Well I guess you are one of those guys that gets fomo so you bu the coin and then when it starts to dump you panic so you decided to sell all your coins in losing position. These experiences is normal specially when you are new in trading but if you keep on doing the same mistake then maybe trading is not for you.
All have taken that part to panic selling especially in the newbie times or noobs in crypto. No one would learn how to hold if he did not face the challenge of losing money. In this stage the OP is asking and having a lesson after or before he experience selling at loss. |

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

For me it is better to buy coins during ICO because this price is usually much lower than the price in the market. If you will buy at ICO price you have the bigger chance to earn huge profit rather than buying at the market when the price is usually high. This is happen when the ICO is successful but when the ICO does not meet the requirement of the project. Maybe you will lose some capitals. First you have to fully be aware of its prons and cons every details and you should observe the current market before you take part in an ICO. Big bonus is given to the early bird investors but the risk of it is only by failing or malfunction of the system which been my experience in sone crowdfund. Some other will not give you profit even you get tge biggest bonus. I can say that its your own scan and trust a project before anything else. |

I want to say, it depends you want to choose both also can. but my advice is better invested in altcoin because it is profitable and promising to create your future. but you should also check what altcoin is the best so far. So the possibility of losing your capital decreases. Choose the best program and market before investing.

Don't invest all your money, because there is no permanent in crypto, what if the price of the coin you invest will dump? Any coin can lose the value anytime. So better half of your money not all.
There is a chance it all could come crashing down around us. Maybe invest 50-75% in cryptos "just in case" and the rest in more typical options, just to be safe.
This occurs when a people is greed to earn or to the new comers here in crypto without a proper knowledge what they are entering. Even with the price drop and people misunderstanding, TRON is overrated. It's still just a simple token! I may conciser it if TRON continue to fall to 250 satoshi. Until then, good luck... Yeah... Tron in my opinion seems to be just a speculative token right now that will stop rising as soon as people move onto the next. There is really nothing to this coinfor the long term, imho. The price did go from 0.04 to 0.03 USD each though, so at least you're not buying at the top. I think that TRX will at least for this year perform pretty badly due to the bear market that is haunting us right now. It's been on a downward slope since its huge pump back in January. I would look to invest in some other coin/token that hasn't been pumped like this has. I knew trx price was obviously so overrated but in a much better place is too look for their achievements, activities and partners its a very big foundation for tron for me it is good for long term but not at this price. I will missed this run to buy more in cheap or i'll go with some other coin. |

Losing in trading is apart of trading activity and we can not avoid it, and to make profit in trading we can only reduce the percentace of lose, for example from 10 times trade only lose 3 times and 7 times more in profit. Even pro trader hasbeen lose but they can reduce it by better strategy and money management.
Yes it was inevitable but it can be lesser the losses if you are having a good lesson that you change by your trading faults. Additionally, playing safe is the best way to avoid losing that much or losing. Buy the good coins and wait for a year to while holding and sure you will prevent lossing. |

I've been one of those people, the people that buy at the high points of crypto and then sell low, losing my money and then later on losing out on a good amount of profits which I could've made. I'd like to know some of the reasons that people do this, besides doing it to cut their losses as that one is my reason.

Yes the desire to get excess profits can make people think short, because you see bitcoin is increasing, and you buy it because it thinks bitcoin will continue to increase, but you do not consider the price of an unstable bitcoin that can go down anytime. Do not sell the bitcoin you have when the price falls, try to calm down and do not panic, bitcoin can increase again and you will benefit from bitcoin. That was the normal mindset of a traders who had not enough experience in buying and selling this topic is much relevant into trading because of its way of earning. Basically, people ince they saw that the market is gaining a trend they buy because they saw it and they wanting more without knowing and having a target sell zone until the price go down and they still didn't able to sell. |

not just guesses. we must analyze from news circulating and analyze market tecnical. besides that we must be patient to earning profit. because market is very disturbing psychology due to high fluctuations That's right and we just don't based in guessing although we may guess it if will pump or dump right after the news if it has a good reaction to the price and the whales but if not then the opposite it will go down. You are right. Most ICO tokens are dumped when they are listed on IDEX. One reason is that more and more tokens can't sell out during ICOs, which shows there is no much interest in it. Another reason is some tokens are sold with big discount during presale. The ICOs that is good to invest is the most hype icos but that has a big fundamental like the coins before, BLZ and Wanchain which has gained more than the ico price much more for early investors. It is good to invest on those kind of Ico but don't forget you still not sure if it will have no any problem or the other thing is wait on the exchange if it drops. |

If true, that could be a nice catalyst for price growth. Anyway I am in ICX for long term so I have time to see how the things will develop. The price of the bitcoin as of now is $6000 plus and maybe we the price $3000 if many people sell their bitcoin so the price will decrease. But for me once the price decrease at $5000 it will increase again because for me this the wall. We don't know what is possible to happen to bitcoin after few months or few years but we hope the price increase again.
It was very hard to predict bitcoins price now where the huge manipulators are present in the market.
