Well almost all high potential altcoins needs long term and i may see a good coin after that in NEBL i have no knowledge also the Tieron but In real estate i know atlant ,rex and etc.. are now running and well see it in the future what real estate will rank the best one.

I don't think we need to compare each of the projects because we can think differently like the projects it has different goal to established that why some points are not taken. Although having those all points in atlant is advantage but it depends once the projects of each real estates are taken.

Well its not called a scam, if you think and analyze it majority of the altcoins were being dump after btc price rise just because altcoins are depending in bitcoins , but not totally all it was affected of the main currency knowing that our major use to trade is bitcoins or btc .

It is good if that happens im also believe that $600 will hit because i read some news today from the stock analyst and he predicted that bitcoins will probably hit $7,500 this year .So i only think and expect it in $6000-$-7000 range . It depends i do think that many of the sellers would agree to this because the price fluctuates and we can only pay the exact amount with fiat money. They take their time also for keep waiting us without any updates in the progress or development like other projects while their project is not yet finished they update the investors from time to time .That is what this project is lack of.
