trading has been a difficult process for novices and minor traders. it could be tempting most times if you dont understand the market movement and TA. you might loose patience and cancel out a trade you might regret later. i have cancel out many trades that later ended up in huge profits. i have also cancel some successfully. i just curious to know if there is any sure way to this trading were by you hold on a trade.
To stay up in a trade the for most thing that you need to have is a trading plan which is set for your trades and with that your emotions will be lessen even if your trades goes against with your position. That's the only way i think to stay up in a trade stick to your plan and of course have your iwn risk management for much better results or possible outcone of a trade. |

Have you heard about Oyster Perl..? They did the same technique, when the price rose they just sold out everything and vanished. The crypto market was never trustworthy but teams making new coins just to pump the old ones is just plain nonsense.
Oyster Perl was hype and a lot of people made money on it especially the bounty hunters. Bad for people who bought this because they are now holding a dead coin and I cannot even find it now in the CMC. I have my friend holding this token even when it rise high and regret that wrong decision now, lesson learned for everyone, they should not be greedy when holding as we never know what he future of the coins we are holding, this market is very risky, we should learn how to manage the risk. But with PundiX as aproject, I still believe and hold because they are still active here. Don't trust a project that's without active discord, and worse that they're not updating anyone with what's going on here in bitcointalk. Just some food for thought, the ICO's and IEO's these creators design dont give a damn, they were made to give them free money and tons of it. Then they dump free coins on people daily, look at XRP and ZEC are classic examples. No one wants to hold alts and have to work hard on projects, they just want fast easy money and that's what ICO's gave them. It maybe rightand very few projects only manages to hold on to their words an still making a progress without sellings much of their holdings to maintain the price alive. I think XRP and ZEC is a different story in today's altcoins which is actually good when it new then afterwards they have nothing to do with it. ICO's and IEO's are literally an easy money be wise on spending and selling after the sales. |

We have often witnessed that the growth of altcoin is associated with the growth of bitcoin as whenever there is a pump in the value of bitcoin we have witnessed green days for altcoins too but how long will altcoins be dependent on bitcoin? Do you think altcoin can do it alone and have it's own pump and dump without being dependent on bitcoin? What will it take for altcoin to prosper without bitcoin's involvement?
Of course not, but there are very very few altcoins that can stand alone against the bitcoins bearish market. However, to say that they can stand or always make their own trend going up is nearly impossible. So i think they can't be independent bitcoin is still the king of crypto and whatever movement it makes the entire altcoins will have an effect. |

You will never know if technical analysis is bullshiy or not unless you used it and gained profits from it. To those who dont believe in it, they may have another way to analyse whats happening to the coin.

TA is great to all traders, its the best tool for them but of course its not perfect which is normal on a volatile market. Technical analysis is always the advantage for you in the market. It is never a disadvantage whenever you apply it in your bitcoin price observation. Technical Analysis helps each and every trader around the globe and some of them is successful now because of it. Know first before making a negative statement about something. Don't just make a conclusion about the things that you don't understand. Exactly, maybe in some other it doesn't work or it is just nothing but for us who understand how technical analysis works and helps every trader to have a successful trade thats the main thing and reason why they keep on making profits and becoming a pro trader. Okay if we go through their similarities, let's say they have but in terms of other things we can't really compare what chainlink is doing than the blocknet. Its like same projects with similar products and usage but the things is we don't know how chainlink team is working throughout the platform and what they did to have a recognition and be known in the cryptospace. If you believe in blocknet because of its similarity that was good you only need to follow their works and if sooner or later they have the power to make the price push because of what they've done or doing.

It is strange that there is a trading competition in Switcheo, but the trading volume is only small. Where are these token enthusiasts going? Why do these tokens lack interest? i think the trading voulme of that exchange is not counting or the real volume is that low because of no strong attention of the people. i never heard of Switcheo exchange is it good exchange. i thought that it will list on top 20 crypto exchanges switcheo exchange whole 24 hrs vole is 60k $ only. I don't know why they closed the telegram group for the chat, volume seems to be very low in Switecheo exchange when the campaign is running. They are not bothering about the bounties, which we have already passed KYC procedure, but we don't see any information about it. Switcheo is actually a good exchange way back on its early days and as far as i know there is a good volume before but nowadays there are so many exchange and changes because of the previous bear market not all people are actively engaging to trade while their altcoins are at loss. Closing their telegram might be a problem because there will be no connection at all and sad to say it might be a probable exit for them to not continue for the moment or totally a shutdown of the project even how good imusify is. |

As far as i know libra launch was been hold by SEC because they don't like the way that libra is about to be a stable coin and might probably to lessen the fluctuations in the market. Of course whales are whales and they will only eat the small traders in the market. They have their own ways to trade and can trade alone. With any small market movement they can make money and bitmex i think is number 1 for the most manipulated market as far as i know. However few traders can also make money if they will use big funds with a very low risk or leverage to survive especially for long term trade cycles.

I don't think that will happen until the zero XRP will have a good volume but the price cannot be determined yet, although investors have been disappointed with the price of XRP that does not provide a good profit. XRP is said to have collaborated with large companies but there is no definite impact on its XRP coins. So at this time I still don't hold the XRP which is sure to ripple to continue my career in the 3rd position at coinmarketcap. Everything is possible but as we can see how market of xrp pumps and dumps. It is very unlikely to be zero. We know how banks like xrp because it is decentralized and tgey can do handle it. What is more likely to happen is what the thread starter said that xrp can be seen a huge growth when the bull market starts to rise again. |

The main thing in trading is applying your strategy, it will work as long as you know what you are doing, besides selling when the market is already near the bottom is definitely not a good thing as it will only make you lose your money. You should have a good understanding of what you're doing trading is now only entering the market when it is red therefore a timing it is. Supposedly a ahort entry is good when it is near top or resistance and buying when it ut near the support area.

Quality always has advantages in front of quantity. It is much more efficient to spend some time by analysing projects and making a good investment decision, rather than to blindly invest in every project that appears here.
But that's not the context about what OP is talking about. Op was asking us to say how much projects that already followed and when OP was no giving any reply again and this thread must be locked, but anyway what we must choose is the quality over the quantity, no one is blindly investing in the crypto right now. Yes, you are right, people are not investing in IEO on blind manners because now people are already matured, which they are researching a lot about the project before investing. I have personally experienced some of the friends researching about the project by personally visiting them during at the time of the conferences. That's good to hear unlike my friends who just invested in IEO whatsevwr project it is just because of quick Roi. I can saybthat its really rewarding in the early days of IEO and now it seems like there's more to come until IEO will be replaced by another kind of sales again. Don't fall into that crypto pump groups. Because that groups or channels are most commonly used to signal what possible coin they want to pumo within a certain time or a possible coin to pump. In short they will be the first one who will buy and take the market before the members in the channel or group. Pumps ans dump is normal. What's not normal is the pump and fomo that will be applied to the newly added to the group. |

What the *eck is going on? we have many good projects coming into crypto space but they mostly end up failing, too many good new projects are dying as if they are been created to just die, what do you think its killing new good projects apart from scam projects?
The main reason was not all crypto projects can survive in the market knowingly , that they need to pay for the office , team and employees even though we can say that they raise huge money but it is not enough if they only rely on the project without a knowledge or putting some of their money into investments. Some other projects are taking their time to build it will takes years for the real product that how their project will be build . Always tak a look on every roadmap. |

It depends on every trader but for me i can say is that i almost loss all in the past in trading , trade more because of guilt and greedy tom get back my loss. and in a matter of 6-7 months only i loss all of my bitcoins . i can't calculate how much is it but it was more than 8-9btc. For the others just like what they say ofcourse they will only show the profit and not their loss to gain popularity. |

what you think guys , before halving , after halving , no bull run
For me in general it will be before the halving for bitcoin and for the altcoins will follow. Then after halving as well there might be a continuation based on the previous cycle if the history will repeats itself and so both before and after halving is a good sign of uptrend. No bull run is very impossible lets dumps this market if there will be no bull run at all. |

I am trying to secure my gains by doing this. I have an exchange that I use. I convert from FIAT To BTC
I will exchange USD to BTC when I see Green and when it goes red i try to secure those gains by going back to USD
Still seems i am not earning. numbers keep going down. what am i doing wrong? suggestions please?
The only reason for this is you might be selling and buyiing BTC/USD vice versa in a low spread or something like a $100 difference and if you are using small amount your profit might be only for the fees to be paid in the platform . But for example you buy bitcoin at 6500 then sell in 7k+ USD i'm sure you will going to feel your profits. Make sure that when you trade you calculated the possible profit entries and exits for you to earn and not just stressing yourself putting in a much higher risk trade with a very small profit. |

Anyway, do you know Clam and Just Dice? It's basically similar to Edgeless. I think the team can learn from their long yet stagnant existence. If you compare product features though, Edgeless wins bar none. But where are the players?
Effective marketing team could bring more exposure as like they are promoting their business in era of blockchain. I think they are missing marketing campaigns that is the reason they are not active players as compare with casinos. Indess just like when they started they promote on the social media's which attracts many players and hoard to the edgeless site. Thier ads was really catchy, however as of now to think that they've build already it is not that easy for them unless they will allocate some funds to do market and attract players again. If they will stick oflline edgeless will be worthless in the future as there is not ao much update online and so the people will think. |
