling their coins and I don't know why is this, they make a little profit and are very happy about this, but yet they are the ones who comes to platform like this and still ask when lambo, ask those who have bought their lambo already, how many times they gave up on the platform and just kept the hope alive until they were able to get to a level that they could endure the market no matter what comes to it, this is why you will never hear them speaking negative of the market even in a dip.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the main key of success on trading platform. on: April 13, 2019, 09:15:18 PM
For me it is only good strategy to save your trading for long term, if we hold and trade for long term it gives us more and more opportunities, I have found much safe long term trading as compare to day trading, there are so many chances for holding, patience is the best way to improve your trading skills, if you are not sure about market price, have patience and hold you will sure learn with time and patience will give you good result.
Holding strategy is not a bad idea if you make sure you buy at dip, that is why this patience of a thing we are talking about is not only applicable to our decision in holding, but out decision to buy too, my friend that bought at that high price, having understood how the market operates should have been patient enough to wait for the market to bottom before buying, he bought when the market was still at peak and so he finds it difficult now to wait for it to rise again.

Right now, everyone knows that the market has generally bottom and what we are expecting now is a  full run of high value, if he sells now, he will still share the story in future, how he was not patient again for the next bull, so we just have to invest sometimes, and take our eyes off it for a long term, except you are a trader, which trading analysis is usually done on a daily basis, not giving chance to that huge loss.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im a full Time Trader on: April 13, 2019, 03:28:26 PM
How can you be a full time trader, and don't make any money from trading, I will advise that you withdraw from trading immediately and face other business in the crypto space, maybe try buying and selling of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency on peer to peer exchange.

I know the main reason you are not making profit is because you never consulted an expert before going into that field of crypto, which is very bad and just mean that you aren't ready for it.
